I ordered this.. and this is what I got covered in chocolate I couldnt eat it and had to throw it in the bin.. Next time dont smother it in chocolate if I wanted loads of chocolate I would of asked for it.. if I pay for something I expect it to be perfect not looking like diarrhea. Not even worth 1 star.

The place is really good, however the ordering line is sometimes slow as people order, pay and receive their order at the same line. However, it is not that slow also but it could be faster if the cashier only focuses and the order and then you get a number till your order js prepared.The place is very comfortable and nice, most of the times you can find a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy your cinnabon experience, however, its a help-yourself area and people usually leave the plates up without returning them down so you find tables with remaining trays.

Enjoyable breakfasts. Apart from waiting for coffees for around 12 minutes and finding hair on the bottom of cup everything else was really nice.

Lovely.The place upstairs is very clean and fun.But i didnt realy like their new berry mocha so i dont recommend it except if you would like that sort of taste.OTHER than that it was great.

Want literally the best cinnamon rolls in the entire country? order from these guys. every bite is almost certainly guaranteed to get your taste buds going. the quality of everything used for the cinnamon rolls from the flour,cinnamon,sugar and everything else are near perfect and feel balanced as Ive personally never felt that a cinnamon roll I ordered from there had too much sugar,cinnamon or whatnot. The beverages are good too but a bit expensive

I mean Ive been to cinnabon all around the world, it never really disappoints. But egypt is rough man, the cinabbon is tiny and just packed with sugar, theres no art at all. Its like shoving fistfuls of sugar in your mouth. I love cinnabon but not Egypts cinnabon.

I had a minibon and roll on the go, they are wonderful.

The location is very nice and strategic. Quality of pastry was nice, as expected. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. I didnt try the drinks as I just dropped for their most famous Cinnabon.

Another Cinnabon branch and one of my very favorites. Cafe is quite large, two floors, smoking area is on the top floor. Serves all varieties of Cinnamon rolls as well as those with chocolate. Hot and cold beverages are available including tea and coffee.

Great! A good place for getting a pudding on the go. The place is a little crowdy but not so bad. The toilets are clean and comfortable. Everything in the puddings and drinks is in its perfect amount. The places prices are so cheap but very high quality, some people complain about the places price, they say its dear, theyre lying, if you go to any coffee shop in Egypt, youll find that a cup of espressos prices 120 pounds! So the places so cheap in my opinion. Anyone who wrote a bad review about this place is just a dumbarse and cant differ between good and bad food, and his reviews could even be faked, most of the bad reviews about this place are irrevelant. So my overall review of this place is: 10/10. I reccomend every pudding and baked goods and cinnamon lover to go to this place.

There is something special about getting a nice soft, sweet ,warm and delicious Cinnabon cinnamon chocolate rolls . The perfect type of snack or dessert . You just pass by and enjoy the smell . I dont eat Cinnabon very often but when I do, I love it !! . I think it good for have one for breakfast thats the best way to start any long day .

I used to love the place a lot and stay there countless hours but I wont be anymore. 1)The opening hours became terrible (They unpolitely asked me to leave at 11:30).2)The Cinnabon quality degraded a LOT (or at least since April 19).3)The fruit shakes were horrendous (especially the strawberry one) and It didnt even remotely look like the one on the menu.4) The Orange wifi hotspot is very unreliable (no stable internet).5) The manager apparently has a new job of nagging everyone to make an order every 30 minutes or so, even frequent customers which is pretty rude. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite chill spots for me!

Worst customer service ever and horrible delivery service from nasr city branch.. we ordered at 9 and received a wrong order at 12 am I tried to contact them to correct it as we paid for 4 large chocobon and got 4 choco bites instead!!! They promised to send the correct order in few minutes but they didn’t . I called again but the customer service said that the branch are not answering cause they are closed now!!!!!Update: the delivery guy brought the correct order at 1:37 am

Tastes really good, but also keep in mind these are unhealthy so dont eat too much! I didnt try their drinks, but the pecan cinnabons are great.
