AVOID FRESH! The worst company and customer service ever, they dont know anything, and they are robots they dont know what they are saying and when they are told to transfer you to management or complaints they tell you we are the only person you can speak to.. I have bought an instant electric water heater and got the engineer to set up everything so their engineer can come and install the heater and upon calling the hotline I had to speak to 2 people and each telling me we need different requirements, after speaking with the 2nd person to book the installation date, I was told to wait for a call from the engineer on the same day to confirm the installation timing (and Im supposed to stay for 2 or 3 days with no hot water and boiler until the engineer call)...RIDICULOUS PROCESS, COMPANY AND COSTMER SERIVCE

فريش أصبحت متطورة ومنتجاتها الان تنافس بقوة المعروض من المنتجات الاخرى . أنا تعاملت مع المنتجات منذ ثلاث سنوات بحذر وقد اشتريت مراوح سقف ثلاث ريش وجدتها ممتازة فى التشغيل وقد اشتريت بعد ذلك مراوح سقف للشاليه ومراوح الحائط وايس بوكس .الاسعار معقولة وجوده ممتازة.ومعامله أثناء الشراء اكثر من رائعه من العاملين المحترمين . وأتمنى أن يتم التوصيل للجهات التى تشترى و بدون مقابل .
