A warm, cozy place with aesthetic interiors. Fast service and great dishes. The drinks however were not okay.I had one problem with the place though (or rather whoever answers their phone), I specifically called a few days in advance of my reservation to make sure the restaurant is wheel-chair accessible, the person who answered assured me that it is..I repeated my question asking if that includes the hotel entrance as well (as it is the only way you can get to the restaurant) and again he assured me it is..turns out the hotel entrance only has stairs and no ramps.

Great ambience and very good vibes. A good place to catch a few drinks and enjoy some snacks/meals with friends. Food quality was good but has more potential given the overall look and feel of the place

This place is very cozy and calm but my experience was not so good there. First of all many drinks were not available although they are part of the menu (e.g. Hot chocolate, earl grey tea, any drink with Caramel, Desperados). Also the stuff seemed not trained and not friendly. Also what is important to note that while I was there, 2 or 3 of the waiters fought with each others for like 10 mins and raised their voice which is awkward and loud. So overall my experience was not so good but I think this place deserves a second chance.

One of the nicest places to have a calm, relaxing breakfast with a coffee.Very good prices and every dish on the menu is tasty and very fresh. The service can be hit or miss in the mornings but mainly due to communication I think.Such a relaxing atmosphere, clean restaurant too.

I was looking for gluten free breakfast and i found this place,I would call it calming and intimate atmosphere, the gluten free pancake was amazing, taste just like normal buttery delicious pancakes. Five stars for the chef.Needs to improve the service as waiters take a very along time to ask what yo order.Coffee was below normal.having high quality specialty coffee and barista is recommendedBut overall, deserves a second visit.

Great spot; its rare to find roofs exploited well in this city. But man, the staff needs an urgent upgrade. They take away from the experience, by their constant gossip about each other, bickering at one another, and overall incompetence with the menu and problem-solving towards a better customer experience. Food portions are small, and its drowned in spicing (ie not marinated, but spiced on the spot, a hack that sacrifices flavor). Symbolic masks on waiters breathing into your food. Please ensure ventilation at times of covid when you absolutely can, why the closed windows??

I’m not one to write reviews, but this experience must be shared. the nobu style popcorn shrimp and the shrimp tempura were okay, but that was the last of the edible food on the table that night. first of all they praise their foreign chef, like he is the a god of some sort, while he really knows nothing about food. The menu does not flow at all, i see they’re trying to be different but there is no correlation whatsoever. everything was bad, the wedges with cheese were dry, the cheese was supposed to be melted but it was as if they melted it in the microwave and left it to dry. my friends ordered the salmon, the burger and the chicken masala, all of them could not finish their food. I ordered the safest possible thing you could order at a restaurant, a penne arrabbiata, it was so bitter, i had two spoons and i returned it. we had a nice night with friends regardless but we were still hungry so we decided to order dessert. the waiter recommended the chocolate fondant and the apple tart. the chocolate fondant came COLD and the manager tried to convince me that chocolate fondant is supposed to be served cold because their “foreign chef” says so. I think the bare minimum for one to become a manager at a restaurant, is to have this basic experience to know if certain dish’s are meant to be served hot, or cold, especially with something as basic as a chocolate fondant! He then told us sorry we already put it on the check and insinuated that we might as well eat it. we refused so he took it to the kitchen and heated it up, in what seemed to be the microwave, and again we refused to eat it. I refused to pay for it, just because of his remark about the check, and he would not remove it, until a friendly waiter came and dealt with the problem and removed off the bill.In a nutshell one of the worst experiences i’ve had at a restaurant, not only with the manager and their “foreign know it all chef” but with dish after dish of inedible food.Next time you think about going here, DON’T!

Honestly Jadore La TerraceBut at some point there was a problem with a French staff... Im not sure whats her position however I did not like the attitude... I went out and had a bottle with me, I ordered Club Soda or Sparkling Water and my luck they didnt have any as its the only thing I like to have my alcohol with, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. The waiters and manager apologise alot and I was completely fine with it and I told them I will definitely come againI heard the French Woman, making fun of me by beeing picky and its just an Egyptian thing to always wanting the best service...(She was talking to an Egyptian man who spoke french)all of that in french and they dont know that I speak French 😅I promised myself that Im not going there again but I did after 2 weeks and I didnt see her so hopefully Ill never see her again because this was a very rude experience.
