Great place to relax away from the loud city. The facilities were great. The main pool was heated (during winter). The staff where very kind and respectful. Probably the best vacation I had in quite some time. Highly recommend this place.

First of all, the hotel is new, very nice, well designed, practically all rooms have a sea view, which is its great advantage. Beach, swimming pools and bar staff smiling, nice and very helpful, they take care of cleanliness. The cleaning service of the rooms was also very nice and smiling. Our room was always clean and he wasnt touching anything. The pools and the sea are very nice if you want to relax and rest. And this is where the advantages of this hotel end.The coral reef is a bit of a disappointment but you can always swim in the sea and its so cool.Every day one of the animators invited us to have fun talking to us in Russian, even though we politely told her that we didnt know the language and we didnt understand it. After a few days it was just tiring. The animators, although they tried very hard, didnt have many ideas for fun.The biggest downside of this place is the internet, or rather the lack of it. Its only available in the lobby and sometimes it feels like youre in the train station lounge trying to contact anyone online. The more people, the worse the call quality.Another downside is the food, of course you are not hungry, but no revelation. Fried, chicken, fish or calamari were raw inside. The pasta tasted like mush. Food with virtually no spices. The staff in the main dining room and the chefs who come out to meet guests have dirty aprons and clothes. Service in the main dining room with no experience, single occasions where one was nice and friendly and the others gave the impression that they didnt know what they were doing there. For example, a service technician broke a plate (it happens even to the best), but waited a few minutes for someone from the cleaning service to come and clean it (and you can do it yourself), and in the meantime another guest stumbled over pieces of porcelain. Guests entering or leaving the dining room, if they passed each other at the door with service, had to give way (!). During dinner at mia casa (my worst experience with Italian cuisine) the waiter flooded our table with beer and didnt clean it, leaving us flooded with wet tablecloths and plates. Often the dining room manager would talk to the staff if they had done something wrong and talked to each other as intensely as if they were arguing.My expectations for this trip were not high and I did not expect too much. I wanted to relax, relieve stress and have a good time. And all in all, the surroundings made me successful, but this hotel still has a lot of work to do. I didnt like the atmosphere inside and I dont recommend this place. I will definitely not come back to this hotel.

We spent 10 days in this hotel (2 adults and a 4 year old child).We were in Egypt for the first and last time ..We travel a lot and this destination is completely not for us.Let me start with the fact that when we arrived, there was no extra bed for a child in our room, but it appeared for an additional fee.Two elderly Polish people who came with us and do not speak English, had a room with a sea view and got a room without a view, of course for an extra charge, i.e. a large tip, they got the right one.After the trip with the child, we went to dinner and there are no tables available. We went to the lobby to wait and drink some wine and there was no wine there. The beginning was very weak.When we realized that everything can be delivered for extra money, it was very nice.We know that it is normal in Egypt, but I was hoping that I would choose a better and more expensive hotel ..On the plus side:- nice new hotel- nice view of the sea from the room- sun every day (strong wind until noon)- you can see many fish and a shark while snorkeling- the service is very nice when we know that you need to tip them every dayWeaknesses :- only small water in the rooms (3 small bottles when its hot and a baby), there are filling dispensers but is it a holiday or a fight for water ?!- no internet- very, very poor food, the same every day for 10 days (when the mini crabs appeared we were happy!)- no wine in the open bar (we bought wine because we only drink it)- wine with lunch and dinner very weak and on the first day served in a plastic cup (nightmare!) 1/4 cup- no ice cream for children (is it normal in Egypt that there is no ice cream? how to explain it to a child on vacation ...)- snacks between meals are just sweet cakes or dry rolls, once we managed to get fries for a child because they disappeared so quickly-- There was a yellow flag twice during our stay, no snorkelling possible(of course there are ways to get around the red flag)- animations at a very low level and the competition where the hotel miss is supposed to kiss random people in the era of the covid epidemic is humiliating ...- no rules of social distance (covid)As I wrote at the beginning, maybe everything is normal in Egypt ?! My opinion is for people like me who are going there for the first time.The hotel is nice but many rules for me are a fight, not a vacation.

New hotel, very clean, staff++++ and one more +, very nice and helpfull people small gym available from 8am to 8pm if weather good nice spots to see reef for everyone without equipment so, why only good? Food was terible. From egyptian hotel Im not expecting asian food and I know that they have limitations regarding what can be offer but seriously, is that all? Dry meat or so uncoocked that it was not able to eat. So one and only one option for each dinner was bbq which honestly wasnt the best but possible to eat. From other people from different hotels unfortunately it seems to be absolutely the same thing.... if hungry go to local restaurants in town 16min drive from hotel.

We have spent wonderful time here. Really, if U r looking for a week near the see with a great atmosphere, choose Lazuli. Beautiful impressions we have got here. Warm sea, comfortable room with belle view /2061/, friendly staff, really good- organised team, every time with open smile and good mood! No matter what level staff U will contact: reception, house-keeping, garden cleaners or anybody else of the Lazuli team, your request will be met attentively, with interest and the respond will be fast and helpfull. Nice and creative animation, really gateher huge crowd for doing some sport or dancing. There are cool and very professional managers Mr. Tamer RADWAN the front manager, polite and nice, very attentive Chief manager in food hall Mr. Ayman EL MASRY and smily Grand Chief. We have also meet the Chief Director in our last evening and were impressed by him, a man who built a successful working system, that is often noticed by long time watching if everything is ok! The hotel is beautiful, very well-kept, you can see the constant work of the gardening service, the service at the highest level. The hotel manager was constantly interested in the comfort of his guests, he took care of all aspects of rest and the functioning of the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily, there was an immediate response to every room request. I felt safe and relaxed there. But most of all, I want to pay attention to the amazing cuisine that will satisfy even the most sophisticated tastes. The chef was extremely polite and kind, personally supervising the work of his employees and recommended the best dishes. This kitchen won my heart with everything tasty perfectly seasoned. Very pleasant hotel, stylish design, all the stuff is ready to do everything to make you comfortable.We would appreciate more local food in buffet and working wifi.Luckily there is a cool shop, where you can buy a sim card (for a better price than at the airport) or everything you can need during your stay. And also, its the only place around where to smoke sisha!

The hotel is very good for people who need relaxation I was surprised when i found that all rooms are big we had reservation for 2 rooms one double room with an extra bed and the other is single room and both rooms was same size and it was huge. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. The hotel offers many good things the huge pool in the front and another smaller one on its left with the lagoona bar on its side where you can drink your favorite drink in water and another third swimming pool with the aqua slides. The kids had so much fun staying there. The food quality was great although there were not much varieties but every day has new dishes so you wont get bored. The desserts were tasty. The people working there in everywhere are very helpful and decent they always check if you need something. The only disadvantage is the see because its rocky and not suitable for swimming but very good for snorkeling but Marsa Alam hotels all like this. I went with my family in a 3 days vacation. The hotel is about 50 minutes from the airport, the hotel can provide you with paid transportation. The check in was smooth and easy. My room was clean and hade a nice side view to the pool and the sea. It takes about 5 minutes from my room to the main restaurant and 10 minutes to the beach, it would have been better if the hotel offered golf cars for transportation to the beach. There are 4 water pools (one with a small aquapark) they are very clean. The beach is a rocky beach. I recommend any visitor to wear water shoes before swimming. The food is served in the main restaurant and 2 small other restaurants. The food was clean; however, lack of diversity. I didnt like the snacks offered between the meals at all, the snacks were remaining from breakfast. Although my reservation was all inclusive, fresh juses are only offered for extra fees. There are night shows at the evening and activities for kids. Free internet is only available in the lobby. I give 4 stars for my experience because the place is clean the staff is friendly and they do their best within the available resources at their side.

The hotel is new and the view is nice but the hotel is not honest with the guests and the animation team is not professional with the kids and when we make a complaint the management didnt take any action. And the hotel is not safe because there was a fire in one of the rooms because of the air conditioner .

Absolutely amazing Hotel (easily one of the best ones in the Hurghada and Marsa Alam Area) , food is top notch, clean and COVID-19 safe procedures in place, with all staff having been vaccinated already. An amazing animation team creating a great atmosphere, and great snorking and diving site. Will be coming again soon!

I stayed at this hotel from 01/11/2022 to 01/18/2022.Service and territory - 5. (clean and new rooms, friendly staff, a very convenient beach, there is an entry from the shore and pontoon).But there are also disadvantages (a small assortment of food, and you can only drink beer and wine with alcohol, the rest of the drinks are simply disgusting, juices taste like UPI).We went on an excursion and also when we left home they gave us a snack with us - this is generally a shame (2 dry donuts, butter, jam, honey, cucumber, tangerine and juice with water).So if you want to relax there, keep in mind what kind of food and high-quality alcohol you will need to think in advance!

The hotel may be nice, but what if surviving on this food of the week is a feat! We have never had such lousy food. Huge selection, but not much to taste - even the baked potatoes were undercooked. During the day on the beach there is nothing to eat - undercooked fries or sweet rolls - a tragedy. We lived the whole week on bananas and morning porridge. Juices are diluted with water - they add water to the guests, so they are sometimes sweet and bland. Even the cola is not original, the alcohols are not tasty. All of our group of 6 got diarrhea in 1 day, other guests also mentioned it to us. Its a shame to even look at this hotel until they change chefs! Its a pity because the place has potential.

We rested from 17 to 26 December. The hotel is fairly new. The staff are friendly both at the reception and room service.The food is good. There is no great variety. The food is a little bland lacking in spices. There are several types of meat for dinner, but it was on the grill that the meat was very tasty.Special thanks to the animators. Marie is great at taking care of children in the kids club.There was only one warm pool. In the rest, including the childrens water, the water was ice cold. Nice clean classy hotel friendly staff. The room is cleaned every day, there is an entertainment program every day. During the day, yoga is charging volleyball (there is no time to be bored). Just returned from the hotel, there were 9 days. Settled in a wonderful room at no extra charge, left dinner, although we arrived after 11 pm. Treated in the lobby with juice, which was very nice. We were there during the Christmas and New Years Eve. The hotel itself is nice, clean, nice service. Pools on the territory are comfortable. There is a heated pool with a bar. You can order a drink without leaving the water. There are cold pools, a mini water park. There is a long pier from which you can go into the sea. There are places where the depth is minimal and you can swim with children. There are places for diving with a depth of more than 20 m. You can dive with exotic fish. There are hundreds of sun loungers and parasols throughout. There are plenty of places for sunbathing and relaxation.Cons: always lacked napkins in the restaurant and in the room. I would like more filling of the closet - a brush for shoes, clothes at least. The hotel was opened in May 2021 due to this the number of rooms is just in excellent condition! The territory is huge, green and beautiful! There is a mini water park and a heated pool! The staff is very polite, helpful and always ready to help. Not everyone speaks Russian, more in English. The food is delicious and I am sure that everyone can find something tasty for themselves) There is always chicken, beef or fish to choose from! The reef is beautiful, there are many different fish! I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday. The only thing I can note is the wind: (3 out of 7 days it was strong. But we were in mid-December, maybe if not in winter to rest, there will be no wind!

Beautiful new modern hotel, friendly staff, beautiful swimming pools, clean and tidy beach. But access to the sea was a big disappointment. You can enjoy the sea only from the pier, where there is already a huge depth. For the first 200 meters from the beach, the sea is just a motionless and unattractive duck full of rocks, algae and dead corals, but of course the hotel is not to blame. It was possible to swim in the sea only in shallow water, since the reef drowns out strong waves and, in principle, you can swim near the coast, but there is no special beauty and diversity of flora and fauna there. My husband and I spent 2 weeks in the hotel. It was a fantastic vacation. People, the service is amazing!I can really recommend this hotel with a clear conscience, it deserves a 5 *. Bartenders, waiters very involved. Big applause for the animators who are doing a great job!We will be happy to return to this hotel if there is a possibility
