I have had good pizzas here but my todays order was very bad. The cheese texture and taste was terrible. The onion rings had no salt, seasoning and a bad oil after taste. Pity....I have eaten better pizza there before.
The Best Artisan Pizza in EGYPT... Hands down.. Great service, super delicious dough and ingredients are very fresh.. Theres an outdoor seating. I can tell you their ma chevre is to die for, their arancini balls are to drool over and their creme caramel is just the cherry on top... VISIT THEM NOW!
Very nice flavors, dough, crust, and toppingsHowever, they need to place the pizza on a rack to cool down a bit before plating to prevent sweating.And to consider using shredder mozzarella instead of grated one
This place is a hidden treasure. The chief has created unique dishes that are executed flawlessly. Pizza was amazing, and I sampled some of the sandwiches as well. The flavors are new and delicious. Very highly recommended. Wish there were more places like this in Cairo
The dough was too chewy. The toppings were not generous. And overall taste was not as i expected. And it was too expensive. We paid 600 for two pizzas and mushroom balls appetizer.
I am so happy I found this place, as Italian and fomer Chef. They truly make Italian pizza and also according to the menu followed Italian food. Such as tagliatelle, instead of spaghetti Bolognese. . Spaghetti absolutely do not belong to meat sauce. But more for oily ones. pizza was cooked in ,90 seconds and were. Pliable and nice crunch. What imprees me iafter eating. I did not feel heavy. This is how pizza should be delicious and light into your tummy
