Not one of the best branches for Ravin, relatively small and crowded with obstacles. The staff there are friendly, helpful but not really experienced, took them a rough 10-15 minutes to handle my discount code and receipt.

I gave them an item code and they gave me similar item and then refused to refund since they dont have my size in the correct one

The most added value place, there is always sale and discounts.Friendly stuff and very helpful, they always helping you to pick up what you looking for.Good value to get what you wanna for a good prices.I recommend it for all.

So Disappointed..☹️ I bought from Heikal branch on 22 of August about 12 items with Total amount 1760 EGP and there was a deffec on one of my T_Shirt , so I went there to replace it as normal procedure in any company ... I was informed there that I have to leave it till someone from quality to check it firstly and it will take about one week or more than this ...am wondering why I have to wait and its your quality mistake so I will not recommend Ravin to any one .

I tried to ask for the shrinkage when washed but i wasnt convinced by the salesman feedback..i believe it is better that the staff could be more aware of the materials and their specifications
