The tastiest freshest sushi in Cairo! They have a wide selection of rolls and specialties. Their sauces (wasabi mayo, spicy mayo) are great. Geisha roll and Tempura lego are a must try. The place is small and cozy. The service was quick. It was not too overpriced compared to other high end restaurants.

First time in Fuego, went in there upon internet recommendation and I can say Fuego has exceeded our expectations in every single aspect, food quality, service, food portion, cleanness.It is absolutely the best sushi I had it in Egypt so far.May be the only thing Ill say it could be added on to make Fuego would be serving macha green tea for your guests as a part of the Japanese dining culture.Thanks for the experience.

It was OK, unlike anytime before(was tasry before). I was disappointed by the taste this time. I didnt like it. They all had the same taste despite i picked many different choices.

Nice little restaurant in zamalek. Ordered the tuna tartare which was just simply overpowered with Tabasco sauce and Im one who likes spicy foods. The avocado was not ripe at all for the dish. My seabass sashimi was not fresh and had the smell of few days old fish, I didnt even finish it - 4 pieces for 65le. The tuna was decent quality but just cut incorrectly and the spicy tuna roll can definitely take a pass next time. All together with my club soda, vat, and service, the final bill was about 470le - Id say not worth it relative to local standards. Service was rather slow as well, I dont think Ill be back despite their 40 piece special for 395le which I didnt order today.

As a sushi lover, will definitely go back again.Btw, the Zamalek brand has the tight space and small tables. Only recommend groups under 3 persons or a single person to go. One of the best place to get high quality sushi. sometimes you gotta be in the waiting line but its totally worth. For price wise well its suitable for the service and food we get but too bad they stopped the all you can eat option.

Great sushi .. no longer does all you can eat .. but offers 80 pieces per person on one of the offers .. we ordered 3 of those plates and had to take quite a bit home as it was humanly impossible to finish !Cute little sushi place .

I am not angryI am not trying to be meanBut it was just highly disappointing,When every painful smudge of rice goo over a thin layer of sorrowful stinky dry tuna served to remind me that i was in Egypt, and that every single person working in this facility probably never ever eaten an actual sushi before in their lives.Dried out smelly nasty carcass of fish had about 2 layer thickness of the napkin,White chalky ball of starch pretending to be rice had weird peach ice tea stench to it,Yaki soba reminded me of when i was 13 learning how to cook food for the first time,And tempora... tempora itself was okay, but the PLATING of tempora was a confirming sign that they didnt have any understanding nor appreciation of food in generalThe best part of the meal was when i finally gave in and drank water to wash it all down and recover my palates.Music helped. They had endless loop of mall music from 2010s. Imagining being forced to shop at Abercrombie and Forever 21 actually help me forget i wad eating here. Fight horror with horror.If you are going to run a sushi restaurant, have some passion and care and knowledge about what you are making.This wasnt just bad sushi. It was bad food.

I really used to love fuego and considered my top fav. Sushi but since the combo 40 offer started the quality of the sushi really got low..no offence the offer is great i love combo 40..but just because you lowered the price that doesnt mean you lower the quality.. became my second favorit after mori sushi

Food was good, the place is a bit small, but wasnt crowded when I visited.It was a fair experience, I prefer my experience in the Maadi branch though.

The place is clean, but they stopped serving the all you can eat offer, and the quality is getting poor and the rolls are getting smaller than before. They still serve good sushi however!

I’m not a fan of this place, I gave them 3 stars because the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food is indeed fresh, but lacked in taste and flavor, they use a lot of sauces and spice, but as a sushi enthusiast, the fish was bland and so was the tempura. The menu was so large and extensive even though it was basically a hundred variations of the same type of roll. If you’re a sushi lover I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Used to be much better 2-3 years ago, Garnel is a better option taste, money and offers wise.

It’s a basic sushi restaurant but extremely over priced compared to the competition. It’s not like they offer anything different, if anything for the price paid the sushi should be phenomenal but it’s not.

My experience with Fuego Zamalek hasnt been great, i prefer Maadi branch.Zamalek branch is very small and usually crowded and with a waiting list.Also their sushi isnt as good as Maadis.---------------------As for fuego in general...Fuego was my favorite sushi place in general. And still is.However they decided to change their prices and combo offer sometime ago.Now what was the price of the 40 pieces offer, is for only 21 pieces now.As much as i love their sushi, but i guess i am not going back there again soon.

Quiet and cozy, especially on normal weekdays. They serve good sushi (although not the best in their price range). Theyve got a huge variety of rolls to suit everyones taste. This branch only serves sushi, so the rest of the menu isnt available. Staff are friendly and professional. Parking is an issue, but this is normal for Zamalek. Recommended for small groups.

Sushi quality was strictly average. The salmon was fresh, the red tuna tasted off - mushy as if it had just come out of the freezer. Miso soup, a favourite of mine, was unavailable which was disappointing. The eel was good, thankfully. Overall a fine experience, but nothing exceptional.

Arguably the best sushi place in Cairo. Service was nice, prices are expensive but that applies to all sushi places. Very tasty. They offer all you can eat sushi all week long at 345 pounds not including taxes, you get 5% back if you finish your whole plate which is a nice gesture.

The sushi is nice but in the all you can eat offer, if you order a lot, theyd get you some of it only. Happened twice with me which was irritating... update: the sushi offer is no longer in place. Now you can only get 40 pieces for about EGP 415 all inclusive.

Very good variety and value for money. Sushi is always fresh and tasty. Needs a bit of improvement on service speed and prioritizing guests by time of attendance. Otherwise a great place i do recommend for sushi lovers.

The 40 piece offer is very nice to share for 1 people the sushi is always amazing ... and a very nice atmosphere for a date night... its better to reserve if you are going on a week end or you are a big group just to skip the waiting list

Very good Sushi, but the competitors are better.Service is a slow, I have been there at 12:00 midnight and it was only our table occupied, still it took them long time to finish our order.Its very noisy, and most of the time, its very crowded.

Fuego is for me one of the best places for sushi if not the best of them all. The marination of the food and its taste is incredibly amazing. The one in zamalek is too narrow for any big groups so its maximum for 1 up to 4 maybe 5 people gathered around the same table. And this branch is only specialized in sushi no other food like the rest of the chain which serves grills and other platters. You might need a pré reservation to make sure to find a place in this narrow small place. I guess at night it will be the busy hours. I went in the evenings and it was cool and found a place easily without a pré-réservation

Small but cozy restaurant, it tend to get crowded sometimes with a short waiting list. The staff is very professional. The manger is a very decent with great hospitality. The taste was good it used to taste better!

Ive been to other places that offer Sushi in Cairo. I can confidently say that Fuego has the best collection of Sushi and one of the best as well in terms of frenshness and taste. They have their all you can eat offer and it is really worth it.

Sushi and steak seems a bit odd to combine - but at least the sushi is pretty good. All you can eat offers good value for money. Can be very crowded, so best reserve in advance.

Actually it is great sushi. Very good taste despite it was busy but the order didn’t take long time. To whom are saying that it is expensive I totally disagree in comparison with other restaurants it is extremely cheap I ate in other place less than half quantity of the 40 pc offer and it cost me 800 EGP thanks to the staff especially sameer they were very polite and nice but next time when I come I hope the get tobiko

The place looks nice , service was great , it was my first time trying sushi and after my first experience i can say that its not for me since i dont like fish that much but it was nice as a new experience, i would recommend it for people who like sushi or fish in general.

I just love Fuegos sushi bar, this one and the Maadi one as well. All you can eat offers all weekand they dont make unnecessary price bumps to their menus. Great service, very polite staff and warm ambience. Make reservations ahead preferably to avoid waiting. There are freelance guys who will park your car in the area for 10 LE, they might ask you to give them your key, which can make you an easy if you have a nice car, on busy nights even that might get tricky so uber or park a few meters before you get to the retaurants, theresalways parking in the space after KFC.The place is no smoking. They take cash or cards. Obviously they only serve sushi.

Most consistent when it comes to quality, you can always guarantee freshness everytime. Place may be crowded and expect a 20 minute waiting list at peak hours but well worth the wait.
