This trip is the BEST and you must do it while you are there. The boat it self is sooo clean and piece of art each part of it is nice to look at wz different decors in each level you will enjoy its cleanliness and colors. The staff are sooo helpfull and friendly and the trip is all organized since the first second when they pick you from the hotel. The food is great however I recommend that you take the seafood meal over the chicken one as the last is not that nice. The toilets are clean wz all you need of toilet papers and soap. They provide snorkelling tools for free if you dont have yours. The trip have 2 times mornning and noon I recommend taking the mornning one for much better view and lightening when snorkelling and seeing the fish from the glass boat. All you need to bring is your towel and yr camera. This is a nice trip for all adults and kids as they also have a part where you can wear pheroronic clothes and take pictures either wz thier professional photographer wz charges or by your mobile for free. This trip was one of my visit to Marsa Allam Highligtes and will do it again .I saw the big turtles and if you lucky will see dolphins and the sea cow.Prize is 80uro or 750 le for EgyptianAnd when you reserve from thier representative on the hotel you can get extra discount.

The boat itself is really nice. The staff tries to engage people and is friendly, but there is a big BUT to this. While snorkeling you will only kick and hit the other people, you won’t see really anything else than you already did at your hotel in Marsa Alam. I was in group 1 with “professionals”, but it’s rather a baby snorkeling. The worst thing actually was the plastic rubbish all around, which is being thrown into the sea from this and the other boats. Instead of watching the fish, I was collecting the rubbish, because I simply couldn’t cope with this anymore. When my mum was getting out on their gummi boat, the driver didn’t wanna take her in with the rubbish she had, but she just wanted to put it where it belongs - in the bin, not in the sea. This issue is everywhere in Egypt and it’s heartbreaking. They are killing their sea and they are slowly killing their tourism, but they will notice that once it’s too late.

Would not recommend at all! We paid €130 for 2 adults for a 4 hour afternoon trip starting at 14.00 hr and ending at about 18.00 hr including dinner and softdrinks (Fanta, Sprite or Coca cola). The boat has 3 decks, 1 bellow the sea level (submarine deck) to be able to see marine life, 1 middel deck inside the boat decorated in Egyptian style wich looks very nice and 1 upper (sun)deck. As we got on the boat we where forced to sit inside (middle deck) by the crew although we wanted to go to the upper deck. It was still early before sailing so there would have been enough seats available but no we had to go inside. We thought maybe everyone has to go inside because of a safety briefing or something. Inside it was crowded with german tourists all of Thomas Cook or other touroperators. We where offered a drink (as mentioned above) and asked if we wanted a fish or a chicken dinner. We chose fish, thinking about the pictures we saw of the (fried) fish dinner on the Neferati site on Facebook. Then we realized that other people where going to the upper deck so just before sailing we also decided to go up ignoring the fact that they forced us to step inside. Crew said it was ok but we needed to come down to eat dinner. Why? As we made it to the upper deck it was even more packed with people than it was below, the total amount according to the crew was about 120-130 passengers. In the end we found seats at the end of a table. If we would have ignored the crew earlier we would have had better seats. I was already mad and ready to actually disembark as the boat set sail to Marsa Mubarak. In several languages it was announced that due to the amount of passengers (120-130!) we would need to go down to the submarine deck in three groups. Unacceptable as you are promised to be able to see turtles and sea cows and how are you supposed to see them if you are in the wrong group? They are sea animals and you have to be lucky to spot them at all! They will not wait for all 3 groups to have seen them. Conclusion they had to many passengers on board to give everyone a decent view. We decided before boarding we did not want to go snorkeling, which is offered to passengers who want to do so. At around 17.00 they started the dinner service. First off we got some salad and some bread and some more salad. Then a fish soup which in my opinion was moderately ok. Then the main course came which was no where near what you see on the internet. A small piece 5 cm x 5 cm of some type of white fish, a skewer with 3 even smaller pieces of squid. All grilled to a pulp as dry as it can get and even worse than that! The onion or whatever it was on our skewers was black, like charcoal. There where 3 small pieces of vegetable on the plate, some rice and a small half of a baked potato, which quite frankly was the best tasting thing on the plate. We thought all in all very poorly organized. Crew where clearly overwhelmed by the amount of passengers and the organization as a whole very poorly. As you have to pay in advance you cannot claim anything afterwards and if you do a simple I am sorry is what you get. We think its NO value for money but its every man for himself.

This was the best boat trip we ever had. The boat is nice, with typical Egyptian components, during the trip you can see a lot of beautiful fishes and also two Seagals and four turtles. The staff is very kind and wants you to see the best so sometimes they scream: Turtle on the right sight.. and twice they turned boat back to see Seagal one more time. During whole trip they are kind, hospitality, funny and nice to all of people on the boat. During snorkeling they are also very kind and hospitality and lot of times they show you special fishes in the sea. The diver who took care about my pregnant wife, was GREAT. He took her touching safety ring to the sea and showed her all the fishes and turtle. We all were astonished. After snorkeling is very tasty food. The table was full of salads and soups and meals and after that there is a dancing party during the way back. Than you will visit a little market in a town. Everything was great, great, great and we are sure we will come to this boat trip one more time...

Was on an excursion to the bay of Mars Mubarak paid with 2 adults and a child 2 years old $ 120 The excursion itself consists of the fact that you sail for 30 minutes to this bay and the ship costs 3 hours there and you swim with a dugong or turtles as we lived in to the hotel Three corners fayrouz bay from us 10 minutes on foot then there is nothing to pay at all. Another photographer who filmed the video of how I swam with the dugong took $ 30 and never sent the video. Yes, there was also lunch on the ship, it is almost the same as in the hotel pasta with chicken or rice with seafood

My family and I went on this cruise without much expectation, as we were already a little familiar with the specifics of Egyptian cruises. But the tour on Nifertari pleasantly surprised us. The ship itself is in excellent condition, like new. The staff was pleased with the quality of unobtrusive service, there was no typical desire to steam something, which made us very happy. Another pleasure - the ship is very spacious, and the organizers did not try to stuff more people.Separately, we want to note the quality of the organization - there were no downtimes, clear timings, back to the scheduled time. And still pleasantly surprised by the attitude to the safety of tourists. Plenty of time for snorkeling and watching the underwater world in the bathyscaphe. In short, our family really enjoyed the walk on Nifertar, we recommend!

A nice tourist clearance glass bottom boat. Over 100 people (per?) Trip. Between pick up at the hotel and departure 3 p.m. ... plenty of time 🤨Also because of x different translations. Drive less than 30 minutes. Then X laps 😳 are rotated very close to the reef, so that everyone has the opportunity to see something through the glass window in the bottom. Snorkeling starts at around 4:30 p.m. Only with life jackets 😴😱🤮 in 3 groups, approx. 1 hour. If you want to snorkel on the reef in peace, you should go to the medium or beginner group. The more experienced are paddled into the dinghy and brought into the water very quickly to see a turtle. Only that you swim somewhere 10m deep and you can hardly see anything anyway. In addition, other snorkelers join in so that there are quickly 30-40 people in the water. Its no longer fun to dodge the many fins. After that there is reasonably acceptable food at sunset 😍The staff is nice and funny like some names. Captain Igloo, and Mortadella .....So that a lot of additional services such as photos (35 €) DVD can be sold.Back in port around 8 p.m. Those who were brought in by minibuses were allowed to spend 1 hour shopping. So far it was good in the whole package. You have seen and experienced something and whoever plays along has more to laugh about.

One of the most beautiful submarines in Egypt, if you could not really. Moving from Porto Ghalib Marina, 5 km from Marsa Alam Airport, the submarine moves towards the south until it reaches a snorkeling site called Marsa Mubarak reserve, which is very rich in coral herbs and seaweeds, which are the food of sea turtles and animal (Dojungo) Rare in the world, and through the glass inside the submarine, you can see all of this without landing water and seeing many fish and more coral reefs, then we move again to a place called the Shona Marina for the last stop, which is also a very excellent place where we see lionfish, turtles, and sometimes We see dolphins and of course fish of all kinds and colors, and they stay in a meal tomorrow or dinner according to the time you read, and they serve a very excellent seafood meal literally, as well as drinks that come on the boat as well in a place designated for filming in Pharaonic dress and there will be a guide who explainsYou have all kinds of fish and coral weeds

On board the Nefertari, a 5-hour tour flew by as if in an instant. First, with the help of a cool team, we got acquainted with fish and sea turtles, admired the reefs from the porthole, as in a real submarine. Then there was a bright costume photo shoot, where she felt like Queen Empress Cleopatra. After was snorkeling with an experienced guide. A delicious lunch and fiery dances have become the highlight of the sea voyage. The Nefertari team, professional, smiling and friendly, made my birthday bright and memorable! Recommend!!!

If you want to spend a day by boat, discover the coral reef and its fish, dugong, turtles. To be well received, to eat well you can trust Loulou de Marsa Alam who allowed us to make this excursion. Do not forget mask and webbed!

The view of the corals and the snorkeling opportunity are really worthwhile. The experience suffers from the large boat and the mass organization. If it would then go straight back to the harbor, everything would be fine. The dinner that you have to take, but then really draws. Is very simple and not worth it. You would much rather have eaten in the hotel for dinner. Only when all have finished eating, it goes back to the harbor. This takes a while. Then one arrives in the dark and is sent shopping. Everything is too long and too late. Crew is friendly and hard-working. It annoyed me how the manatee was followed by the ship and a motorized dinghy to give the guests a good view.

Really nice glass bottom boat. The crew is very friendly and hard-working and the food served in the evening was good and tasty. The trip went from about 14:00 - 19:30. The snorkeling on the reef is a disaster. More than 100 people are divided into three groups and left with life jackets in the water. So its not possible to dive 3 to 4 meters with a life jacket. In the mass of people is more busy not getting the others fins in the face. Awful!!! The food was served exactly at sunset so time it could not have been worse if you wanted to take pictures but it was not too bad because the boat was so in the water that you had a ruin at sunset in the foreground. Who wants that? Nobody! So if you want to snorkel in peace should join a smaller group but not on the Nefertari boat.

We made the trip at the beginning of March with two children (4 and 7). Nice tour, even the snorkeling was good, very friendly crew on board. We saw sea turtles and a manatee from the boat and there were also turtles while snorkeling. There was food at the end of the excursion and in between you could buy nothing to eat (cookies or something), but you would have to pay everything else (coffee, ice cream, etc)
