After a horrible 3 days stay at the hotel, with all the untrained and rude staff, and my transportation back home was ready, and I finnaly got to check out , the hotel managment refused to give me a reset for my payment and told me we dont give receipts to gusts , and they only give a combined receipt with bulk rooms to the traveling agentsObveiously its tax evassion .It is a horrible place e with horrible service

Rooms are clean and quite spacious, have a flat screen tv, friendly staff. Cafeteria food was great. In the morning I could always get some dark coffee or tea or ask a waiter to bring any soft drink. Swimming pool has heating. So yeah i liked everything

The Hotel is really fabulous!We liked our stay here.The food in the main restaurant «Mermaid» every day was tasty, daily cleaning was perfect! The Hotel area is big and very beautiful. The location of the hotel is so nice, there was no varieties in food and the food was not good. The resort is not suitable for old people because you should climb ***y stairs to go from your room to another place like restaurant and beach and so on. The beach is without shore so if you like shores this resort is not recommended. All equipments at the beach like( life jacket, snorkeling masks... etc) is not for free. Finally i’ll give this resort 5/10.

Secondly there is no lifeguard on duty. Third there is no sand beach, so you have to go out the resort to find oneLastly neama bay is a little bit far you need to take a private transportation to reach to itAt the end it was a very nice weekend

So first, the location is great, the premises are clean, and the snorkeling is beautiful, even right in the tiny protected area of the resort. For a somewhat cheap ticket though, you are surely signing up for a world of upselling and hustling/haggling/harassing. The hotel isnt even pretending to try to protect its customers. Folks wander around the hotel selling you silly priced tours, everything thats not on the inclusive menu is unreasonably priced, even the taxi booth from the hotel is about the worst way you could get a deal for a cab. The ambiance is cheesy at its very best, the food is pretty much a disaster (buffet with 1-2 ok items per meal), and the barely functioning wifi is only from the hotel lobby. Not the rooms, not even the pool, bar, restaurant, or even 10m away from the front desk.

Red Sea is fantastic, wonderful water full of fishes and corals, and Shark Bay is the wonderful sunny location of this hotel.Having that said, however, this specific hotel is well UNDER any European quality and hygienic standard. (4 stars???noway)People working there are very nice and they do what they can. But you’ll have breakfast and the “automatic” coffee machine is not working again, or there are no cups or glasses and after a very long wait someone will try to fix it again and eventually come with a Nescafé replacement and maybe you will be able to have your coffee. This is only an example, the list is too long. It didn’t happen just once, but every day breakfast, lunch and dinner. Too many old, broken, half-fixed, dirty things all the way around, from the restaurant to the rooms, the restrooms and the beach (could not find any beach towel, beach chair or lounger that was clean and intact). Again, I’ve found very helpful smiling people, but it was an expensive holiday (two weeks) with no comfort at all, not to speak about the fact that there is NO Wi-Fi. Of course there is one specific place near the reception desk where you can try to connect and send a WhatsApp message, but if there are more then 3 people there, connection will be VERY slow (45 minutes to send a simple text, no foto) It was like a time-trip back in the 90s with the slow noisy modems! So, it’s not that you pay to have WiFi in your room, you need to have your own roaming option, that’s it.I’ve been there for scuba diving so I have fortunately been away most of the time, and have not joined the animation activities, they didn’t seem interesting anyway. The diving inside the hotel: very nice people indeed but all in all it was a VERY disorganised, dirty and expensive diving.This was my third and LAST visit in Sharm el sheik, it’s very sad. Last time I was here it was before the terror attacks and I was hoping that it would be nice to come here again after 15 years but I was very disappointed.

Oh boy.. where should I start. Didnt have high expectations for this hotel, based on the reviews already written. Hotel itself is a bit old, but this is not even a problem. The hotel's policy is really weird, they dont want to make your stay comfortable, not trying to make a good impression.We booked one room for 3 adults and 1 child ( 5 years old). They have some 3 beds rooms, but we got one twin bed room with additional bed for the child. When we saw the room I told concierge that the room is too small and there is not enough beds for all of us. He told us that if we are not happy; we should go back to Ukraine then (btw we are not from Ukraine, but he assumed that cause we could speak Russian). Kinda rude and not such a good first impression. So I went back to the reception and they agreed to change twin beds to king-size bed +1 additional bed.The food wasnt good nor tasty at all, sometimes there was grilled meat and thats all we could eat. Salads were awful, seasoned weirdly, impossible to eat. Tomatoes always finished. Lack of glasses, plates, napkins, knives and forks. In order to get everything with no stress, need to be there on time when serving startes. The food at a la carte restaurant, they said we could use once, was really poor.Facilities couldve been great with small improvements. Gym was probably never cleaned, no small lifts and only one treadmill is working, no yoga mats. Volley ball they use at the beach is broken.Mostly staff was polite. Staff at the bar was friendly except one guy in a white shirt. He was trying to give me several times warm beer, which was left on a table god knows for how long. Once I went back right away and asked for new beer, he was really unhappy asking where is the glass he just gave me. I said the beer is warm. He wanted me to bring the glass back and wasnt polite and didnr seem to want to give me fresh and cold glass of beer. Since we paid for all inclusive, I wonder why he was counted how many glasses of beer I took.Animation team was great, they made our stay on some level comfortable and helped us to enjoy our holiday despite all the other problems.

Very old rooms and stuff inside. Big and clean territory with a few shadows. Beautiful coral riff. Meal is poor (no variety, uneatable salads, nappkins one per person). Staff is pleasant. Windy beach.

I thought it was a good one. But for the next time it took reception 2 hours to let guests check in.And last time I had a lost luggage at the poolBut after tipping the guy, he surprisingly found it for me. I do not recommend it for anyone wants to enjoy time in Sharm.

The worst hotel resort in the world, someone stolen my wallet in the public area and they said sorry we dont have cameras over there and we dont even have it in hotel lobby, so for your security never stay there, as May someone kills you or whatever case and they will not find who cause of the non security system, They also lied to me about meeting the GM to complain and make me meet the un respectable HR manager as GM and he answered his phone while listening to ma case, even after getting the real GM number and contacted him he did nothing and said I will investage and get back to you and its been 2 weeks till now. I will never go there again!

Everything was awful the room is so outdated and the ac wasnt workibg and everything was really far , the golfcar was only available rarly infrom of the reception , the staff of the morning shift in the reception were really rude and unhelpful the food was a disaster nothing was good the housekeeping didnt come for 2 days to clean the room the respond to the room service was soo slow overall really bad experience

Most of the staff are really good except only 2 ( Ehab and Mustafa ) they should not work with guests ... room service are ok and tidy... rooms are less than 3 stars ... pool 5/10 ... rooms 4/10 ... bar 8/10 ... food 9/10 ... hospitality 7/10 ... in general its 7/10 ... its ok for 4 stars Hotel... not a sandy beach its mixed with rocks.

Not many europeans...many arabic...nice food...service ok....rooms ok....bathrooms horrible with not much light and water is always cold, but thats ok in summer :-D, 2 pools...great snorkeling...not busy at the beach...we r enjoying ourselves....;-D
