I can recommend in 100%! I had an opportunity to make some snorkeling in Abu Dabbab with assistance of BSM. They have all required equipment for the beginners like me and provide the best service + a great atmosphere as a bonus :) For sure, I will come back there and try some diving next time. Thanks a lot to the BSM Team for an amazing experience during my holiday. YOU ARE THE BEST!

I can highly recommend diving with blue submarine in both places they have an office.I got my PADI advanced open water with them and had the guide all to myself during the whole course.I also joined them on day trips for diving (boat picture from trip to dolphin house - yes we did see dolphins!) and snorkelling (beach picture is from sharm el luli) and everything was organised very well and they took care of all the equipment.Plus its super conveniently located within the resort, so you can also decide spontaneously about additional dives.Thanks to the whole team and special kudos to Ramy for making sure I enjoy every dive, even the night dive.

We enjoyed our diving with the blue submarine team but sadly i had to remove 2 stars due to the hidden costs we faced when paying the bill. there were certain items on the bill that were not communicated at all or felt overpriced and sadly ruined quite a bit of the great experience we had with their team. overall their staff is amazing and we always felt challenged while diving but very safe at the same time. good equipment, good organization, very friendly and skilled people. special shoutout to bona, ila, suzu, adam, ramy and massoub. can still recommend but make sure you agree on the price of all items before diving.

They charge almost double of any other diving centres in Marsa Alam and they’re not open to negotiation. Don’t waste your time and your money ! They’re plenty of other great diving center in Marsa Alam where you’re gonna have more for your money.

I can only advise everyone to avoid this provider !!!We were with a large group of divers in Aug 21 with the provider on 5 days around Safaga. The organization in general is quite chaotic. Sometimes long and unnecessary breaks between the dives so that the best time of day in terms of daylight was not used. The dive sites presented to us were more than bland, corals dead, many sandbanks without animal life. Dive intros for a couple of companions who wanted to get a taste of the diving world, more than we say stupidly chosen drop-off spots with currents and poor visibility. The main thing is that the cash register rings regardless of the customer experience. Every equipment part of the person is charged extra where the equipment is normally included during the intro, since it cannot be assumed that someone who does not dive has their own equipment!Dealing with the private diving equipment of the customers indifferently and negligently. No attention is paid to caution so that immediately after the first day my two regulators were damaged and destroyed by improper handling when loading or reloading the equipment overnight, even though the equipment was neatly packed in the usual boxes under the benches as instructed by the crew became.No assumption of liability, no admission and ultimately no solution and settlement of claims. It is only smiled in the face with a my friend we are sorry and thats it.The crowning glory of the provider, however, was the fact that, after comparing other providers, we were simply cheated out of more than double the transport and costs between Hurghada Airport and our hotel in Safaga, which were also organized by them!Never again! The first and at the same time the last time we want to deal with them!Anyone can only advise another provider - there are plenty of them - to choose for themselves!

They do great excursions, both diving and snorkeling, I snorkeled with dolphins and it was spectacular :)

The Blue Submarine inherits the structure of the Pioneer Divers, with which I immersed myself for several years, and becomes the village diving. The staff is partly Italian and partly international, very kind and nice. The dives are always beautiful and unlike the past few years there are also new dive sites to discover and a large program for snorkeling too (appreciated by my non-underwater guides). Excellent that you can do 2 dives in the morning and return to the village in time to catch some more sun before lunch and so if you want the afternoon everything is free for the activities of the village. The guides do their job well. New and branded equipment, so the management of the diving has really picked up and improved the legacy of the old Diving.

Excellent Diving Center with Italian and German Instructors. Very nice dives, we had a great time. We immersed ourselves with Domenico, very professional and attentive. We saw the whale shark, dolphins, turtle, sea eagle and shoal of tuna hunting. On the boat you eat very well, excellent assistance from the staff to wear the equipment.

Beautiful experience, all very nice and helpful, competent, reassuring and very prepared, I did some excursions with them and they were memorable (p. S. I dont know how to swim). If you go to the Gemma premium resort of Eden you travel to Marsa Alam .... Rely on the diving center for sea excursions.

In October 2018 we were at the Gemma Resort Marsa Alam where the diving school is located, 1st excursion booked through the hotel provider to Port Ghalib, taken out with the efetari boat ... snorkeling was a total failure! The port city is pretty. I had booked the 2nd and 3rd through the diving school, once snorkeling in abu dabbab with turtles and once dived behind the in-house reef to the deep sea ... moraines, blue spotted rays and many small fish that enjoy the still beautiful coral world. If you want to dive or snorkel, please book with the Blue Submarine because they know where the underwater world is still okay.Many greetings to Rami !!!

We stayed at the Labranda Gemma for a week at the end of June, our greatest wish was to snorkel properly. The trip with the Pharaoh boat was a flop, a compatriot recommended the diving school located in the resort. Done, done, we havent regretted it. Booked an excursion to Abu Dabbab, especially for beginners, we felt well looked after and looked after from the start. The guides knew exactly what and where to see what, beautiful reef, turtles to touch, it was a wonderful day thanks to these professionals.

We were at two exits with this center: the dolphin house (Samadai) and the lagoon paradise with a mangrove reserve. I liked both trips very much. The organization is good, the conditions and food are excellent. The instructors are polite and attentive. We highly recommend this drive center.
