Great food. Great service. Decor needs some upgrades and theres a serious flying insects issue that needs to be addressed (almost impossible to eat - also extremely disgusting if a fly happens to die in your food).

Really a very bad experience, yesterday i was there with two friends and after we sit, we ordered a hot drink because the weather was too cold obviously, and he took the order gently, then another waiter came and with audacity informs us that it is must to order a desert with the drink, then he runs away without hearing us, we called him back and told him that we don’t want to eat a desert at this time we filled of food, and he said its the policy of the restaurant and it is must.Other people was around us ordered hot drinks and shisha without deserts and it was ok with themI would like to say that this is an insolence from the waiter and his manager and the owner of the restaurant and the person who put this polices.My message to them if you want to make a polices for a restaurant you must make an announcement in front of the place and it must be visible to any one, this is to respect your visitors. And please train your waiters to treat people with more respect, may be we are paying money and we pay a service fee either.So please don’t visit them. You money is worth for a better place

Shrimp risotto was good. Place was not very nice. The tables were leaning and the plate was not clean when delivered to my table. I got 3 straws that were cut.

Worst mojito ever, just seven-up with lots of sugar and when I requested it sugar free it still tasted bad, they ended up charging me for it even though I asked them to take it.- coffee was fine thoughArkan is filled of better cafes, I don’t think I’ll ever return there again

Worst experience ever has in a decent cafe ,I was having a breakfast last Saturday almost at noon and I ordered 2 Topaz English breakfast dishes , one of them had a human hair on it and when I called the waiter he didnt do anything he just turned his back and left me when I was talking to call useless other waiter he didnt say is name or any thing he just grave the dish and never said even sorry we was talking very politely and he just went inside and when I was about to leave and asked about the cheque I found out he was getting us a dessert as a sorry but we refused it and we just insisted to have the cheque to leave as my friend was about to vomit I asked to speak to a manager and the same useless person came again and has the cheque and when I told him u could at least apologize he talk in a really bad attitude . Seriously people u should be more professional and hire more respectable staff

I went in ramadan...service was ok..air conditioning was bad I have no idea why..food was ok...not perfect..I choose chicken and it tasted tasteless or just average...other than that I liked the bouquet of bread..pasta was perfectone tiny thing that annoyed me is how much the juice was overpriced...it costs like one tenth of what they charge for it...if its for the service I guess we are already paying for that so no need to overprice simple items...its almost that one cup of juice costs half the price of the main dish..that is absurd to me
