A cheap hotel for short stay! You should not expect much.I had a quick pass from here. Did not try the food. Rooms are medium. Not the best Ive been but also not the worst!

Pretty basic amenities. Just for seaman for a pit stop stay overnight. Great view of suez canal. Food was good and some improvement needed on service of restaurant. Otherwise great. A very humble and respectful manager. Hope to see some improvement for next stay.

Compared to many hotels that i have been, this is on the down side. (Mostly staff related). The bell boy literally was pushing me for tips. I was going to give him anyways but he pushed me for more.. he was literally asking for LE100 which is a bit too much and would continue pester me until I gave him a LE50 and another USD 2 dollar..Other than that, the rooms are clean and cool, supplied with good hot water. Tips for the next dwellers, never ask for soup during dinner time or youll get an earful from the waiter. The food selection is quite limited but was ok. The amount is generous and 1 meal in the afternoon is good enough to last you for the rest of the day.

The service has degraded over the years. This was my 4th time visit8ng the same hotelFirst stayed there after signing off in 2008 from Port Suez. Now the WiFi is slow, room lights arent maintained, shower has issues, food quality is down.Will think again if i would stay there for layover even if for 1 night.

It is an old building, but when I visit the renewal. The Rooms it upgraded , the food’s ok, you have options to choices for lunch and dinner, the breakfast is ok, no too many choices, but it was enough for breakfast, it was clean. The employees it was very kind. They need to improve the internet service and the cleaning. The location is perfect, they don’t have too much noise, it’s near to the port, and near to the town Center only 25 min by foot. The view to the Suez canal entrance is excellent. Look like that it a hotel with a long history that loss his shining and they try to find again! In my opinion, it is a good choice if you visit the Suez for a business trip. Finally, its three stars hotel, they offer you what you pay, and they continue trying to upgrade. Very good job.

We stay for a couple of weeks before the flight our experience at red sea hotel was nice room are clean food was good people are so hospitality all in all rate it 3 apecially those waiters are making joke to entertain us its owsome.thank you guys keep it up...

Situated on the edge of Suez canal, ship can be seen passing closely. Room was spacious, however wifi (internet) speed disappointing. Need to improve safety features of their elevators. Staffs conduct was professional.

A top contender for Most Run Down Hotel Award. Rooms are pathetic with old furniture and minimal cleaning. Hand towels serve as bath towels. Bathrooms are decently clean but have poor drainage. The restaurant is cozy, with polite staff, but needs an overhaul too. Front desk staff is generally OK.Avoid staying here, but then there probably are only similar options in this town

The best hotel in suez city , Egypt . The hotel have the best view directly on suez canal . you can sea ships through the canal from your room. Very good price and clean rooms

This hotel is terrible. Very dirty. You dont know where to touch. If you are brave enough you can walk in room carpet without shoues. Never cleaned.furniture is very old and fridge wakes you up like alarm when it starts working. Σάπιο.

The room is just ok , but they are working on refurbishing the rooms. ask for new ones they are acceptable. The breakfast is a bit disappointing and not to the level. the staff are the best thing in this hotel they try their best to make things work.

This hotel is for seafarers who are joining or signing off from a ship. The room is good. Breakfast is buffet which is very good.

The place is clean, the stuff are cooperative, have parking in the street around the hotel.

They developed some room furniture,But still need more to go.View only good on higher level , starting from level 4 , specially in restaurant.

Reasonable place.. Preferable take a room which is opposite to the Suez Canal yet the view is great :)
