Not bad and not good, place under construction, some chalets perfect with private pools, and others under construction.fun places far from chalets and not finished yet, you need a car to have a round for the village and to go to the sea 🌊.poor facilities only one super market for all place, very crowded most of times.Maybe after two or three years it will be completely and perfect place.

Still Clean and they are taking a good care until now but still they need more specially the beach

If they finish the constructions this decade, it will be the most bump roaded compound in Sokhna area inshallah.But lets look at the bright side, you will never feel lonley inside, your neighbours window is at most 2 meters away from yours.

Suitable for families with kids and it is 30 my nutes to Suez city used to go eat there then back also the pools is very clean and considered the best thing there

Worst place in sokhna.......garbage everywhere......the security guys are very rude........they kept us for 30 minutes in a long lane for entering gates

The village itself is really cool with a not bad services, but the sea shore isnt that good.. you will only enjoy the pool on your visit.

The rooms are beautiful, the service is excellent, and the Aqua is very sweet for the children and the elderly, they are all very helpful

There are three different resorts on the same piece of land, originally it was Palm Beach resort, but now the land is split on three (Palm Beach, La Sirena and Blumar.) There is a lot of construction going on. The beach for all three is usually secluded, there are no services at all, only a cafeteria on the beach.

Nice hospitality with good price.Near to private sea beach, as well as provided with modern swimming pool.
