Dived with these guys in November 2021. All the team are very friendly and helpful. The house reef is worth to dive as many macro life. And some healthy corals.

Really service minded staff. Very professional and always ready with good tips for your day, doesnt matter if youre new in the game, snorkling or been diving for many years .

Expensive dive centre. Was surprised to pay €200 for 3 dives. Many extra fees. House reef is beautiful for diving and also snorkeling

A super nice dive center with a beautiful Huasriff, good service and well maintained equipment. My personal recommendation is the mini bus tours. You can dive offshore in remote places, the whole is well organized and you can enjoy an extremely large number of spots in peace. Gladly again.

Crooks and bad faithTO FLEE !We were 5 people who wanted to do the Dolphin House trip at 59 € / person with this club.On Monday 10/26/20, we went to book it for Thursday 10/29/20, as two of us were going out to Luxor on Tuesday 10/27. It appears that an employee made an intentional or unintentional error; she handed us a sheet to write our names on, which we did without being suspicious. When we showed up on Wednesday to ask them the time of the meeting the next morning, the manager of the Extra Diver Fayrouz center told us that it was too late, that we had to show up on Tuesday, that she had paid the fees. taxes and our meals for a total of 22 € / person and therefore that it was over, no more outing!Bad faith was telling us that we had the wrong day, probably because we did not understand English well, when we have been traveling the world for over ten years and this kind of misunderstanding has never happened.This scam forced us to ask the hotel manager to intervene, which he did nicely.Despite this intervention, the club manager just offered us a refund of 19 € / person; what we had to accept, because it was that or nothing!So, on the one hand, the service was not rendered since we were not able to take advantage of this outing to swim with the dolphins and on the other hand, the scam is that this diving club pocketed € 40 x5 = € 200 , by doing absolutely nothing! Thank you tourists!

This year for the second time we went diving at extra divers in Marsa Alam at Hotel Fayrouz. And this time, as in the early summer, we were completely satisfied. The base is well organized, the whole crew is more than helpful, in case of problems there is always a competent partner. The mood in the base was very relaxed and extremely attentive. The trip by boat was very nice, the boat was super clean, the food on board delicious and the two dives very nice. We are particularly thrilled by the beautiful house reef, got tips and were asked after every dive if everything was ok. On departure, it was like saying goodbye to friends. We would like to thank all of you for spending 9 wonderful days diving and we look forward to our visit in the coming year

Totally exorbitant prices, which is no wonder, since you have a monopoly here. A dive on the house reef 23 euros without equipment. Considering. that in Hurghada a day trip with a boat and 2 dives costs 25 euros, I think this is quite ripped off.There is also no Zodiac, so you are taken to the remote places by bus and / or then have to change to a boat. A zodiac might also be very helpful for diving accidents on the house reef. Should the dive center go through your head.Staff and service was OK. Corresponding diving instructors / staff are available for purely German-speaking divers.

I would definitely recommend this to others! Beautiful dive location and excellent guidance with a very pleasant atmosphere. Top!

Unmanageable pricing, no Zodiac but running over the reef. Unguided dives with a loveless briefing, also here is ripped off over the guides, better call themselves Extra Cost Divers

We have our training for OWD and after a few dives. Great team and good organization of the base, we will be back!
