I have spent 7 nights plus 8 nights in a quarantine in this hotel. 7 free nights were great, I had a nice time. The quarantine was OK as much as possible. They really tried to help me to go through it.

Very nice new hotel, but terrible food. Everything overcooked and burned. Not fresh fruits and only apples and oranges without a taste. 5 restaurants but the same dishes in each restaurant. Staff is not friendly and making rude jokes. Only after few days I saw smiles and questions what would you like. Last day someone from a staff demand to put 5 stars on tripadviser. So they are cheating with rewies! Very bad wifi, not possible to work.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It started during the check-in where we did not receive any information about the hotel (hours of meals, restaurants etc). The food is in general the same in all the restaurants and the same everyday. The service is extremly poor, we had the feeling that we disturb the waiters and that we were pushed to leave the place as fast as possible.The water in the swimming pools was very cold whereas some of them were supposed to be heated .One of the only possitive point was the massage with Mohamed that I definitely recommend... a TRUE PROFESSIONAL.However the hotel is very spacious and beautiful, plus the house keeping people are doing a great job. I recommend the beauty salon and the trip with quads.Because of the service the hotel definitely doesnt deserve the 5 stars.

Our group of 6 had the greatest time at this resort. This resort is on the larger side, but you really dont feel overcrowded. The staff is the best. Rooms are large and very clean. Food selections are excellent. Our thanks goes to the staff around White Bar.We shall be returning soon.

A very beautyful Hotel, but with some Problems. Were here since 4 days and booked one Diving Trip. My wife got recently sick, she cought a cold. With this It is a Problem to go diving. The Money was already payed. We pleased the Diving Center to finde a solution for this Problem. So they offerd us a New Trip but thats not possible because my wife is not in a few hours or 1 day fine. ?! So we asking to get please the Money back. I think thats human.

This is the worst hotel we have ever been. Its hard to believe the hotel is 3 years old, very tired and dirty. Service awful, lazy and frustrated. The reception is the worst. No organization, no information on meal times, people running around looking for food. Wi-fi is practically not working, you are not able to listen to music or audiobook. You are not able to talk on whattsup. No soap and no duschbad in the bathroom. Food monotonous, same every day in every restaurant, tasteless. Ugly, rocky beach. Everything around is destroyed, rusting. Evening entertainment at the bottom, basically none. One heated swimming pool in December, but the water is still cold. You lie on a deck chair and there are flies crawling on you. Only travel agencies can write positive opinions about this hotel, it is impossible for anyone to admire this place! The hotel has nothing to do with the 5 * standard. I advise you to stay away!

Looks nice on pictures but from close distance lots of rust, dust and dirt. Aquapark is not usable in the winter as the water is not heated. Service is poor in general with few exceptions.Wifi is so slow that nearly non existent.

Not the worlds best hotel but still a great hotel! I liked the rooms, not enough kids shows on tv. So your kids wont be very happy in the room. Food quality medium. Not the best restaurant but a lot of food.There are 4 restaurants and 1 main open buffet. A great hotel with pools ranging from 30 m to 150 m.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean, many swimming pools, very close to the beach and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay!

Totally enjoyed my stay. Hotel and the premises are clean, nice, and stylish. Nothing bad to say about the personel either.The real treasure is the virtually untouched Red Sea though. Wheather you freedive, snorkel, or scooba, there is plenty to see.At the time of my stay in Oct21 some construction and retrofitting works took place, but were totally uninvasive.

Good because: Very well equipped,well furnished and with spacious rooms. Excellent pools and food variety.Bad because: The beach is very hard to swim except for a very small part, the proximity is humongous, you have to walk for at least 10 minutes to go from anywhere to anywhere inside the hotel.Also the aqua park has no towel house or showers next to it which is Just bad.

The hotel as an infrastructure is great! But the food is awfully horrible. All the restaurants serves the same dishes, there is absolutely no choice of sea food, (buffets fully filled with chicken and potatoes).Moreover the hotel beach is in the open sea so its very windy and the waves are huge you cannot admire the beauty of the reef.To be honest I regret to have chosen this hotel I will never come back.

Its not the best but pretty and comfortable. Rooms are clean, service is good. Rooms conditions can be better but considering the region its quite good. No foreign alcohol neither on bar not available for purchase. Territory is huge and thats a big plus as even tho there is a lot of people its not feels like a crowded place. Pools (kids) can use some work as half of figurines there was not working for some reason. Beach is not sandy but accessible. Beach area is fairly small.

It was really a very well experience. All details were taken care of, the staff was lovely and very accurate, food was not only great but also so delicious 😋, accommodation was so cozy, cleaning is outstanding, the whole premises is wonderful and very well designed, restaurants are well managed like a clock.My personal impression is to back with a punch of friends to enjoy diving and snorkeling together with there great pools.

Good in general, but there are some issues. The territory a huge, but there not enough trees and bushes, so there no escape from the sun except your room. The hotel is supposed to be quite new, but the infrastructure is very worn- out, beach showers are broken etc. The rooms are great. The food is ok, but not amazing. Theres a small area on the beach where children can swim.While our vacation was ok in general, me and my family are unlikely to return to this hotel.

Great place, very nice pools, near the Ocean/beach. Rooms are generally ok but I think bathrooms need some renovation as my showers handles were falling over. To consider the Wifi signal is very poor so working at the hotel would be difficult.It is a 4-star hotel in my point of view. Worth trying if there is a good offer.

Beautiful new hotel with a great climate control and nice smells. Also, great pools, not so many people and a lot of distance between them. An amazing and very generous food any time of the day.But that’s all on the bright side.However on the flip side of the coin Careless, Neglecting and irritated personnel. No matter how nice and smiley you try to be with them, they simply don’t care and don’t even bother.Starting from the reception when someone is screaming in your face when your try to check in. Or the White Bar where the bartender ignores your orders or pours a wrong drink.Or, the fact that no one knows a basic English and cannot even understand a question “Is it vegetarian / Is there a meat?”. One I’ve ordered an Orange juice and guess what, the waiter just took a juice from another table where someone sat before and brought it. Does anyone here knows that corona is still around?We had some problems with the room and asked for a replacement...and guess what. For 5 days in a row we’ve heard only one reply “Come tomorrow at 10am and try again”But you can get used to it.What you cannot get used it is a scammy situations and the lack of security (again, due to negligence). For example, anyone can order paid drinks or services on your room number and leave a fake signature on the check. And guess what, when you will be checking out you will have to pay for it, you want it or not. And since no one here speaks even a basic English, they conveniently don’t understand you when you try to explain that you haven’t done any orders and the signature is fake.So, be ready for the exciting farewell surprises

The reception struggles with english and the concept of three seperate beds but the food is decent and so are the drinks, overall a pleasant experience in a very nice climate

5 stars open for hagglingThe infrastructure and grounds seem pretty new and are indeed spectacular. Well designed and maintained with a gorgeous beach. There is a 90 meter infinity pool you could swim your lanes in (if no narrow-minded life guard is on duty). Great!Operational management of the resort is another matter altogether though. Most of the staff speaks better Russian than English or German, but in most cases not more than a few words altogether. The Buffet looks inviting and there is variety, but sadly the food lacks taste and quality. Most of it is either stale or overcooked. The speciality restaurants arent any better. The cheap quality of the alcohol probably only suffices the palates of the many Ukrainians here. At the beach the red flag indicating strong winds looks like its installed in a permanent way and the access to the outer reef by the Jetty is dependent on the mood of the life guard on duty.There is a quad tour departing from the resort (sold at the beach or pools), but dont bother with it. Unmotivated guides and boring as hell. You spend the time for countless photo posing and in the end are ripped off another 25 bucks if you want to get them.

First impression- terrible condition of the rooms. We got here at 5 in the morning and were sent to the room. The room was dirty and old, no hot water when we went to the reception the guy told us to come at 10 and they will change the room for better one. When we got to the reception other staff told us they can’t do the upgrade. This is not a five star hotel standard and customer service!

One of the best all inclusive hotels we have visited in Egypt. Great reef close to hotel, sandy beach, plenty of pools, friendly support, clean and spacious rooms. You can not ask for more.

First of all i would like to start with positive things. Hotel area - really nice and spacy! What was really nice - concept of rooms at the hotel! Different houses and private pools in some of them! Territory looks clean and has some really nice gardens!Sadly, this hotel has a lot of negative aspects, for which we were surprised why it has such a good ranking at many booking platforms.Food and beverages - very poor quality. Most of the time - food is either cooked too much or almost not cooked at all. Lack of taste and no variety. It seems that they are always reusing products from previous dishes.Drinks - almost impossible to drink. Weird system for cocktails... at the day time they will always say that they are finished with mint, or lime - and they make alcohol free mohito from 7up and some weird looking green syrup, but at the evening time - miracle happens and they can offer a normal standard drink. We stayed for 2 weeks and everyday it was the same..Sometimes when we come to order some drinks, staff started almost to scream “go and sit, gooo gooo!!!” And waved with hands dramaticaly:) first time i saw such a terrible client service.We had terrible experience with mosquitos. Please take your own spray, specially for the kids. Our 10months child was bitted all over. We asked for some spray, they say they will bring it, but they always forget.. just after few days, when we went to reception almost screaming, they started to hear us and we got the spray. Mosquitos are everywhere, even while having breakfast at the main restaurant, our legs were bitten all over everyday:)Staff are full with weird behaviour. Perhaps they are tired.. but sometime their attitude was terrible. They are mumbling to you all the time, if you ask for something, they just say something under their nose.. hard to understand do they hear you or no...!?Reception desk - not an exception. Very unproffesional.One time they come to clean the room just few minutes after 8 in the morning. We and our baby was sleeping.. they ring to the door once, twice... really...8 o clock?!Very irritating SPA service guys which are going around hotel and offering some services.. but this i guess is normal almost at all hotels.There are just few lifeguards.. water park works just few hours in a day..Once a lifeguard asked my husband to watch some random swimming kids and he was angry when my husband refused it ;) now it seems like a funny story, but is it..?Really not a 5 star hotel. Would never go back again.

Nice hotel at all , rooms is very wide, clean and fancyi liked the decorations . The reception staff is not professional. The italian restaurant’s staff was very tough and not professional at all I didn’t like them specially someone called mahmoud . Food not bad but wasn’t testy and no varieties of food but at all ok . The aqua park very nice and the staff of life guard was very kind and caring, The beach staff was very nice and it contains a good reefs and the life guard hossam is very kind, helpful and clever. For sorry the hotel is very boring at night no any entertainment, the animation team is very weak they was almost not here

Great hotel with nice people, wonderful swimming pools and good food.The rooms: nice, spacious, well equipped, cleaned daily. But there were two cockroaches in the bathroom during our stay, big and nasty.The service: nice and friendly. Always willing to assist. Sometimes trying a little too hard when offering additional services but a simple “no” does the trick. One remark: they were supposed to replenish soft drinks daily but sometimes they just brought water.The food: lots of and tasty. Plenty options to chose from including live cooking.Swimming pools and beach: amazing.One more thing, the hotel is quite far from the airport so expect 60-90minutes for transfer.To sum up: would highly recommend and will possibly return.

First is people who work in here- Awad from Olympus pool bar making best coffee here and Ali from Asian restaurant is so helpful, but also cleaning manager Azab and both Chefs from really tasty food corners, and the rest of the team. Amazing care and orientation for the guests,  many hotels could learn from here. Baby and children are here Kings and Queens.  The rest of the hotels facilities is plenty of swimming pools and accessto the beach. Just mind quality of the construction and decorations is rather temporary looking... and it would be great if there are better alcohols for additional price , as the all inclusive ones first days are getting hard to stand :) Im not all inclusive guest usually, prefer rather off travels, but as for really difficult economic situation in Egypt currently due to covid bans and lack of tourist here the hotel staff and facilities can let you forget and relax for many days.

Best hotel ever. Best staff all over the place. Especially Mr. Moustafa Abdelrhaman from the restaurant. Rooms very clean and well designed. Hotel very luxurious. View is amazing. And most special was the smiles everywhere from everyone in the hotel.

New hotel, good rooms, but I would like to get better food quality, more different kinds of dishes. Only in one restaurant are more or less natural juices available... the rest is just like a powder mix... I could not drink it it all... Only beer and water are good, all other drinks I would never recommend...Beside of that is the service quality not good enough... you cant compare Dana Beach (Hurgada) with this hotel. Sometimes we were waiting for our drinks approximately 30-40 minutes. From my point of view it is not acceptable it all.Therefore 3 from 5

Nice hotel to stay. The staff ist very kind and have always a good mood. Nice location, you can stay on the many pools or directly on the beach. The areal ist really big and there are also different restaurants and bars. We had a lovely stay and will definitivly come back.

Perfect holiday place for a family or a couple. We came here for the second time. The gardens are growing up so fast, that next year it will be an even more stunning hotel, thanks to the lux greenery and flowers. Very clean, very friendly. There are some step backs, but their minor.

Very good hotel. The beach is so long. The stuff is nice with us. The hotel room is big and comfortable. If You like scuba diving You should come here because there are a lot of fish and corals. The weather is very good in november too. The garden and the beach arent so crowded becase the place is very very big. :)

A very very beautiful hotel. This hotel is more like a complex its a huge area next to the beach with 7 restaurants and bars and there is a club as well for those who like dancing. You can get service anywhere you are , be it at the pool side or beach side you can order drinks and they bring them right away. This a place to be for more than a week. There is a shopping area and a Pharmacy as well. There is kids corner where the kids can have fun on their own and the service is perfect. The food at these different restaurants is super lecker. The only problem is WiFi its a bit slow otherwise all the other things are perfect 👌❤️

We stayed in this resort from 29/12 to 5/1; the place is huge and brand new.The biggest problem we had is related to the reception, we were assigned a room OUTSIDE of the resort (all rooms starting with a 4xxx) which was old, dirty and falling in pieces.Be aware that any time they assign you a room which starts with 4 and needs a physical key they are trying to rob you.I immediately went and complain about the room, and at first the guy from the reception said that if we resisted (?!?) at least two days in such room he would give us a junior suite for the remaining part. He also said that the resort was full and he could not give us a proper room (?!?).After several discussions and complaints, magically a room in the resort appeared the same night and the room was finally ok.I was astonished to discover that several other guests were still located in rooms 4xxx and spent the majority of their holidays there; this is such a shame and not how you treat your customers!Food is average, all restaurants have the same mediocre food and alcohol is the lowest quality you can imagine.On top of that the resort is full of flies that will harass you everywhere.The only positive part is the diving center and the magicrock quad tour.Would NOT come back here and would NOT recommend this place

At the same time, none of the staff, or the hotels SPA or shops was sootty. It was enough to thank for the service and thats it.I rate the food as very tasty and available in large quantities of dishes to choose from - each of our group has always found a few suggestions for themselves :). There are several restaurants in the building and you do not have to reserve places for any of them - there is enough space for everyone.Lots of pools with clean and heated water, aqua park (not only for children), daily exchange of towels and cleaning in rooms. Apartments very spacious - family, consisting of two rooms with access to the terrace. I did not check, but its probably the standard of all the houses, because they had the same construction, and we only lived in two. For this huge amount of available sun loungers - both at the pools and on the beach.In Egypt, I was for the third time and I rate this hotel as the best of all.The coral reef at the hotel was definitely better than the one we had in Hurgada. You can snorkel near the bridge (despite the red flag) and admire the underwater world:) This is a huge plus around Marsa AlamI would definitely recommend this hotel if it were not for the desire to see another new place - Id love to come back here.

A very good hotel with a very gentle and helpful staff. Lot of entertainment for kids (including Kids Club 🤩). The food... well, it depends. However, the grilled meals are worth for recommendation. I enjoyed my stay.

October 2018. Wind, were not able to get to the hotel reef for 6 days. Wind is very often and in order to get to the sea you have to drive to other places. Pluses of the hotel: modern, big territory, a lot of swimming pools, kitchen is very good, drinks are OK, service is excellent, animation not boring, living in small houses with about 8 rooms, clean, quiet. Minuses: wind, corals of the hotel are not interesting at all, you have to go somewhere else (additional money and time spent), territory is new and not so green. Still too many advantages.

Completely overrated buy travel offices. Perfect location with big potential but unfortunately after 14 days you fell completely bored.

Large and very spacious hotel located around 80 km from Marsa Alam. It consists of many smaller, 2-floor buildings, each containing several hotel rooms. We had family room with 2 bedrooms, it was a very nice, spacious room, and the cleaning service was doing great job. There are many swimming pools in the hotel area, located in various places, including very shallow swimming pools like 10cm and 30cm deep, for babies - which we liked a lot as our little Franek (1 yr old) could spent hours playing there. There are also several playgrounds available for kids, and many kinds and sizes of slides - for small babies as well as for adults.There are several restaurants in the hotel area, with different kinds of food, local but also european and asiatic. We didnt find the food satisfying however - after few days there seemed to be little difference between the dishes: mostly various flavors of chicken, poor fruits selection and desserts so sweet you couldnt eat them - but thats the regional specific if Im not mistaken.Overall the hotel is rather comfortable, as it occupies pretty big area, and it doesnt seem too crowdy as guests are spreaded all over the area. It was 2nd half of May 2019, hence I think there were many guests in the hotel already.Sadly, most of the staff is far from professional, especially receptionists, which should present rather high standards in a 5-star hotel. In the beginning, I tried to order a bottle of wine to our room, as it was our wedding anniversary: I approached 3 receptionists, which all were watching something on a smartphone, holded by one of them. I politely explained my case and they lazily replied that I should ask at the bar. Fine, I thought, you order alcohol at the bar, seems logical. So I went to the bar and then the bartender told me to check with reception, as he cant charge me for the alcohol. I gave up after this.Few days later, we left several items at the swimming pool - mostly some books, baby clothes, towels and toys. We forgot about them in the afternoon, and only came for them around 9 PM. Nothing was there. I called the reception and they told me to check with them in the morning, when the Lost & found office is open. I checked in the morning, the receptionist called somewhere and told that they found nothing and told me to check again in the evening. In the evening, again, nothing found. All the time, he seemed rather unhappy that he needed to serve my requests, and most of all - not at all concerned about the situation. Basically, it looks like we were robbed in the hotel, and no one really cared. Not a kind of service and hospitality one could expect in a 5-star hotel.There were few other, similar experiences with the reception staff, all of them confirmed my judgement.Overall, a nice hotel to stay, with rather poor service, and not so great food. Good place to stay and rest - but keep an eye on your belongings and keep focused - if anything bad or unexpected happens - dont count on the hotel staff!

Excellent new hotel. Spacious rooms and suites, much free space by the numerous pools and outdoor bars. Four restaurants - Soprano, Zum Kaiser, Saffron and Asiatique - with delicious food almost throughout the day. Friendly staff doing their best to make all your wishes come true! Not to tell yet about the sandy beach by the Red sea lagoon with all the miracles of its underwater world... Would come back again and again:)

Great Hotel! The Dive academy is Top. If you want, you can snorkel at the house reef or take a trip with the diving school. With great spots! The night programm is not for party People its more easyer. Enjoy your Holidays :-D

Phenomenal resort near Marsa Alam, two hours from Hurgada, service on a highest level, prices according to the service they provide. Staff very professional and welcoming, amazing lifeguard at the pool in the middle of the resort, Muhammed. If you want to be served and secured by the professional, find him, party is guaranteed! Entertainment team is also very active, always in action.

Best hotel ever; none hotels all around the area with that high standard. Nice and big rooms. Clean. Professional staff members at the beauty centre. And the hotels workers are nice and friendly. Would recommend.
