This rating is only for the Acacia Restaurant. The atmosphere and place are wonderful as expected from the pictures I saw on Instagram. It was very neat, quiet with soft music on, and wasnt crowded at all (around 10 pm). We ordered only salads, Salmon Avocado salad and Italian Buratta salad. I would give a 4/5 for the taste. I have tasted better in other places, but 5/5 for everything else, the quantity, quality and service. The pizza is in the menu but its not available at night, unfortunately. I wandered about in the hotel to see the place and it is stunning. I would like to try a night or two in this classic, cozy place.

The place is a nice villa from the good old days. Turned into a hotel with a couple of restaurants. Service is prompt and very good. Food portions, are more than you will expect but the side items can be drastically improved. A bit over priced.

Place is very nice but the food quality is average. I ordered a seafood pasta. Its actually a red sauce pasta and before serving they just throw in some seafood.

Beautiful and unique place, enjoyed my stay, great service and food at their restaurant. Four points for the price as it is a bit pricy, and for the desk man who called me at 11:30 pm waking me up to ask me if i want to go down the reception to pay my hotel stay invoice.

I visited the resturant and i was amazed by the integrity of this hotel! Every corner takes you back to when this Villa was built and nothing felt compromised by modernization which is exactly what a visitor would be expecting.The menu is hand picked, i tried the spinach ravioli and creme brulle they were lovely but all in all humble fine dining and i liked it. It wasnt too fancy to have a comfortable dinner and have a great time. Well done management.

I would have definitely rate it 5 stars if only someone tried to contact me about a complaint I reported a week ago but unfortunately no one cared. I spoke to the person on the phone and I think he is the manger as I recognized his voice. The food was amazing , Alexandrian Shrimp is fantastic, the Lemon Meringue and the Cheese cake is wonderful the food deserves 5+ stars. The service was excellent but you need to put bells on the table cause I waited for too long for someone to pass by until I went to check them. However I am very upset and angry cause I expected better handling for my complaint.

Its a great place in the heart of Maadi that have great food, staff, rooms and even customers. Vibes are different like if its in another country.The room service and cleanliness could be better to match up with all the good things.

OMG, I was literally blown away with the calmness that this place offers. As if you are suddenly in another dimension. Im rating only the dining. The service was excellent, the food super delicious, although the menu is limited the choice was good. I loved the whole experience, cannot wait to go back and just enjoy the silence in their amazing garden. Make reservations in front dont just show up since the sittings are limited.

Ordered the veal escalope and veal tenderloin. The tenderloin was not too special in terms of the meat itself. The escalope is highly recommended. Portions are generous and service is okay.Better seating area by the pool. If youre going on a Thursday/Friday make sure to book in advance. They dont serve alcohol there. However you can bring your own and there is no bouchon applied.

Love this place. Great service and a wonderful environment but the menu is dull and needs revamping. Its not as posh as the attitude of some of the staff would let you believe however. The UK coastline is littered with thousands of little, unpretentious guest houses all in the same mold is Villa Belle Epoque.

A great little boutique hotel in central Maadi, though admit not to have used it as an hotel. Have visited on more than one occasion for a meal. The food is always excellent, and there is a quiet ambience around the gardens/outdoor restaurant. Service is very efficient and staff are friendly. Averagely priced. Well worth a visit.

The review is for the restaurant particularly for the Xmas eve dinner. I found it through Facebook events. The place itself it’s really lovely and classy very well kept. Both dining rooms as well as common areas and bathrooms. However the Xmas atmosphere, aside from some decorations, was missing. There was barely any music. Quite somber for a place like this. Also, the waiter needed to be trained. He poured 2 completely different wines, one very sweet and one very dry in the same glass. I don’t think this has ever happened to me. Anyhow all in all was good. Just get some lounge music and train the waiters.

Rating the dining experience only. Not a ton of selection, but some of the consistently best-tasting entrees Ive found in Cairo more than make up for it. The combination of the eats and the atmosphere make it worth visiting.

Super cozy and beautiful place. It looks like a very old villa and they changed things around to be an hotel. You get that rustic feeling once you step in the front gate, like youre back in the 40s. We had breakfast there outside by the pool and the food was superb. My only comment is that the service is a little slow and they seem to be a tad under-staffed. But all in all, its definitely a place Id visit again.

Beautiful facility. Attentive and welcoming staff. But very disappointed to learn that the hotel charged us (my wife and myself) 810 Egypt pounds from the airport in a shabby taxi whereas the normal price is between 250 to 350. A van for 5 people costs 450. We were planning staying for 3 nights but left the next morning. Completely unacceptable .

Amazing ambience with average breakfast. If you are in Maadi definitely pay this place a visit. you might want to ask for the tour around the hotel. they will show you rooms that are quite nicely decorated. not sure about the price of the overnight stay. I definitely recommend this as one time thing. it is litterally like time travel.

We celebrated a friends’s birthday at the restaurant and we had an amazing time, the setting is good, the staff were very nice and helpful and the food was delicious maybe not the best but it was very nice, I’ll definitely go there again.

I had a perfect wedding reception and a two-night stay at the hotel. The managers and the staff are very kind and friendly, yet very professional. The food is delecious. They had a very nice restaurant, Acacia, that serves quality food with very reasonable prices.

I was invited to attend a daylight wedding party. It was magnificent. Swimming pool was completely covered to create a stage. Everything was elegant with considering small details. Rooms upstairs were a dream of the past. I would recommend this place for a different experience in a crowded city like Cairo.

Nice romantic place for couples and groups. You should consider the pool restaurant but you could also consider the garden area or the interior seats area. Food is also fine. Price are above average near to expensive.

I like the place very much its calm and beautiful but the staff is kinda weird, they told the pool area was reserved but they didnt tell us about the other options like the indoor restaurant and the garden restaurant, until I suggested that and another waiter came to show us the place, I went to this place before at night everything was normal no reservations needed, I think the waiters should be more helpful.

This place knows how to service a dinner efficiently with respect to the hospitality and the taste of the food , we tried the chicken mushroom pasta and acia salad then we ordered an apple pie dessert everything was amazing about the villa and the staff , i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who want to go there for a date or even spend a day use .

I gave only 3 stars. Though this place can reach the 5 stars. I booked a table outside. When I arrived at the hotel. The outside waiters did not have my reservation. It was written but from another list inside the restaurant. Lack of organization. Service was good. The restaurant is beautiful. Ambiance fantastic. Menu offers absolutely amazing food from Egyptian.asian burgers Italian food. My experience usually when restaurant includes everything. Disastrous. But food was good. Lentil soup was unbelievable. My salmon avocado salad was good. But no avocado. The chicken curry was good but not presented well. My ravioli tasted the spinach and the Walnut sauce was good. The chocolate souffle was a true souffle. Though may not have risen enough. Truly the best restaurant in Maadi, for sure in Cairo and Egypt. Need to work on the details. Not far from 5 stars

This boutique hotel is one of Maadis gems. It is not hidden by any means but still manages to retain its mood as a small and seemingly exclusive venue for a quick weekend stay, coffee, or dinner. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

I loved the place .. its an old residential villa turned to a sort of motel with a restaurant in the garden. For those who love this vintage home like style will like it. However parking is miserable food is ok .. they got excellent risotto other than that is ok. Prices are relatively high

An old historical house in Maadi district. Recently renovated to a boutique hotel. Very quint and peaceful with a small well metained garden a cafe and an international restaurant. replicas of old antiquities and paintings good for a weekend getaway from Cairo s hassle. The service is good andfriendly staff. The prices are a bit high cooperatively.

Food is great and ambience only thing is that there were cats roaming around the area and are waiting to be fed so for a hotel it is quite annoying if you want to enjoy your dinner and not be waited upon hungry cats.

The place is over rated, we sat in the garden, the table was dusty and it took the waiter 15 min to come and clean it, the bread basket was old and stall, portions are very small compared to huge price we paid, the meat was chewy and we struggled to cut it by knife, very slow service, expensive like 30% higher than the restaurants in its category with worse food and service, i will never go there again
