Clean, good services, cool staff and reasonable prices .. the only bad thing is the beach has some rocks u have to wear a sea shoes to enjoy it

Great place just DO NOT BOOK WITH EXPEDIA!!! it is a scam! Someone setup an account in their name ripping people off potentially standing them. But the Hotel itself is amazing great view of the red sea. Weddings every evening. Suez and this hotel was a joy. Kindness is the only language you need

1- Parking Place is not equipped with even sun shaded, and not paved as well.2- Toilets are not clean at all and very smelly and there was no water and there are only 2 for the whole place.3- Beach is not clean and full of garbage and full of rocks, most of the visitors dont wear swimming suits some of them use their underwear as swimming suits.4- Stuff are not professional at all and not friendly as well and dont have any minor communication skills.5- Aqua Park area was not organized at all and no safety as well and the stuff their was very rude.Last but not least I regret going there and dont recommend to anyone, It was really extremely bad experience.

Would not recommend. Terrible service, booked from the U.S snd was told there was no reservation to be held outside for 3 hours. They did all this to try to get a few extra dollars. The rooms are decent and the only reason im giving this place 2 stars, not because of the hotel but because of the restaurant inside the hotel called zag. Overall the room service was garbage and the place itself just isnt for a family

Nice view yet rooms are not well maintained. Restaurant is average, you can definitely find better in the surrounding area which has been renovated and gives a good space to walk.

The hotel has a low level of cleanliness inside and outside the rooms, and the price is high and not appropriate. But the location is great.
