I booked for 2 nights from 17/11/2021 and my experience was very very bad1st : the entrance feels like a haunted place2nd - the place needs serious maintenance,the AC are not working or low performance3rd : the place is dirty !!! really dirty ! The cigarettes on the floor, no covid 19 precautions.4th: food is very bad and my advice to take food out!!! They have no salt and pepper which basic abc Resturant!5th: The service is zero the staff are completely unprofessional and very bad.This place is a disaster and I will never visit this place again, it is not hotel it is a fishy place 🤔

It was bad experience. The boat was unclean the food very bad no variety in served dishes his price of his soft and hot drinks was high local cup of tea equal 25 pounds why. The only good thing is the view and the entertainment show.I wanna try this agin

Worst place ever.Not clean at all. No covid 19 prosedures. Bad smell everywhere.Staff very unfriendly and unprofeesional.Wrong info about the place from the marketing team. I cancelled my sohoor reservation as we couldnt spend more than 20 minutes in it.

The interior is nice but the service is absolutely disgusting. We booked for a dinner yesterday and they told us to sit on the roof and that theyll call us to take our places, they didnt. When we asked why the wait, they said that the restaurant is full and that after the people are done eating well be next. What in the world is this?! Also the ship moves for only an hour and a half from the three hours. And for the shows, were supposed to be stuck together in the small roof, they say it takes 450 people, I think it barely takes fifty. We took our money and left.
