Poor hygiene , towels ween’t clean , walls full of stains , food was low quality and portions were very little .. furniture was very low quality.. so expensive comparing to the quality.It was a nightmare stay , couches were shooting and there were a lot of constructions I couldn’t have a peaceful sleep

What a surprise I had when I get to the hotel from the airport and they didnt want to let me staying, and didnt want to let me go inside to know the reason.Anyway, I got in, and the front desk was empty, the concierge was sleeping. I waited till he get there. He couldnt explain me why, because he didnt speak English well,( what’s is not a problem for me) so, I asked to speak with the manager who wasnt there. I had to wait for 30 min and he explained that they had not apply for the COVID- measures and couldnt accept guests. They should have informed me BEFORE.Be careful, people. Two problems with two hotels in the same week!

This is the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. Do yourself a favour and dont book with them.

My wife and I are not fussy travelers, but think twice before staying at LoaLoa Nile Maadi Hotel. The place is filthy, the sofa in the room was completely broken, and the bathroom mirror was TAPED to the wall. We requested one double bed when we made (and paid for) the reservation for four days, but upon check-in, were told they only had rooms with two single beds. The lobby is filled with young men, but you never know who works there. The desk staff were not helpful at all, and quite dismissive. We will not be staying there again. If you reserve a room, only pay for one night up front so you can check-out the folllowing day if you are not happy with the room/hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.. No respect or appreciation for the guest.. Hotel workers at all times are grim and do not have an elegant way to deal with the guest. The reception staff is a disaster and their treatment is very bad with non-Egyptians in particular.. I do not recommend it at all.
