If you read the reviews you will find out that many guests get food poisoned and were taken to the hospital. WIFI not working !

The food was bad and no variety. .the room was small the bathroom was really small ... the aqua park was amazing the kids had a blast ... the pool was clean and enjoyable. The treatment of everyone of the staff was great and friendly.

Very good hotel!The rooms are good, I am particularly like a separated bungalos concept. Excellent to go with friends and ask for 2 rooms in front of each other and to have a litte spase kind of private. The food is good, as well as the beach. Clean and tidy everywhere.This summer I had a problem in there (due to my personal constraints - not due to the hotel) and it was perfectly resolved! Even if they were not obliged to do that and even if they lost some money! Very reliable service, thanks once again to the hotel staff!

A very nice place to stay during the ramadan. Only then there is plenty of space everywhere, after it the hotel gets overflown with locals. The staff is very good and helpful, they always come to you and ask if you need anything, everything gets served to you. Swimming pools are nice and big, theres also a lot of space on the beach. Most of the area around looks good, but there are some places where the charm is broken. The aquapark looks impressive, but its mostly for kids, there are only a few slides for adults and they require a pontoon that you need to haul up yourself. I found the food pretty bad, the breakfasts are ok with omelettes, beans, eggs and breads, but all melas after that are lacking. Everyday there is beef in some form but its usually fatty and unappetizing, lots of rices, veggies and weird local dishes. The only good thing is the snackbar near the beach and the pool. They serve pizza with fries which is ok, but theyre only open for 4 hours. The animators are cool and theres plenty of activities to not get bored. Rooms are fine, theyve got AC, a fridge, spacious bathroom and comfy beds. Overall the experience is very nice except the food, which could have some more western items on the menu.

The staff is very rude and shouting at the guests all the time. Food is very very bad and tasteless. The air conditioning system is not working in the lobby and the bar however its very hot there also the AC of the room stopped many times and every time you need to call them to fix it.The overall of the visit is a disaster and recommend every one not to visit this place ever.

Good location, Senzo Mall is very close. Rooms could do with updating but they are cleaned very well. Service is a bit hit and miss, some days are good, other days are very slow. Staff are generally quite friendly, sometimes it can be a challenge getting them to understand what you want

!!! In one word DISAPOINTING!!!This is definitly not a 4 star hotel!We stayed here for 2 weeks, but were so glad to leave in the end instead of enjoying our stay!We booked a room for 2 adults and 1child, but when shown to our room, found no bed for the child, When we asked, They gave us 2 dirty matrases on top of each other with some stained bed sheets and the child had to sleep on the floor! The room was outdated and in need of repair,( the curtains hung half loose from the ceiling).Our bed was also not very clean,( hair on the pillow cases)and the bathroom was full of mildew and at piek hours no hot water.Room service was average even after being given a tip.Be warned:only the main restaurant is all- inclusive with average food, the other restaurants have to be booked at extra cost beforehand.Walking distance from the main hotel rooms to the 2 pools is rather lengthy, and after the Ramadan we found the locals swimming fully clothed in the pool :(Free use of the aquapark at the sister hotel across the street, ( about 10 min.walk) was also average.Very crowded annoying public and noisy. The toilets were disgusting.Keep an eye on your belongings as my sundress!! was stolen while swimming.

Lovely hotel but food not up to much or services

Worse ever, please dont visit this place!!!Dirty non hygienic restaurant and rooms.They dont even have the habit of cleaning it. Its very old hotel as well.Dont look at the fotos on internet, this place is different.For wifi you have to pay.Staff is rude at all times, even management.Beach is nothing special.Do yourself a favour and dont come here.Staff is rude and not help full at all.Management as well.

The service was good but not excellent, the check in was disaster, the recipients and the front disk casher not well trained,the buffet was OK, but the a LA card restaurants was excellent food and services and we had a great experience,Swimming pools were clean and maintained.The Aqua park is supper and the stuff there is smiley and helpful, the recreation, animation and and the guest relation are active and you see them oftenly, but no guest questioner was delivered to the room before the check out, my family and I had a good time there.

Regular hotel without special advantages. Unpleasant receptionists with poor english (as well as all the personnel). They do not want to help you if youre not Arabic or German.- Monotonous food, vile drinks, regular rooms, non-working safes.- The beach is rocky, but you have a good nearby Jasmine beach (sandy with coral reef and sunken boat), but you cant use its Towel Center (no matter thats one owner of the hotels).- No free Wi-Fi! Hello its 21st century outside. Buy a sim card at the airport or at Senzo-Mall (its 1,5 km from the hotel). Dont pay the receptionist for the Wi-Fi!!!- Room Service was good, regardless of the left tips.- Not bad pool animators and night programs, but nothing outstanding.- Hotel needs renovation... rooms, furniture, appliances... everythings old and obsolete.- You can use Ali Babas aquapark. That is cool, and that is why Ive came here with my family. One and only reason. Aquaprk is OK, but with a few strange rools like you can use your GoPro mounted on the head, but not on the chest. WUT?!!! But after a few minutes of arguing I can go with the chestmount. But NO monopods, wraistbands, swimmingpods... forget it.Average ratings for average hotel.

As a young couple during our stay in February 2015:+ Good accommodation (beds / airco shower)+ Lovely swimming pool/beach+ Lots of places to hangout (smoke a shisha, have a drink)+ During the day: good snacks.+ Nice theming throughout the compound+ Clean/hygienic environment+ Excellent housekeeping!+ 30% of staff are really nice and thoughtful, trying their best.- 70% of staff acts like theyd rather be somewhere else (like they dont give a f*)- 70% of staff are disrespectful towards western (good looking) women when walking around in bikini/shorter clothing (peeking at private parts, gossiping with colleagues about what theyve just seen, funny faces etc.)- Food is OK, nothing special (little to no variation, not so favourable. Also where are the French fries during dinner?!)- No WIFI coverage further than lobby- Small cups for drinks at the beach, 2 cups max per person (you literally have to walk to the bar every 5 minutes if you want to enjoy a good beverage)- No women as working staff (culture: but gives an overall different ambience)Had a good stay but probably wont go back :)

Awesome resort. Room is very comfy. Very good food quality n quantity if the foreigners r more than the Arab but not the same if Arab ppl r majority. Clean beach, 2 clean swimming pools. Aqua park is very good but not the best. 4 stars bcz no entertainment activities like in the other resorts.

The worst hotel ever, the staff are very rude, one of the waiters kicks a baby in his stroller, the food & juices are tasteless, old furniture, the housekeeping came after many calls from us.It doesnt deserve the 3 stars.

Ive been shoked!awful rooms, service is bad, everything is money money,. I come with child, they give me dirty, distroed room and was waiting for money from me.

Very badly personal in hotel, all time asking money ... I stay in hotel 14 days and have program all including ( in hotel “ don’t have all including” ) you are all smiling and begging for money, imposing drinks for bad money .... getting a tan is impossible ... every 15 minutes someone comes up to you and offers something ... its tiring, in a restaurant you can start a meal and suddenly through 20 minutes the waiter comes and says that this table is busy and you are almost finished and this is not serious .... since you are asked to get in and look like an enemy, and the table is not different from others - there are no signs ....

We are a family of 4 and booked an all inclusive package for the Hotel Aladdin. We had a very bad experience.At 3am we waited for 1 hour to get our room, we were the only guests in reception. The room was at the 2nd floor with no elevator and we had to carry the buggy. We found a fishing hook or something similar at the bathroom floor. At 5am someone knocked constantly the door to offer towels. At noon we went to complain about the hook and the 2nd floor, a new room was promised or the next dayt. The next day we did not receive any information and had to “remind them about the new room.The 1st night at the mini disco for small kids, there was a group of young egyptian boys (about 12-14 years old) who started to play aggressively between them, running around and hitting themselves. They hit my 1yo who was standing besides me, he then hit his head on the floor. We were sent to the private hospital next to our hotel and ended up in the Hurghada Hospital doing a CT because he vomited twice. Fortunately nothing serious at the end.The 2nd night, during diner at an hotel restaurant on a second floor. There was a cat asking for food who clearly frequented the place. My 3yo daughter tried to touch the cat (nothing sudden nor aggressive) and she was scratched and bitten on the arm. The hotel staff told us to go to the private hospital next door. We had to give her the Rabbies vaccine. It consisted in a total of 5 shots, being the first 3 shots during the 1st week, one each 3 days. These shots had to be taken at the Hurghada Hospital. Each trip was very stressful as the hospital was in very poor conditions, you had contact with people with bad health and there seemed to be no health management. We were afraid to expose our kids to other sicknesses as people tried to touch our kids and we could not communicate ourselves in there. She ended having a mild fever reaction after the 1st shot, which meant to avoid the sun and going to the pool/beach. After the 2nd shot she had a strong throat infection and after the 3th shot she got a stomach infection.The 3th day, we complained to the tour operator “LMX” and we were offered to change hotel. At the end, it was only possible by paying extra, if we wanted to go back home (with no reimbursemente) we had to buy new flight tickets. Medical expenses reached a little more than €1000 and we could not afford more expenses so we ended up staying our 10 days to complete our vacations in hell!The last night we spoke to the manager, to express our dissatisfaction and before speaking, he was already very rude with his attitude. At the end, he never showed empathy nor interest in our well-being. He said that the doctors exaggerated with everything, especially with the cat attack. He said the cats were vaccinated and recriminated the employee who sent us to the hospital. He called the hospital manager to complain for what he consider “unnecessary medical advice”. At the hospital, the doctor explained us that the vaccine was necessary because of a small risk of Rabbies when the cat is not fully medically controlled. We didnt hesitate on vaccinating. I think no one would risk their kids life to a deadly disease because of low risk when you can eliminate the risk completely. When I asked about the cats vaccination papers, a lot were shown but it was impossible to determine which cat was it as no picutres were included of any of them. They also had several dogs and monkeys at the hotel.At the end, we almost never used the pool or waterpark and went very few times to the beach and definitely did not enjoy our trip. My 3yo was the most excited about the trip, after the 3th day she expressly said she wanted to go back home.The hotel food was also a problem, I suspect that there were poor health conditions and regulations at the kitchen, as my 1yo and myself also suffered from stomach infections through the trip. After the trip, I was ill for about two weeks due to a bacteria I catched there.
