Not what I was expecting.They have amazing service. But the rooms are aaah.Everything is old. My bathroom door stuck every time I open it or close it.The decore and furniture or really really old in fine condition.Also, their electricity outlets are not universal, and they do not provide an adapter for international devices.

Stayed only for few hours so cant give a proper feedback.just noticed that some rooms are very far from the entrance. their bar is very known around

Very friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Nice smily faces and calming vibe. During breakfast and on the pool the Staff is professional and very nice. La terazza restaurant staff is very nice and provide a very fine service. even the band was nice and fun. I had a relative birthday celebration with the cake there, the singing and vibe was cheerful. The reception desk is very helpful and patient. I had so much fun during my stay.

Really amazing experience and excellent service. All the staff were extremely professional, kind and accommodating.Very good rooms, beautiful views and free golf cart service to move you around and my children love the big pools.I am totaly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No emergency medical support at night ( only day time), food ( eggs) should be always freshly made , concierge (Golf car) staff are excellent and friendly.

I think this is regarding the current situation, not enough staff to take care of the area around the pool. Room specially bathroom is poor & need maintenance & renewal regarding 5 stars hotel.Food is good, staff are helpful, but not enough Facilities & options, only the main restaurant is working.I spend the same money as the the hotel is working normally.Any way it is a break of a daily routine & kids is having fun, but I expected more from 5 stars hotel.About safety of covid 19 ,it is safe .

I went there for breakfast in September 2020 during the Covid 19 situation, I ordered the club sandwich and the vegetables sandwich, bread was very dry, food was cold.The waiters kept touching everything on the table while serving food, even one of them has touched my table service and put them in my plate.Waiters are touching their face mask consistently and I didnt feel comfortable there.It is such a disappointment

Huge hotel, very nice pool area and maci screen in the Terazza. Staying in plot 12, very large room. Food is good. Internet connection could better.

Good place for the family as you can spend time on the pool. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel lack maintenance and old. Also the parking is a con and not accepted at all.

Nice place with nice foods but kids garden still closed without any reason, lazy management. Gym has outdated machines, health club manager unhelpful person.
