Beach is really nice with no rocks only some on the frontline. However i noticed no maintenance in the place. Grass was always very dry. Everything looked like it needed a polish. Place is also not live at all. You only enjoy the beach and you have to get your own music, games etc. staff are friendly but food in restaurant doesnt have the best taste at all.

The chalets are far from the beach and nothing to do after 7 pm there.No cafeteria no beach cafe no pool after 7 and the landscape is very poor i will never go there again .

Disliked it nearly no facilities, plus not all buildings do see the beach. There is a pool but not warmed up, and the football court there is always closed.

The place is really good but not the best spot to swim.

One of the very good resorts in Al Sukhna, away from the crowded areas and the super active community, a place ro have some peace of mind and quite time.The beach is nice and has alot of pools, a Gym, super market, bakery shop, ping pong and Playstation, football field and tennis courts

Very Nice Place, pools are everywhere especially 4th stage, Sea is great.There is a separator between the owners beach and Hotel/renting beach.some chalets are super furnished and you will enjoy it more than the hotel.Super market has everything you want.Overall atmosphere is cozy and friendly.

There is heavy discrimination (in services) against non-owners.So if you go as a tenant youll find that youre only allowed access to the public beach, which fifth the the total beach area in there.You have to be an owner of real estate there so that you can have all the benefits.Otherwise, its a clean and good place.

One of my worst experience I ever had in my life, I havent seen such an unwelcoming place like this, we were terrified and shocked to death during our stay in that place, one of the chalets owners dared to take a pictures for my children and dautghers secretly without us knowing anything and not only this!! He posted in their Facebook group presenting it to all other members of the group in a racist way commenting that see this is the type of people using our pool!!! ... And we were actually shocked again when most of the commenters were discrimnately commented and labeled as as strange black servants who invade their white kingdom,,,,, it was really disgusting and awful, when you feel there is still sick minds and sick people who are still living the sickness of racism in a very rude and such a mesrable way.... And apperantly this person who took this pictures is not feeling sorry about it, iam sure he is still there living his ugly racism and some of other owners are excericing their unpleasant ego and selfishness against anyone who is black. I took this case to authorities trying to sue responsible ones, but unfortunately after several days of procedures it was unsuccessfully closed by me due to lack of proper evedince as stated by law enforcement concerned. As I cant get the group username and password which is impossible to bring. It was really very sad and I will never ever me and my family forget this meserable experience and terryfing incedent it left us emotionally hurted and left us with a deep wound inside felling the most worst treatment in the whole life... For this I can say this place will be cursed with hate and discrimination

Very Bad experience, no facilities for hotel or rental just for ownersRental beach not clean Marina isn’t accessible for rental (owners only),restaurant offers set menu not open buffet, towels are dirty rooms are small ,no kettle but clean .No activities,This place is not recommended for rental or Hotel As there is many restrictions.

The chalet was comfortable,clean and fully equipped with a nice garden , the pool is next to the chalet , overall its a good choice to relax , 3 medium rooms with 2 bathrooms, suitable for families you can even grill in the garden, it wasnt close to the sea and theres only one supermarket , you may consider to go out for food unless you are prepared to cook

Not recommend to rent. They make 2 Beach one for owner big beach with kids area. Other for rent people very small without any facilities

I used to go for 10 years but now I totally dont recommend it, hotel guest cant access many pools, very limited seats on beach and no access to the Marina, food is very bad and room status is below average
