Very slow even for premier customers .. choose another branch unless it is the only available

Very poor and bad customer service system, and people working there seems don’t know what is going onNOTE: If you are going to create or update your account info they will ask you if you know someone with high position in the government, a question that seems not logic but definitely there are exceptions based on that

Tellers are not goodI went there with 100doller bill and its was just lest then half inch teared But they decline without any reason I ask them where should I go so teller said I dont know

U have to wait 1~2 hours to do anything or ask for anything , no parking.
