Its really good and the rooms are very close to the sea ,but there is no internet and no microwaves and the furniture is not bad. Overall the resort is pretty good.

Hayah is always my to-go place whenever i need somewhere to escape. Its family-friendly atmosphere always helps me relax and restores my inner peace.The rooms are top notch, air-conditioned, provided with tv, microwave and tableware. Their beds are always well-made and clean, and you can request a change of sheets everyday if you want to; but i hardly believe youll ever need it as youll probably be staying up all night on the shore stargazing.I have seen lots of reviews regarding the toilets, but those were probably some one in a million chance as i have never got any problems regarding that aspect. It is always clean and hygienic.The piscines are nice and always clean. I would always choose it over the rocky sea floor (its el ain el sokhna, so the entire shore-line has a rocky underwater floor).They are still building water sliders, probably would be finished by my next visit.Would definitely go there again soon, and would also enjoy my stay.

Good but the beach need more attention and care...

Its a nice quiet place right now. The hotel is owned by Green City, which is doing some maintenance in the buildings and landscape. There are 3 swimming pools; however only one is in service now, and I saw no one swimming there so far - I think this is due to the cold weather. As for the sea, the water is inviting with low waves despite the cold weather; however, you may need to wear any kind of special footwear to avoid hurting your feet by the small stones underneath you in the water. There is also a simple kids area close to the beach and another one inside the resort itself close to the football pitch that will appeal to you if youre into the game.

Good place to have a vacation but it is hot in summer , the good weather here may be started from September to march . The chalet is good furnished and wide , every room has an air condition , wide balcony and upper chalet has a roof . It is near Cairo about 2 hours driving .

A good resort to get some rest, well-furnished chaléts, prices differ according to seasons as it reaches 500 Egp/day for one person (dinner & Breakfast are included) in high season, and decreases to 250 or 300 in low season (winter). The place is quiet, but needs more entertainment, food is good, but not wow, as it is an open buffet, but you dont get a lot of kinds of food to choose from.Sea is wonderful there, as long as you are wearing something in your leg to protect you as the sea ground is rocky, and you have no marinas.

Dirty rooms. NO TOWELS. We asked for clean bed sheets and they bring the up in 6 HOURS!!! No breakfast, no lunch and no Dinner despite we Paied it. The Beach has too much rocks. Any Kind of entertainment.

The worst beach I have ever went, it is rocky and touch to walk, I walked in to the sea for about 1 mile and still the water is under my knees, i couldnt get any spot worth to swim, it very itch hazard not clean at all( sharp sea leafs/trees. For the rooms, Refrigerator was never been cleaned get molded forget to put drink you cant dare to open it. Warning: No A/C. No water at resturant. Management the skinny one, is very very ruud and not welcoming at all.

Its acceptable place ... but the beach wasnt good at all , u cant go swim cause of rocks and stons ...... the service wasnt good they dnt take the trash and u have to call them many times to do it

The rooms were awful the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional , everyone was in the pool and the beach with clothes not swimsuits and also the took from us 1500 pounds plus for the food and when we arrived they changed what they said and that it was not including the food ... nasabeeen

Quiet village, clean and have nice designs for chalets, but doesnt contain every thing you need and not helpful workers and the beach has lots of rocks ...

Large areas but mostly grass, quiet, good weather specially at night, nice sea but some areas are full of small stones, some of the rooms (one of which we were staying in) are very bad (no toilet papers, no trash bins, no soap, no shampoo, dirty bed sheets), no activities at all and its the farthest resort in Ain Sokhna (south east) if youre coming from cairo

El-Hayah resort is someplace very awesome, clean, beautiful view. There’s alot of entertainments. A place to relax in.
