We stayed here twice as part of a tour. The first time the room was in an area with no WiFi, a loud continuous hum (we thought it was a generator, but they said it wasnt) and the view of a wall. On the first stay we got a reduced rate for the buffet and the price was very reasonable and the food was quite good. A small bottle of wine around $10. The grounds looked beautiful and so did the pools.After explaining about our first room they said they would see to it that we had a better room. The new room was in the very same location only one floor higher and though the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking they had ashtrays in them and the room was definitely smoked in. The resort was practically empty so why put us anywhere near the other room with the terrible view?The second room they gave us was looking at the pool and was perfect. We had very good WiFi too. This time we didnt get a reduced rate for the buffet (not sure why. We were still staying there with the same tour company) and totally didnt think the buffet was worth the money. Coming into the resort the only place we saw nearby to eat was a McDonalds, but we didnt venture out so there may have been another restaurant to walk to. So a bit of a mixed bag.

I went to my cousins wedding here and the location was just gorgeous! It was a little hard to get to because it is all the way out in 6th October but the prices for their site rental are apparently half of what youd pay in a central Cairo hotel. The servers were all very polite and we had a juice bar at the beginning of the wedding before the buffet even started. I didnt eat that night (for health reasons) but the food looked amazing. They had ma7shi plates that had me in tears.

Good and relaxing hotel right on the wahat road in dream land, 6th of October city. The management is extremely caring with a super customer care orientation. The hotel is a two story property with a beautiful landscape and swimming pool. The hotel overlooks a gulf course. It has a spacious restaurant and a bar. My experience has always been good here. Mr. Jaber Ali takes care of the smallest details. He is the main reason behind all of the great work that draws me to the hotel. He also has a great staff. The hotel offers free parking. Itccaters to wedding events with a huge tent.

This hotel is amazing specially the main restaurant and the view cafe , and all the staff were very polite and helpful , the rooms were very clean and has a great view with the pool and the golf area

Excellent clean resort to stay at. Sara was especially helpful as well as a security guard out by the pool. The food was the best we had in 10 days traveling throughout Egypt.

Room: 2111The hotel itself was beautiful. I think food there is over priced so I decided to use Uber and eat outside. My room had a nice pool view, but I didnt like keeping the balcony open there was music 24/7.The room was equipped with AC and a minifridge which were useful. Shower had warm water everytime and room was cleaned everyday.My safe in the room didnt work. The wifi kept cutting off.The staff tried to kick me out at 12 pm even though I payed for extra stay till 4pm. The guy at the desk tried first saying that they cant have me stay longer but still offered me to pay for extra night...

The staff were wonderful. Just so service focused. In a quiet area and almost nightly weddings. We enjoyed ourselves.

The room service is amazing and the food is the most delicious i ever tasted in a hotel. The pool is really clean and the view is unbelievable. The green golf grass extends to as long as the eye can see. The workers are welcoming and kind. In overall the only problem was that i got a sunburn but i shouldnt blame them for that, so i think the place is perfect.

The hotel is quite and very comfortable for who is looking to releax, the pool is nice , room services and restaurant is not up to the service level, the room was not clean , restaurants is service very late and the staff is not trained on providing right customers service

Nice place next to great golf fields with fresh air and good environ. Parking space is very small which is a problem but one can park in the Hilton next door. I attended a wedding and it is very pleasant setup but food is not high quality. They need to take better care as some spots need to be painted and renovated. Overall very good and pleasant.

The hotel complex is well-kept, the staff consistently friendly and accommodating. I had a renovated room with a good view of the pool area. The rooms themselves were clean according to the location.The gym provided is at most below average.The spa was closed due to Corona. Due to Covid 19, the choice of both breakfast and dinner was atypically small for the country. The dinner itself was divided into 3 menus, which always had the same side dishes, often cold and badly seasoned.(UPDATE: Since two days the menu has been presented as a buffet, you can now taste everything. So you have a better choice to find something that tastes really good.)Wlan was almost impossible even with minimal usage.But I would like to point out that my recession was based on experiences during the time of Covid19. Which is very difficult, especially for the hotel industry. In any case, they make an extraordinary effort to accommodate the guests as much as possible.

The place is great, rooms are perfect, food presentation and taste is extremely yummy, the stuff is friendly. I highly recommend this hotel as a perfect staycation

Fantastic hotel. Really spacious and well laid out. Enjoyed the breakfast. Electricity in my room would cut out every hour but it quickly reset - maybe 30 seconds and the hallway lights were never out even during the outage so wasnt a concern. Really great rooms and really comfortable bed. Will be happy to stay here next year if I get to come back for work.

Very bad internet. Business travelers better look for a different hotel. The breakfast is not exceptional for a 5 star hotel. I would not give this hotel more than 3 stars. Theres also a very long waiting time for your laundry. Complaining at the reception is useless. They only tell you they will take care but you get no information.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hakim who is a true gentleman. However, the service at the bar was terrible to say the least. My friends and I waited for about half an hour to get to order because the waiter was completely out of sight. That waiter/bartender lacks the attitude and hospitality that the Swiss Inns staff are very well known for. Very unsatisfied with the overall experience.

Hotel is excellent but offering same type of Breakfast every day. Getting bored after taking same breakfast every day.This is five star resort but having fly every where. Lift is giving jerk every time which they should look at immediately.Some staff members are not customer centric as usual.Overall I can rate 3 out of 5 due to some areas they have to improve a lot.

It was the worst experience ever,The room wasn’t clean at all ,there’s dust on the door, the floor & the tables are dirty, loud voices, Sounds of sports exercises is annoying me in my room , the wifi very bad and weak & I used my 4G,I found the Blanket not clean & it was severed, The bed needs to be fixed & it makes sound , Old A.C with sounds I can’t sleep when I tried to make it work.The stuff talking together with loud voices early& in midnight near of the rooms & the security who seats in the corridor near of the room watching videos on his mobile all the night with very high volume .. really they are unprofessional..when I ordered the breakfast in my room they forgot to bring the coffee 😏For sure this is the last time to come to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone..

Surroundings is good. Management is too bad because while doing payment for room bill through card, transaction failed, also ATM near reception is not working at all. Then I withdrawn money in ATM which is location Hilton hotel. During payment, they didnt heck alternatives and the same day I need to do checkout. So, I felt very difficult to pay the amount. Services like providing water bottles even after the request also didnt happened during late evening times. Overall I didnt like the stay in Swiss in plaza hotel.

Well, try to stay away from rooms around the pool. Noisy weddings happen there and you will not sleep until they are done. My room had all I needed but had a very low shower and a short bath tub curtain. When taking a shower, water ran off to the bathroom floor. A mess. Food was good and beds were comfortable. If you are a golfer, this hotel is ideal for you as it is on a very challenging golf course. Service was good.

Place is spacious, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and neat. They have a big swimming pool and big garden with seating and events area. Whats bad is the flies and mosquitoes, really awful at the garden and in rooms in case you have opened the balcony, other than that everything is good.
