Our experience for our group of 8 was perfect from the moment we stepped off the plane! Chef Hassan and Abdullah greeted us with great hospitality and provided the best food we’ve ever had in Egypt, maybe even ever. The homemade meals, and service with a smile was amazing during our 3 day stay. Do yourself a favor and eat Chef’s food!!! Saber was an incredible guide. He did a great job of taking our group to all sites on the East and West Bank while catering the information and stories to our group’s interests. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things Egyptology and provided a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I wouldn’t hire any other guide when I return to Luxor!

These guys are the best! From the start, with great, accurate and efficient communication, they tailored a private tour to Luxor to meet our interests and requirements. The owner Mohammed is super nice, and probably the best connected man in Luxor - he can sort out anything for you! Tour guide Saber is an amazing fount of knowledge, super happy to share all with us, and patient (true to his name!) with all our requests and questions, as we explored the sights and monuments of ancient Luxor. We stayed in Malkata House - an absolutely stunning place, with views over the Valley of the Queen. And Chef Hassan was supreme - his food was delicious, and made with such heart and soul! We had a great time, and would have no doubt in fully recommending these guys to sort out all your Luxor travel and tour needs!

This business is amazing. The experience was great, the guide friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in ways outside of discovering historical sites, such as booking a new flight, and we made good time while also seeing things that we otherwise wouldn’t notice without a guide. We edited our itinerary to add new landmarks suggested to us, and were shocked and stunned by things we would have been remiss not to see, and the application of knowledge and familiarity from the guide only served to further enhance the experience. The driving was smooth, safe, and sound, and on the second day, when returning to the residence for lunch, the food was impeccable, far superior to anything else we experienced in all of Egypt. Overall, the company was amazing, every part of it far surpassing my expectations. 5/5.

Incredible guided experiences in Luxor!Ive been lucky enough to be a guest with Far& Beyond for years! I just keep coming back to these guys and I know that the quality is guaranteed. Hamdi the guide is a treasure trove of knowledge and personal professionalism. Hassan the chef takes huge pride in making the best food in Luxor. Ill attach some of the vegan gluten-free cuisine he prepared for me.... No less than six delicious dishes!I think Mohameds brilliance can be seen by the fact that he has the same high quality staff, year in year out, taking such good care of us. The value can not be beat, or even compared, in Luxor. Simply the best!

Luxor was meant to be a short stay to cover the basic points. But thanks to these amazing team we managed to discover the history, all the main touristic attractions (and their suggestions actually made a huge difference like: the valley of the workers, Hatchepsut temple, Karnak Temples) and still get free time. Everything was well planned, very friendly staff super professional and highly trained in terms of history and insights. The tours with Hamada were a real pleasure, I strongly recommend!

Amazing service by this group. Saber, Chef Hassan, and Abdullah took incredible care of us in Luxor. Saber has such an amazing amount of knowledge on Luxor and the history of Egypt, we really enjoyed our time touring around, the laughs, and the great times together. The chef and Abdullah made quite possibly the best food on our entire 2 week Egypt trip. Every meal tasted homemade, with fresh ingredients, and we received a ton of it! We never went hungry. My girlfriend and I spend two wonderful days in Luxor and went on guided tours both days with Saber Mohamed. His knowledge of the ancient Egyptians is incredible and delivered in an easy to absorb manner. His passion for the subject is palpable. But what really made the tours so special is his personal connection to the area. Saber’s family has lived in this region for generations and the personal stories of his childhood and his family’s relationship with artifacts and excavations made these tours truly extraordinary.

My entire experience w/ Mohamed’s team made the experience seamless! Hamdi my guide was EVERYTHING! Super passionate and knowledgeable. I’m still having information overload because of how much I learned, yet the vibe was calm and not rushed. I highly recommend if you want a worry free experience and/or don’t know where to begin w/ your trip planning in Luxor.

I very rarely take tours during my travels but I couldn’t recommend this one more. The West Bank of Luxor can be a little difficult to navigate yourself so I felt as though this was money well spent. Saber, who was my guide for the day, was absolutely incredible, and I can honestly say I walked away having learned quite a bit. He genuinely knew his stuff and took the time to answer every question I had. Not only that, he was willing to take me to a temple I was very interested in even though it made us a bit late to the lunch. And the lunch, chefs kiss. All in all it was a fantastic time and I can’t thank Saber enough. Definitely check this tour out if you find yourself wanting to explore the West Bank of Luxor.Cheers.

We had a great time in Luxor thanks to our host Mohammed and our guide Hamdy. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the meals by chef Hassan were amazing. We only had two days in Luxor but we learned so much from Hamdy, he knows so much about ancient Egyptian history that we were amazed. I would definitely recommend booking your trip with Mohammed because he can provide everything, all you need to do is get to Luxor and star enjoying...

The whole experience was amazing. Saber was very knowledgeable on all the history, went out of his way to made sure we had an amazing time in Luxor. He wasn’t just out tour guide, he became our Freind. Chef Hassan might be one of the best chefs in all of Egypt. Amazing 5 course meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Abdullah made sure everything at the hotel was perfect. Always had a smile on his face and ready to assist with anything! Certainly would recommend this to anyone coming to Luxor.

From the minute we arrived here in Luxor, we have had nothing but the best experiences. When we got to our airbnb, we were met with the best meal weve had in Egypt so far. Chef Hassan is a world class chef and he will not let you down. My friend Alex and I ate so much and just wanted more. Saber was our guide at Karnak temple and Luxor temple and he was extremely knowledgable and laid the history out for us in a way that was very coherent and easy to follow. He told us the history in a very story like sense that made it just that much more interesting and we would definitely come back to have him be our tour guide again. Overall a great experience!

Wow! What an amazing experience! From arrival to departure myself and my group were overwhelmed with every moment in Luxor. Each meal was prepared like a feast for royalty with Chef Hassan. Abdullah went above and beyond on-site to ensure each of us had everything we needed. Of course Saber, guide of all guides with his wealth of knowledge and clear passion for Egyptian culture and history made every site and excursion rich with story and culture. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that I didn’t plan a longer stay with this crew. I truly felt spoiled, and even noticed myself scoffing at other tours, knowing their guides and stay amenities paled in comparison.

We did tours to The Valley of the Kings, Habu Temple, Hatchepsut Temple, Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple and it was just perfect!Saber is a very knowledgeable, kind and fun guide (and takes great group pictures which look like you’re alone at the sights) 😊And also organisation-wise it was great: it was very flexible regarding spontaneous stops, adapting the start- or end-times and locations, just great, thank you!

We booked a tour to see the temples around the west Bank and east Bank with our guide el T. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the history that occurred at all the sites we stopped by. He gave a a brief history and also gave us enough time to roam around the temples freely which I highly appreciate. I recommend booking with this company!

We came to luxor with only two days to explore, with he help of Mohamed and his fantastic team of chefs and tour guide. we experienced the trip of a life time.In our two days in luxor Mohamed organised a hot air balloon ride for us, a tour of the pyramids with his friend and tour guide saber, who really brought the temples alive for us, and some of the best food we have eaten in whole of egypt and horse ridingAll of this at a very affordable price. Spent three days touring the different temples , ruins and tombs of Luxor and even managed to squeeze in a ride in a hot air balloon and A trip down the Nile ina Felucca. Absolutely the best team you could wish for

Such An Amazing EXPERIENCE!!!All of the comforts and amenities from home, but with a beautiful view of The Nile River! Such a gem! Outside our window we saw sheep and mule drinking at the river, upstairs we got home cooked meals by the chef and we had tour guides and drivers arranged so we can see the sites most important to us. This was not merely just a hotel/Air BnB stay, we were truly treated like family. Our experience could only be described as that feeling of going to your homeland for the first time and visiting your cousins. They are so welcoming, cooking for you and showing you all of the places you’ve only read about in books! Such an amazing experience! Thank you again and I cannot wait to come back!

Saber was our guide for this tour and it was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history and especially the history of the areas around Luxor, and we learned so much. Saber gave us plenty of time at all the best sites in the area, and took great pictures of us too! We had a lot of fun, and Saber made everything stress free by guiding us through every step of the way, from bathroom breaks to refreshments and tram rides. The lunch provided for our tour was SO AMAZING and fresh!! Mohamed’s rooftop dining area was the perfect backdrop for our meal. Hamdi is the most informed Egyptologist I have ever met. He is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge of Luxor and sorrounding areas, and gave us an extremely dense wealth of knowledge of all the sites to see.

We took a tour from Luxor to Aswan via Kom Ombo. And next day the same driver took us to Abu Simbel and back. Yassin was very nice, responded my request early in the morning and gave us the driver Mamdoh. He is a very good driver, was on time at the departures and very quickly drove us to our destination and back, helped to find WC in the desert and was very helpful and polite.

This was a truly great experience - professional preparation with Yassin and a fantastic day with guide Hamdi and driver Mohammed - engaging, deeply knowledgeable, willing and more than able to answer our 1 million questions. And all of that topped off with an excellent late lunch/early dinner by chef Hassan. Definite recommendation.

Finding a tour guide in Egypt is no problem, they are everywhere. However, finding the RIGHT guide may be a challenge. After meticulously reading reviews, I choose to have tours with Far & Beyond, and it was the best decision.
