1 GB Capped wifi, dirty bathrooms, doors that cant close, unnecessarily long check in, sub-par breakfast and unhelpful / unfriendly staff. The only good redeeming factor is a good seaview. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very common and crowded place.What I liked about it the lobby and the friendly atmosphere.They may have fitted the front side with glass windows so it will protect guests from the strong cold wind of the sea ond the noise of the street.There is no parking for cars.

Horrible hotel zero connectivity , 0 hygiene , 0 professionalism. Network reception is horrible , no wifi i had to work all night in the balcony , night receptionist is 😤 , if you are willing to pay too much and get fed in an underconstuction hotel go there..

GORGEOUS view on the sea, great rooms and yummy breakfast , i loved my stay there...it was loud in the room though because of the street noises and the windows are not sound proof, and the bed wasnt comfortable

A new hotels brand that rehabilitate old hotels, but it doesnt deserve 5 stars logo, the location is the only advantage of this place, car parking is free but Far from the hotel, actually near by the beach, which accumulates beach sand all day, the room wasnt clean, the billow covers smells awful, and towels wasnt clean too, the mini bar cooling is very bad, it takes a whole day to cool a bottle of water, the bathroom deserves the dumbest design ever, specially the shower drain, if you are a couple then they provide you a double bed because king bed is not available, and the bed mattres was uncomfortable, you can easily feel the springs , and the breakfast was not good at all, very expensive for such a service, not recommended only for short stay (2 nights maximum).

I loved the room it was clean I loved the toiletries I wished they had more advanced TV and more blankets

From A to Z ! Everything is just so awful! It’s worse than you can imagine. Room service disrespecting the guest, no good internet and 0 hygiene the toilet is so disgusting. Pricey for nothing.

I was not a fan of this hotel at all. The bathroom was not clean, the mattresses extremely uncomfortable and overall not a good stay. I was thankful it was only one night.

Please be notified that 3 bedroom flat have only one bathroom.(this cost 3 stars).Staff are friendly, you can order aFood to your room almost any time.Jomla market is super market near by you can buy almost anything 24/7.hotle internet is very limited need to work it out also no coverage cell reception for Etisalat mobile & data.

The only downside is the beach, the water is not as clean as it should be.Otherwise, the staff are excellent, the food is great (breakfast) and the room is delightful.

Excellent view with good serviceReasonable rates for civilian.... As far as military force rates are exeptionaly lower than normal... Also the staff will ask you in advanceBefore arranging your bill...You are military force team or civilian.. Enjoy your drinks or meals...

It was good. The breakfast is great, but the housekeeping didnt clean the sweet at the second day when we asked them. However I recommend it.

I spend a little time at the coffee, prices are different more expensive for the civilians than military customers. The cake was not good

Great sea viewing hotel , clean and good for like few days in alexandria*but there was a power cut when i visited my friend there but it didnt last long*also there were minor issues in bathroom

Generally not satisfied.Internet only available in lobby and also pure speed and availability.Room dirty and tapistry not cleaned at all.Bathroom with not cleaned walls and with water on celling from upper floor. Hot watter available.Breakfast available with local choose of food. Food fresh, but not european options.Payment must be urgently done on check in and only can be made on local currency and US dollars.

Bad.After they took my car to the parking, they told me that my wife should take off her Niquab. They should have told me that before we get into the hotel. Then we decided to leave the hotel as we dont accept changing our clothing to stay couple of days in a hotel. We didnt stay there.

The rooms are good but there is no wifi and the view is interrupted by the building itself . The staff is not friendly to be honest some was but the majority were not.

Its a nice place if your only looking for a place to sleep and hang out in the morning. Because there is not any services or anything to entertain you but the rooms and flats are clean and well organized

I used to love this place but it became so messed up. First of all there is no air conditioners just a fan in two rooms and that’s it. They don’t care about you getting sweaty. Secondly, the hotel itself is not so great there is no activities except for an old gym that has no air in it and no fans which will make you hate yourself even more. The beach is “free for all” you will find yourself swimming with a bunch of strangers. I really did NOT enjoy my stay and definitely will think twice before coming back to this hotel. THIS IS A NO GO

Very bad hotel..bad food..bad housekeeping..no internet covering...drivers sometimes are not available to bring your car from tge park....bad AC.....Bad experience!!!!

No value for money, untrained staff. Rooms are in need of renovation. Phone doesnt work. The reception kept my ID 6 hrs for photocopying!!! Windows are not compact. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
