Very bad experience especially the staff are untrained and unprofessional. This cruise doesnt deserve to be 5 star. There are no facilities like 5 star. In the the restaurant there are not even enough tumblers, and if by chance there is a tumbler on your table which you are not using, waiter will take it away from your table while your are having your meals and serve that to another table.Tea time was posted on borad at 4pm and I with my family reached on deck at 04;20 pm, but the waiter refused to serve us tea, as if we are in army. I complained the same to manager, but just smiled at me. He didnt even bother to apologize.Very dirty sofa in the bar and main reception.Terrible experience. very poor management. Please avoid to book this cruise.
