Made wrong decision by choosing MS for my short Umra trip. Booking shows terminal 3 then upon arrival to terminal 3, I was told to go to seasonal terminal instead. The flight was delayed by more than 90 minutes and I have no idea if further delays are expected. MS staff should be extra organized for flights to Jeddah, people are planing for Umra wishes to reach their destination in peace and comfortable so they can devote their time and energy for this important event. This is my last trip on MS, I have given this airlines many chances as a national carrier but most of the time I have been disappointed.
