I spent only one night. The registration speed was good despite the reservation problems from my companys side. The staff were friendly. The room is very good, not too spacious but all rooms are overlooking the sea. The location is very good, beside the Stanley bridge and many restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean and tidy. The restaurant is located at the ground floor, not the best view but the breakfast was very good with big variety. The dinner was very good with big variety of salads and well done main dishes.

Perfect sea view suite. Quite and suitable for couples. Staff are very hospitable. Neat and clean roomsAccessible.They brought us a free tart celebrating our wedding and upgraded our reservation when they know we are going to spend our first marriage night there.Cons:Rooms are too small except you are going tobook a suite.

Very friendly and professional staff, with excellent customer service specially reception ( Miss Aya Mahmoud) and room service ( Mrs Nadia Tawfik ) , room was clean warm with a beautiful view of the sea ,breakfast menu and varieties were very satisfying , helpful employees since door entrance including maintenance , helpers and waiters still remember some of the names like samira , Mohammed, peter , I highly recommend the place and will will consider visiting again

Hotel looks beautiful...lobby really pretty and check in process nice but room was pretty dissapointing 😥. We paid good money for a Jr Suite x 3 nights but I dont think room is worth that money. Room pretty small, tiny bathroom and not really cleaned properly, old looking vibe. Im sad and not really pleased. Another big dissapoitment was that there is no pool to enjoy the hot weather. I was looking forward to that.

Very bad hotelI found bugs in my room and changed it to another to find it very noisy due to pup in the 2nd floor as I couldn’t sleep for 2 nightsChanged my room again to 11th floor trying to get some sleepIt doesn’t offer the basics of a hotel which is simply having a quiet place to get some sleepVery bad experienceCleanliness is below zero

I booked a room for my wedding, the staff was very helpful and welcoming us.Room service and receptionists were so nice, meals were delicious and teasty.I recommend this hotel for you.

Not a suitable for the families, my plan was to spend two nights in Alexandria with my family, but unfortunately my room was very very small, I asked them to change it, but they told me that all the rooms has the same area ( which is barely taking one large bed ) also upgrading to a suite wasnt available !There was also a night club in the 2nd floor, the problem that to park your car you have to enter and exit the hotel via floor number two which is not convenient to children, also someone was smoking inside the elevator.I left the hotel at the same night heading back to Cairo.

Nice place to stay in either for business or vacation, nice sea view, cozy rooms with modern and renovated furniture, cleanliness and hygen are great, resturant staff and receptionists are professional and friendly.I enjoyed my business stay there and I would like to have a vacation with family someday.

Room is very small. I am 6 4 man had trouble taking a shower. Bathroom is small & dated. Pros, very close to gleem bay. Gleem bay is the nicest thing in Alexandria. Traffic noise is Loud here.

The service is great, but there was a bad feature we found, but you may not face this bad feature. We were 3 adults & 2 kids, so, we booked 2 rooms with shared door between them (twin room). The bad thing is that if the door is closed, you need to contact the reception to open it for u.

The worst hotel ever double standard, Egyptian couple cant check in as a couple without marriage certificate but once you show up American passport everything becomes great.

People are very aggressive unprofessional and rude, i didnt feel comfort!carpets are old and not cleanwindows are not double glazed and all street noise was inside my roomthe people working there always make very loud noise even at 3am! i wasnt able to sleep!the food taste nice but its not clean i had a stomach ache all the time therethey offers you some food for free and on you checkout they make you pay hundreds of pounds for very cheap biscuits and juice

Rooms have old windows that dont prevent noise of the high way. Also windows are bad insulators of outside air and see breeze.However it had nice carpets, comfort elevators and friendly staff.There no direct access to the sea except when buses come at 11 oclock to take guests to the beach that lies in other locations, thought that a little uncomfortable and didnt try it.My opinion not a very good value for money 🙂

It was horrible, the carpets are very old and not clean, the food was bad and cause me diarrhea all my stay, at night there is a lot of noise in front of my room and I wasnt able to sleep! they gave us some snacks in the room and said it was free and while checkout they asked us to pay hundreds of pounds for them and they mistreated us and disrespect us, I didnt feel safe!

I spent 1 night in the bathroom after eating from the restaurant and had to take a medicine for my stomach. I couldnt sleep well because of the noise inside the hotel and the street noise as the windows are single glazed! They put water and snacks inside your room without anything that tells you they are not for free, then they asked me to pay hundreds of pounds during the check out! And they didnt treat me with respect! The carpets are patched and very old.

I suffered from stomach ache from their food the whole visit, the food looks good and the taste is not bad, but its not clean at all!the service were very bad, they offered us some food in the room and then asked us to pay for it although they said it was free!the receptionist were very offensive, they disrespect us and they were very rude!if you want to enjoy your time dont ever choose those people!

Awesome view , very good breakfast but what bothered me a lot was:1. the very small rooms,2.the air conditioner was not working3.we ordered one large bed on booking and we got 2 small beds instead and when we asked for replacement they told us its not available ☹

Most of observed is the kindness of the staff. Once arriving you find all people welcoming & helping you, starting from the bags and the car untill you reach the reception.The hotel and the room is clean and very relaxing.The location is genius as it locates two minutes away from Stanly Bridge.Also we had a free access to a beach although of most of beaches are closed due to Covid-19.

Their staff didn’t guide to places and the beach didn’t allow me to go in while there is a contract between hotel and the private beach. I gave them the voucher and still didn’t allow me to go in

The low end of what you expect from a four star hotel, narrow rooms, albeit sea view, which is nice.Lobby is undergoing renovation at the time being, expected to be finalized by June 2019.No black out in rooms, heating is not working...To recap, not good value for money.

It’s ok...nothing special at all. Your very basic average hotel. The single beds are insanely narrow, and the breakfast is traditional oriental but a little poor in quality.You get what you pay for.
