I tell my experience with EGBANK, frankly, it is the worst way to deal with itFirst of all, I have a savings account that is not current, so I do not withdraw from it the necessary needs every month1- They stopped the account without anyone returning to me or even sending a message on the phone or the mail, because I used the account for a while on the grounds that it was a phone line.2- Although the account was suspended, they preferred to withdraw money from it for something called stagnation of the account (No one responded to me with something, and the messages of the phone stood)3- In order to return to activate the account, I spent more than two hours with them in the bank (Maadi Corniche branch).4- The behavior of a customer service employee is not bad, but her method is really the worst5- They know the customer here, they want to know him, but I mean if someone does not understand and ask him for something, he should be safe and if you were killed in front of me by text, you would not say so-and-so unless he asked you 🙂As for me, I closed my account with them and it is impossible to go back to dealing with them again, but I want to warn people about them.
