Online delivery took about 15 days, my order was shipped from Spain (i didnt know that), no customer service in Egypt to contact. Mango page on Facebook usually responds in hours. Shipping company is currently DHL.

Overpriced items. Only good during end of season sale. Store has mens section. Cash in mens section always closed.

Great clothing store. You can buy really nice dresses and formal-wear here. The prices are moderate compared to the quality provided.

I ordered an online order with Mango Egypt on 25 June and payed online thinking they are a respectable store! Looks like they are dealing with a very bad reputation shipping company called sky ex which is apparently so unprofessional the order is late of course and they have no working contact way! Cant believe Mango shops deal with such a place.tried to contact mango from the customer service found only on number in Spain! sent them email and I dont know for sure if they are going to answerI am having a hard time and worrying now for having online shopping and paying online with Mango

Possibly the best trained staff in Egypt. They were helpful, attentive, gave me a plethora of options, helped me put outfits together and gave me unbiased opinions. Kudos!

I tried to buy a dress with a price 1299LE ,once i went to the cashier i told him that i want to pay in USD he refused because the “system” ! , i went to the bank and exchanged the money once i came back i took the same piece to the cashier he told me 1600LE , i told him that all the pieces are 1299 why he said that this is mistake i think this is fraud !

Bad experience, the first time I order online, I sent many emails and was not answered, there is no number or conversation to contact, I have three requests from November 25 that have not reached me now and my email is not being answered. Really the worst experience
