Loved the outdoor seating.Their menu has different varieties.A place for a nice dinner with nice crowd.The indoor was a bit crowded but nice.Loved their desserts.Definitely a place with good vibes.Its a bit pricey coz they serve alcohol.The staff are professional with v. Good standard of service

The food and drinks were fantastic, however the staff took a long time to take our order and were not very friendly. However, after the order was taken, the food arrived very quickly and was amazing. The food definitely made up for any issues we had

I walked into the host and asked him can u get us a table for 2 and he said No, with no clarification why not. I said are you fully booked? He said yes.I decided to call the restaurant and see if he was telling the truth and the same guy picked up the phone, i spoke in English and he thought i was a expat... He gave me a table right away with no hesitation!!

Used to be one of my favourite places but the staff became rude specifically in the weekends even the managerThe food quality used to be the best now its not constant and when ordering more drinks it takes forever

They have good pizza, decided to try the tuna steak and I was disappointed. Hence the 4 stars, if youre going here stick to the pizza or burgers, even the appetizers are great, but generally whenever Ive ordered something but pizza or burger here Ive been disappointed though. To whom it may concern, I am a regular customer at Gege’s for 2 years now and I’ve never been treated with discrimination and racism in Egypt ever like yesterday. I reserved a table and was very disappointed by the horrible customer service specially via the Manager Ehab whom supposed to be more professional and supportive of the customers right and hospitality services. I don’t recommend this place to anyone specially for tourists because they treat them poorly and with disrespect unfortunately. I recommend upgrading your staff hospitality and service ethics or else you would lose all of your customers as you lost me as a customer.

A very nice place, wonderful setup, friendly staff, delicious food, lovely crowd, and a variety of drinks and cocktails. If you want to enjoy a friends gathering this is your place. And also great option for a date.

Such a disaster! I didn’t get to the food (staff generally are unfriendly), because I ordered my food to go. After walking for 10 min in Arkan, my wife and I kindly asked the waiter if we could sit on a table just to wait for the food and he said yes. However, literally 4 min later the guy at the door arrives at me to tell me that I should change my table because there are customers coming to the same table, but there never was! I instantly asked them to cancel my order and left! Will never come to such a disrespectful place.

Laid back ambiance. Food can do with an upgrade in taste, decent enough nonetheless. Outdoor seating is just impeccable.Service however is terrible, asking people to move their tables to less desirable areas because the friends of the workers wish to sit in better seating.

Our expat friend took us here. We didnt enjoy the atmosphere, too crowded, the waiters kept on pushing my chair every time they walked past us ,people smoked inside and on the terrace. Food is good but theres nothing Egyptian here, just a couple of beers, the rest is pasta, pizza, burgers . If youre a tourist, maybe try something else, the entire area is too European.

Not as expensive as you think, which is good. But what is not good that its not cleaned properly, they have to pay more attention towards that. Theyre still using plastic straws unlike the restaurants around them.

My absolute favorite place anytime of the day. Fantastic casual atmosphere. The place to go to watch football matches. It’s basically a casual burger bar but with other delicious food. The Tuna and beef tataki are a must try and they simply have the best fries in town.

They rejected my friends because they wore abaya!! And when i came they gave an excuse that the empty tables are taken

Worst service ever; we didn’t even have a table. The waiter stopped us at the door and started telling us that you can only enter if you paid 250 pounds per person. Although we were regulars. And we never paid for an entrance.

One of the most horrible experiences i had last night on a Thursday night. I bioked one day earlier and been confirmed a specfic seating..when i reached the outlet.. A so called outlet manager Ehab..was extremely rude and didnt give us the booked seat claiming that we have to be from 6 to 8 ppl..when we said we reaerved that and no one told us anything.. He was rude again and said this all what i have..i wonder how restaurants percieve hospitality and how can a respectable successful manager run a place behaves in such rude and unprofessional manner. I wonder how an outlet manager prefers us leave than sorting a guests problem !!!

A total disaster. Waiters are inattentive simply ignoring clients entering the place. They took our order then came back claiming they ran out of one of the items, recommending a pizza instead.30 minutes later they bring part of the order and not the pizza, when we complained they lied saying the chef is making another pizza because the first one wasnt any good? And that in 5 minutes we would get it.20 mintes later nothing so being totally bored and upset we asked for the check which they brought immediately and checking it I found they included the original choice they later claimed had ran out, and included the pizza and soft drink they never served?Total waste of time and a huge rip off.

The burger is very good. Salads are very good. Cocktials are amazing. Staff is very friendly. I recommend trying the sangria. The dessert is very special
