I ordered a chicken castrol I sit at a table inside we ordered the tea then the food after which we changed tables we waited for more than 30 minutes I asked one of the servers to check how long turned out the order wasn’t put in the manger come and got me the order in 5 m and a complementary mango juice the manger and our new server apologised the manger made sure it was good

I go there for croissant specially the almond and the pistachio my wife loves it . one day they told us there no croissant not the Almond or the Pistachio we felt disappointed and we start to leave, in our way going out of the Paul we met gentleman his name is Mohamed Abo El Magd and he asked us if theres anything wrong so we told him. He asked us to wait for just 20 mins, we agreed and within 20 min our order on the table hot and delicious. Thanks Mr. Abo el Magd and Thanks for Paul for choosing the right people.

Excellent desserts.Very slow service

Great food excellent location; but terrible service. Very rude waiters had to look at their way to get their attention, and they would pass by me very fast. I hope this changes soon because of love Pual.I hate to mention a name but (waiters ) Ahmed R is the worse waiters. I hope they retrain him or get ride of him.

Today was a very, VERY horrible experience. I got there with a friend and all tables were occupied so an American gentleman offered that we can join him, the moment we sat down a waiter came to tell us were not supposed to sit with the Mister and even though the mister assured him it was ok, he kept talking us into stepping away from that table. That was very rude, unprofessional and non of his business. Also the food was terrible, it was obvious they heated it. It could have never been freshly made. Ugghhh and every 5 minutes someone comes to check if we need anything, i mean duh we need not to be interrupted! We could have waved if we needed anything the staff were basically hovering! This branch is out of order and it got us really disappointed today.

Service deterioration is wiered. Level of service is almost similar to a street food corner. Sticky table. Dirty balsamic bottle. It took more than 10 minutes and three requests to get an empty water glass which should have been there in the first place. They decided that only 3 of us (4pax) can drink water. Never bothered to paper tissues on the table. Waiters too busy talking to each other to respond for a request to get the cheque. It took more than 5 minutes to bring the pos machine. All this to name few things

Paul is a very good French taste cafe and restaurant it has very good French bakery with very fresh good French taste also they have a very good French deserts and also good variety of plates and alot of options for cold drinks and many hot drinks too it has a very good service and good waiters also it has a very good well designed place that make you relaxed and feel very great

Very high prices and low quality

I like Paul Bakeries but the city Stars management and service is abysmal. I went at noon on a weekend and they told us no breakfast after noon. Breakfast is offered in all other Paul bakeries after noon. And manager said he will make an exception only after we said we will complain.
