Arabella Village is a compound at the highest point in New Cairo. It is situated on the west side of New Cairo, next to the German University in Cairo and the Petrified Forest. There are about 170 villas, a club house and beautifully landscaped green areas with lakes and fountains. It is one of the very few compounds that has pathways for taking a walk or ride a bike. The roads are wide and despite cars being parked on both sides, still two cars can pass easily without squeezing in. They designed Arabella without any greed and gave ample space to green areas. Its very serene and very green on the inside. There are houses available for purchase and for rent. The rents average at $4,000 while the price of a house is around $1 million on average.
