Nice place.Very designed, close to Tagmo3 and very close tôt the ring road.Nice gardens and lots of pools.I like the place very much.Calm by night.Lots of street dogs.Will be better when the owners will move in.Parking is ok as long as you have less that 3 cars per villa.

Awesome place, very nice landscape, swimming pools, its residential place but you feel like in resort spending vacation.

Owners and management are outstanding. Extremely professional , friendly and helpful. Had tooooo many problems and delay in work besides extra costs due to dishonesty and lack of follow up from engineers and workers. Management responds to correct things, but it seems that the project is toooo toooo big to be handled by those at the site. Needs the owner personally to be there more often to have a touch of the situation. Exactly what happens in Egypt when the president or prime minister goes to a place once every decade. The best is offered to him on a platter. Thats Egypt. So cant complain anymore. I am completely worn out. But again am still hanging on , only because of the owners and top management. An outstanding lovable human team, really love and adore them. Other than that, it was a terrible experience up till now. The biggest problem in the site. NO ONE MAN POWERFUL, STRONG PERSONALITY, EFFICIENT , AND RESPONSIBLE.
