Very good option to take some rest. Great location in Hurghada, it takes 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre. The hotel is big, so I didnt feel presence of so many people. There are several swimming pools, but only one was being heated in April. Animation team, waiters, barmans and room service were helpful, kind and always positive. I recommend this place

Great service in the hotel. Only the shops are one big scam. They take more than the price if you pay with card. Thank god that i saw it on time and got my money back. Its also better to book trips from the local guide. We went on the tours with Dutch guide Hurghada (Ahmed Zagloul). The local tour guides pay a lot more attention to your needs.

Highly recommended.An incredible week in this beautiful hotel. Where friendliness and good humour is incomparable. The food with a variety of dishes and a great choice of fresh products; cheeses, fruits, desserts and not forgetting the restaurants à la carte… a delight.The hotel is very very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, well equippedthe staff are very kind, attentive, well organised and very professional.The garden is just beautiful with a large swimming pool, one side of which is heated during the winter.A special thanks to the Général Manager, Mr Ahmed Ahmed Zyada, we had the honour to meet him. He is very humble, listening and likeable and appreciated man.A special thanks also to Yassin and Blacky from the animation. This hotel is the worst place I have ever been to. Staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly. Pools are dirty with plastic glasses. They refused to give us drinks while staying, stuff is getting stolen and the menagment wont do anything about it. Not enough water per person in the room. On the last day, they take your bracelet and wont serve you food or drinks for the whole day but they are happy to charge extra for it. Nobody speaks English even on reception. Avoid this place completely as its overpriced and not worth the money.

Very good hotel with the best animation team in the world. Really enjoyed the vacation. Very old hotel which urgently needs to be renovated. Paint is going off from ceiling in lobby and restaurant. Deluxe rooms and the cleaning were OK. Restaurants dirty, also outside areas not as clean as it should be. Low quality of food and very poor selection of food. Everyday pretty much the same. Mostly just 2 kind of fruits on all buffets. Most of the staff unmotivated and sometimes a bit unfriendly. Almost no program for kids in kids club daytime. External sales persons already disturbing on breakfast (every day!) offering their fish restaurant on beach. Beach is not cleaned and is full of big sharp stones. We stayed from 20/04 and booked actually till 04/05 but we checked out on 29/04 as this hotel is really not nice to stay at.

Absolutely terrible hotel. First of all, when you enter the reception staff is harassing you so that they can get extra money of you or manipulate and give you a wrong which was not the one you originally booked. They tried every single way with us, but unfortunately did not work out. Absolutely not professional not even to say that they make your stay even worse from the moment you enter the hotel. Especially there is a receptionist with glasses, avoid him if you do not want to be ripped off for nothing.Food is terrible, all three restaurants have the same. Near each restaurant there are like security guards watching you every moment and makes you feel absolutely uncomfortable. If you try to move with plate between restaurants you will have like 5 guys standing in front of you questioning where are you going. Even the one which outside by the pool, same story. You feel like you are controlled and watched the whole time. Variety of food is absolutely poor. They do not even give bottled water which I have never seen in Hurghada, there is always water around. If you want you can buy a bottle for 1 EUR. In the room you get 2 bottles of water per person and do not even dare to ask for more.Cleaning service do not even want to say without swearing.. On the first day the cleaner put all the rubbish from the table into the drawer! I suppose this a new way of saying to leave money. Absolutely disgusting.All the staff is rude and treating you terribly. Rooms are so old, no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. Beware not to get stuck in the balcony because if you close the door, then there is no way back, so you might end up spending a night in the balcony if there is no one to open it for you.If you have a choice avoid this hotel please.

I used to be here couple years ago and comparing with nowadays (end of April-start of May 2021) the general service level was better.A lot of things impacted our rest.Right now beach in the hotel mostly with stones (previously half of beach was covered with sand). For any of non-standard room requests like couple of cups, electric kettle, etc you have to ask/remind many time before delivery. Air conditioner in the room was not working properly, they tried to fix it only after two claims, but even after repair probe it didnt work much better. Air conditioner in gym was not working properly for 3 days.By the way food quality and variety was good.

Normal 4 stars hotel.The beach is rocky, but you can use nice send beach of nearby hotel.Nice and gun aquapark, perfect for kids aged 8-12.Food is average, but you wont be hungry.

What we didnt like:-when you eat in the last half hour in the restaurant, the employees start moving around the stairs over the ground really loud, probably to make you leave faster-Its all inclusive, but when I we bring our own bottles they want 5 euro per bottle for I dont know what-they charge more in egyptian money than in dollars, I thought it was Egypt, not the usa-waterslides work in shifts..-food not really good-only the standard things are for free, for almost everything, you got to pay extra, like water melon, coffee with liquer etc.-staff constantly asks to change money-overpriced sigarets in the stores-couldnt take sushi or McDonalds in to the hotel-security, always wants to check the bags, when you go into the hotel-no music between 12:30 and 15:00-pool, ice skating and bowling is more expensive than in Europe-no egyptian people in the animation team-constantly bothered by sales people around the hotel-can only take 2 drinks at the time, which is completely nonsense when you are with 3 people on a holiday-lifeguards constantly blow there whistles for literally nothing-very small beach/pool towelsWhat we did like:-animation team, activities and shows-housekeeping-2 waiters-how the hotel looked-It was also very clean

The hotel you dont want to come back. Staff work and hotel rules are regrettable. First when we arrivedwe were asked to pay an additional fee €6 per day to get a better room. Although all rooms are the same. Disagreeing to pay extra for each day, the employee communicated with us disrespectfully. The reception staff is rough and does not try to help the guest. The pool closes at 17:00, though 40 degrees outside. Food did not like it, repeated, chicken dry, pizza only with cheese. You have to pay extra for a lot, even a plate of watermelon 2 €. All inclusive does not meet expectations. Even water they give to us with expired date! I do not recommend anyone to pay money for such holidays.

It was awesome . The Aqua Park is wonderful, Jasmine Beach was very soft and sandy, the water level is excellent, there is no tide or ebb and not shallow. The standard of the rooms is good and also the food is good

The Hotel has a big and clean lobby with small shops, an ice track, a bowling alley, billiard tables and some more stuff. The all inclusive drinks are beer and local liquors, but that stuff is alright. There are also three buffet restaurants in the lobby area, besides that its possible to eat in the pool and beach area. At the pool and at the beach are bars as well. The rooms are comfy and clean.A big minus for the staff, most of them are unfriendly, not helpful and grumpy.All in all I would recommend that place.

Great place to spend a vacation with family. Staff is responsive. The territory is wide, tidy green. I also like that can use the beach of the closed Jasmin Hotel, which has a very good sandy beach. Aquapark nice. After the Covid pandemic, it seams not so big choice of food in restaurant as a couple of years ago. In this hotel we rest 3 times. Definitely drive again.

Good : food ( specially the multiple of restaurants ) , snacks , pools , aqua , services , sea (there are two beaches rocky and sandy)Bad : there are some people who work there behaves so bad to you (especially if you are Egyptian) , there are many activities and additional things but they are too expensive.Finally , and to be honest the BAD things usually exist in all resorts , so it is a great place to have a holiday

Professional degradation of an animatorI am shocked by what is happening in the hotel!The chief animator of the Turks spreads gossip about vacationers!Moreover, he even makes fun of vacationing in your company.He has been working at this hotel for a very long time and already walks like a rooster, looking down at the vacationers, as if they were visiting him personally.Dear, animator Turk, if you are reading, I appeal personally: your business is not to spin intrigues, but to entertain guests for our money. For your disgusting service, I give a low score to the entire hotel!

I booked the hotel totally by chance. Then, a day before arrival, I read some opinions about the hotel and I was near to change my accommodation. But I decided to chęci it first, and I was positively surprised - clean room (I took a room deluxe by small price suplement , so I recommend this option), cleanliness around - gardens, beach, public spaces, and even toilets at the beach. No problem to find a free sunbed near a pool or at the beach at any time. Three main restaurants + on the bach + a la carte, few bars , live cooking stations - I would ask all these people complaining about food: what do you eat everyday that they miss here? Solid pork sausage? 😀😀Big plus for nice aquapark and spa with gym (I didnot try it), also bowling and ice skating, possibile to play tennis . Also some little shops with everything you may need during your stay - sun lotions, gifts, jewellery, toys, textiles, etc.Plenty of nice smiled staff ready to help you with any single request. They do an amazing work everyday. The truth is that they ask you to buy additional services or extea drinka not inluded into AI offer, but it is not aggresive at all.Main drawback is wifi - irrationaly high price, so better to buy SIM card.I recommend this place 👍

I loved it, so many pools and a aqua park. Food is really tasty, there are a tons of choice and its regular. The rooms are being cleaned every day. Also there is Red Sea nearby as well.I love this hotel and I totally recommend it

Beach- not really sandy, at low tide the stones and corals showing up. The good thing is, the hotel is connected with the beach of Jasmine village hotel, which is nice, sandy, no stones. Some snorcheling could be done here.Accommodation - the renovated rooms are really nice, these are the delux and silver rooms. Also the sea view and pool view rooms are good. But remember, around the swimming pool is a big rush till late night as all the animaton programs are held here. If you prefer a quiet ace, a book a simple standard room. It will be with a garden view and youll sleep good at the night.The extra beds are either sofa or foldable beds.Food-3 main restaurants, plus one on the beach, snacks on the pool bar. Ala carte grill dinner, Arabian night and Sushi bar.One cannot starve at this place.Small but nice aquapark.

Room with out airconditionLooked like it where a hundred years old dirty and nothing worked. Doors, phone, TV, air conditioner, terrace door forced open.They did though change the door to the toilet so it could be closed.Food is very good but it is not changing so quickly boring to have the same.The one star is for the excellent snorkeling at the beach 👍

Wonderful for families.. everything is tailored for family needs..kids club to take kids .. safe aqua park with a lot of safety swimmers. Restaurants are various and rich.. lobby is equipped with coffee and pepsi.. The rooms are spacious and clean with a good furniture.. The aqua park is interesting with many equipments for kids and adults..everyday activities at night for kids and adults.. one more additional advantage is that they have inside the hotel a money exchange machine of CIB bank .one of the best resorts and I would return really whenever i can..

The hotel is OK bit dated but you get rwhat you paid for. Guys in vodaphone (mobile store) will charge you 3 time more than thay should on your internet data. They will delete your messages from provider so you cant see that they top up your account for 50 Egyptian pounds, but you paid triple that! Every 15 min they will come to you and want to sell you something (massage or extra dinner or diving ) when your on the sunbed just trying to relax and enjoy the sun (the less likely time you want to be bothered) . It is a bit annoying. The food is nice especially desserts. If the guys from Vodafone wasnt trying to rip you off the holiday would be a lot better holiday. Waiters are friendly and polite. If you want room Service you have to tip your cleaner otherwise only water and bins are replaced. If you get standard room is well dated if you want extra room you have to pay 8 euro per day extra on arrival.

No tea making facilities in room and 1st time all inclusive where you have to buy ice cream 2 euros orange and mango juice 2 euros strawberries 2 euros all the staff were great but all day long someone trying to sell said items all day

Cleaners and animation teams work really hard. Ok for breakfast and lunches but evening meal very poor selection like canteen food.The Chinese food was dreadful ..yes you got one free meal in there but it would not encourage you to go back.Dissapointing when you realize the different hol experience other people had at neighbouring hotels for the same money.

We spent 21 days in december that hotel. We had to change rooms three times before we got such a one where we could have been kind, and even that was paid for. There was no double beds, but put two beds together. The room was cleaned every day very well and the towels were replaced. The bathroom was old and would require a repair. The staff in bars and restaurants was really unprofessional and bad. They never smiled or talked, if not received for the money. If you gave the money you received the service. If you were paid as air, you had to do everything by yourself. Chefs were the only ones who were friendly. Lobby hall should not have to burn tobacco, but when the owner sat there every night boozing and losing so everyone else got burned. Every place was really smoky and bad air could not sit in the evenings anywhere. Many a night they kept the front door open so when the lobby was so cold that I had to keep his coat on. In the evenings, the program was also the dickossa, which was small and shallow theres also got to smoke. So if you wanted to look at the animation team organized evening entertainment, you had to endure terrible smoke. Every night we had to put our clothes on the balcony ventilated because they smelled so much. Took into account only the smokers. The food was often so bad that it could not eat even howd been hungry. We got the grilled meat for two days which was good. The fish was absolutely awful and tasteless chicken bone. We ate many times just bread and salad were good. During the day, we ate at the beach restaurant made garlic bread which was good, it shone a friendly woman. The beach restaurant and a main restaurant waiters and the manager just begging money from customers, and barked people who did not give money. We have been in dozens of hotels over the years to come, but this is the worst what we have ever been. Happy was the beach, the hotel itself and hotel area were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Animation team Karina and Julia were also friendly thanks to them. We will never go back and we recommend Ali Baba Hotels, the person who hopes the service and not for families with children or people who do not smoke. The hotel would be good if 90% of the staff exchanged for professionals and tobacco burning limiting.

They upgraded our room and checked us in early and for that we are thankful, now for the review :• The staff is friendly and really helpful and they always asking if they can help• The hotel in general is recommended and the experience was good• The most pleasant part of the stay is the aqua park which is really good and it has a special part for the kids and its staff is very politeHowever there are some shortcomings :• The food variations is limited and the quality isnt that great, so food is hardly good• There was construction work done near the pool which was making a very loud noise and really they shouldnt accept guests if they have such work done in the hotel• The aqua park opens only 2 h daily from 2-4 pm and not all slides are working in the same time (this may be due to the low number of guests)• the air-conditioning in the room wasnt working that well but it was ok• The beach is not good because it is full of small hard rocks• The music was always on at the pool during the day and till midnight I think and it was really really loud

Place is great, rooms are good and big enough, some rooms are close to the beach and others are close to the pool... There are many activities in this place, some cost money though. 4 stars because of the food, it isnt that good.

Love this hotel. Stayed here for 4 weeks last year and 3 weeks this year. The pools are great (and heated in winter) the staff are super helpful. We often watched the animation at the sister hotel because they where better and spoke to us more. The animation from ali babas is a bit rude and wont make the effort as no One really speak English. Didnt matter we had 2 young children. Great location walking distance to senzo (about 10 mins walk 15 at most) mc Donald etc all deliver. Thing I find very annoying is the flesh juices arnt all inclusive and the staff walk around asking for you to buy quite oftenThe monkeys in the sister hotel are lovely please visit them :)

Standard Egyptian hotel for having some rest and fun.Also there you can find aquapark. So there, this is not bad place for kids.As for food, there you can find everything, including beef, fish, fruits and vegetables. Like in other hotels.

The place was fully booked ! Soo many people, its really hard to judge the place or the staff under such conditions.The food was bad, really bad. staff was a bit rude.If you are dying for an aquapark experience for a low price then this is the place for you but youll have to deal with the overly crowded place, the horrible food and the rude staff.

It is located near Jasmine beach, and that was the main reason to choose this hotel. The food was alright for me and for kids too, but with kind of Egyptian touch to some dishes, to which Im not used to.

Bad quality of food (burger meat shake with rice) shawerma chicken (pieces of chicken mixed with skins of chicken), salad (tomatoes, cheese, cucumber and mustard) poor animation everyday just poolball. Had a rest there some years ago.1st week wed lived in the building which was close to the main pool and lobby. The room on 2nd floor was OK ($20 additional charge), but with 2 single beds.2nd week wed moved to the builiding far from the pool, closer to the sea (ground floor). There was a mouse in our room. Staff used mouse trap and so on :)Beach was nice, snorkling was interesting. Its easily to look at corals and fish in the sea. Food was OK.

Average food, room cleanliness is below average, they have a special pool for people wearing normal swimsuits (except the Islamic one) , which in my point of view is a sort of discrimination. they have the right to control the fabric type, and if Im wearing the normal suimsuits fabric, they dont have the right to forbid me from enjoying that pool. The same happened to a restaurant! they tried to make one of the restaurants just for Egyptians and the other ones for all nationalities. Egyptian refused and after a big argument and fights they opened for all!

Ali Baba is a super hotel. We were there for two weeks and better holiday we have never experienced before. Restaurants were great and the food in them too and service were amazing.
