Very bad service, TO AVOID ! They sold me a broken Ariston Water Heater online on 28 December 2021 and they took too much time to collect the item and they didn’t return back my money to my credit card till today !!! I am living in Dubai, and will have to file an official complaint to the Egypt Consumer Protection at the next time I am in Cairo.

It needs to be reorganized, to give people some space to be able to move, I was there with a friend, so I didnt have the chance to deal with B-Tech employees to give a clear review.

You can come here for electronics, but it just isnt that good really. The diversity is very limited. I usually find one or two brands only of any product I want, especially in appliances.They have a bigger selection of TVs though so it isnt bad if that is what you are after.They claim to have the cheapest prices, but I almost always find better prices or better options elsewhere.

Spacious branch with relatively easy parking, though still not easy to find a parking spot. Has stairs inside to go up and see big appliances, but no elevator, which is a bit of a problem if you have an elderly person with you or someone with reduced mobility.
