Be careful the hotel has brokers who take advantage of your booking. They collect payments directly within the hotel lobby. The rates are nearly twice the hotel rates.The hotel reception and restaurant staff are not customer friendly to the extend of sending a client to go check out the hotel rooms on their own, carry own luggage etc.

Quality is less than i expected from this famous four star hotel. I would give cleanliness an 8 out of 10. In addition some maintenance needs to be done. Staff is friendly, but it seems that the place is extremely understaffed so service moved at sloth speed. Staff members uniforms were neither clean nor pressed

Incredible stay! Staff was very attentive, quick to respond and addressed all of our needs in a timely manner. The room was prepared and cleaned upon arrival. Both beds and pillows were super comfortable and the amenities were simple but of high quality. Extremely pleased with the quality of food, services provide and the care given to myself and the rest of our wedding party. The stage, buffet and wedding layout was spectacular and easy to navigate. The pool was perfect pre-wedding spot to layout and relax before the festivities. Highly recommend hosting an event here! Looking very forward to our next stay.

I had a fabulous time and found the staff professional and extremely friendly. In particular l received commendable service from Omnia , Ahmed and Rana.In the bar Eid was equally helpful. I first stayed at this hotel back December 2010 and it is always a joy to be back here

I had an appointment at the hotel, so I couldnt discover a lot. The location is easily reachable and, close to the mall of Arabs, is genius. Security at the gates are alert, firm and friendly. The receptionists are friendly. You can rent a taxi at a dedicated office at the lobby. Also at the lobby you can find a dispenser of sanitiser on the tables. Although I hated the faucets, plenty of tissue dispensers are found in men toilet at the lobby. A bazaar of pharaonic souvenirs, restaurants and a bar are available. The lobby is so small that the voices of restaurants attendees are clear to you. The odour of disinfectant in the corridors can easily get to your nose. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. You can find guests from different cultures.

I was frustrated at the beginning of my stay because of noisy residents in the room next to me, and the receptionist Ahmed Ibrahim changed my room and was keen on making my stay comfortable. Thank you Ahmed for your professionalism and for insisting on making your guests happy.

Nice staff clean environment however it is overpriced I ordered two water bottles and they charged me 70 LE while anywhere else it wouldnt be more that 20 LE

I attended a wedding at this hotel. Very beautiful landscapes, you feel like in a resort property, not a city hotel. The food was very delicious and the service was excellent. All employees were very professional and helpful, especially the front office and banquet staff.

Our stay was amazing, our room was very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast, definitely we will re-visit as my kids also were so happy and enjoyed alot.

The staff were very friendly and I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and covid-19 precautions. The towels were perfectly sanitized and I found sterilizers everywhere. I enjoyed the stay and this won’t be the last time for sure.

I stayed here for almost 3 months as we were assigned for a project. The location is a few minutes away from our project site so it was convenient. Their customer service is fantastic! All of the staff are very helpful, quick and flexible, especially Hossam from housekeeping and Bassem from reception. However, the rooms are outdated and old already. The breakfast was really average. It was really a challenge to eat the same food for 3 months. Didn’t try the pool because it was winter at that time (we stayed December to February). Overall, the customer service is the plus in this hotel.

It’s not a value for this money1. Towels near the pool seem to be used several times, because we take packed new towel and it’s still with chips and food traces of previous user2. Cleaning service of the room is poor3. Hair dryer is broken4. Blanket is full of dust, not possible to use because of awful smell5. Always problems with a key, need to renew it daily at receptionThe breakfast is good.3 stars so far, not 4 at all.

I stayed here for 3 weeks on a business trip.The hotel is great, there is a large mall nearby and plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk, saying that, the hotel food it’s self is very good.There is a bar in the lobby and the barman was excellent and quickly learned my requirements (Stella beer, peanuts, ash tray and 2 cups of ice for my bourbon in the room when I had done in the bar).Housekeeping was good and laundry mostly returned the same day perfectly folded.The doorman was very nice as was the door lady when entering and leaving the hotel.Last but definitely not least the lovely receptionist Omnia Tarek. She was very attentive and helpful not to mention beautiful too.Thanks for a great stay!

No internet, the electricity in the rooms is not working, bad hotel not for foreign business people recommend.

Room was ok..as i spent most of the day out for work.bfast buffet was so sad..ive been stayed for 8 days and bfast menu was never change at all. i suggest the chef should be more creative on menu variations. same goes with room service menu.

I am staying for more than 1 month! being an Indian vegetarian, I was bit skeptical about food. But the hotel staff especially room service proved that to be wrong. My requirements are clearly understood and I am being served very well! Thanks to Novotel team, to be specific Mostafa in room service and Bassem in front desk.

Nice place with clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were not very spacious. The wide and safe parking is another important asset to the place.
