Good place to stay but watch out it is 3 stars! however the staff is great and hospitality is 5 stars. the hotel was better than this in the past however they are proffisional enough to make it over for you

The staff are really caring for guests. Everyone works in this hotel seems caring and passionate about doing his part. The cheff is very good and the buffet is well thought and performed. This hotel is the top rank (I stayed in 60 different hotels) for the speed of room service. Room is large and there are several pools and nice aqua slides. The Sokhna beach is known for nice and calm waters.

I dont recommend this hotelThe breakfast is good but the lunch and dinner isntThe pool isnt clear it have dead insects inside itThey made a party at 9pm I think and there is no place for parties far from the room they make the party near the rooms so how can I take a rest in my room with out noise!

The place was a mess, trash was everywhere and the shore was like 1km long that it took me 5 minutes for the water to reach my shoulders. They also charge 450 L.E for a day-use which was not worth it at all.The only reason for the second star was, the surprisingly, not bad at all food.

Location is good as its near from cairo and most of staff are nice, but facilities need to be renovated as its too old, also it doesnt have a private beach for the hotel guests as they use the same beach for the village

Very bad rooms. Hygiene and cleaning is absolute ZERO. The room had BED BUGS.the staff is friendly and the food is super. However, not worth the stress from the BED BUGS. They have craw infestation. There are foxes around due to the lack of security. The beach is small and not lit.The rooms have bugs! There is no Ndf or Naddaf. The bathroom is wiped with the same dirty towel, without any detergents. Save your money.The place is full of crows and in taaleb, because there is no good security. The beach is not lit and there is no way to walk on the sea

Advantages:The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few steps away from the sea. The beach is clean and the sea is beautiful and calm. Water games are fun and cute for adults and children. There is a childrens play area and gardens. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful and responsive. Breakfast and dinner are open buffet with good variety of food. The rooms are spacious and clean.Defects:1- There is no internet (WiFi) in the rooms, but only in a small part of the hotel reception.2- Every night there is a DJ party on the pool with loud music and singing from 9 pm until midnight, causing inconvenience to some guests who are looking for calm and comfort.

Receptionist said Hotel has no credit...changing bank account!!!! card .Toilets in reception are dirty..The glass tea cups in the restaurant are broken and need to be replaced.Reaching the hotel via the map is difficult.The food is acceptable, especially the breakfast.

4-star hotels are much better than thisFirst, the pictures posted on the websites are for the kings room, not the standard room1. The normal garden view room is not nice, there is no need to publish the clothes except for the rack in the bathroom, and therefore it is not very dry.2. Adjustment in the condition is good, and this is a point calculated for the condition3. The level of cleanliness is not bad, but it is not worthy of a 4-star hotel, for example, the sink was not invited, who is the cleaning staff. It is possible to attack the needs with a sponge, which will be better than that 🙂4. As usual in most of the needs in Egypt, the place does not do maintenance, the shower was dripping and we asked someone to come to fix it, and for example it says that there was a kettle.. there was a pot in it and an adobe was not, and we sat asking for things, and this is a ridiculous need frankly.. it says The needs will remain in the room. Why do we need workers?! And one of them after he came out was angry and we asked for a change..😑5. The hotel does not have an elevator, but it is 3 floors, so we can move it6. Nice place, but the DJ at night is a headache until 10.30 and you cant get in the way.. The beach is nice, but the sand is a lot. You will walk a lot when you reach the sea. The place as a whole for the price is good.
