From the very start Luxor and Aswan Travel was great to work with. Mahmoud worked with us to schedule the best possible trip. He was very patient with us as we had to change plans. Once in Cairo we were met by Mohammad, our tour guide. Mohammad is very skilled as a tour guide and a genuinely good person. He made several recommendations along the way that enhanced our trip. They are a team of highly professional people. I was randomly searching internet when i found their website and talked to Mahmoud on chat, most helpful person ever. He asked me about our budget and told me many alternatives for cruise from aswan to luxor. It was our first trip to egypt and were first time booking such tour through internet so we were a bit confused and unsure about every thing but the best thing was that he was always available for any query.Our guide Omar picked us with a driver from airport. Very professional, friendly, funny and respectful guide. He knew about the line between frankness/friendliness and respect. Was all the time available for us but still gave us space without being pushy about anything. His care and concern for us was noticeable. His knowledge of egyption history was remarkable, not to forget how good his english was. Our 4 days with him were perfect. Would highly recommend Omar as a guide. In addition to being our guide , he was our photographer too. He took some really good pictures of us.Our super tour actually ended with our 4 days aswan to luxor cruise. I dint even know that they do other tours also. We went to cairo from luxor, and when we were searching for a good tour group to arrange our tour to Giza to see pyramids then Mahmoud came in my mind and i called him as the most reliable source i knew in egypt. And as expected he was so helpful and we booked a tour to Giza through them too.Our guide for the Giza tour Hamde was very funny and friendly guide who was all the time concerned about our happiness and satisfaction, literally during our whole trip. Mahmoud had asked Hamde to take special care of us. And the wonderful thing was that Mahmoud wasnt our long time friend but still so helpful and concerned about us. Thats how awesome their whole team is.Cruise management gave us by mistake two single beds instead of one double bed. It wasnt Mahmouds mistake but still he was being apologetic and arranged another room the very next day and even sent a fruit basket in our room.Their prices were also really good as compared to other tour groups on internet.I would highly recommend them for all type of tours and even hotel bookings. They make your trip totally stress free.

Luxor Aaswan travel company.. I just loved their pre-planning.. Mr. Mahmoud was very patient with my hundreds of queries. I was sceptical while selecting a tour company for a solo backpacker.Bombarded him with questions and every time, he used to answer me with My Friends which was a assurance e from Egypt that dont worry, I am here to take care of u like a family.It was evident clearly since the time I landed in Cairo. Handy, representative was waiting till the time I boarded a bus to Hurgadha. This was a value addition company have met apart from taking care of my tours.Mr. Mehmoud was so caring that, he was checking my travel to Luxor from Hurgadha as there r some security checks and I started late from Hurgadha. Awesome Travel Agent you can trust!Mr Mahmoud created 10 days Itinerary based on my preference including 5 days nile cruise, abydos, Abi Simbel and 3 days Cairo. I researched several options with other travel agents, and this agent was the best in terms of schedule and price. Mr. Mahmoud was very friendly, always available for me and quickly responded my emails every time. When travel started, I felt so lucky since I could not ask any better guide during Luxor-Aswan. Mr Ahmed was my english guide and he was so nice and responsible, and very knowledgable. He said he was majored in both of English literature and Archeology. He explained so much details about Egypt history and monuments. I felt like I traveled with Archeology professor :) If you are really interested in Egypt history, I highly recommend Mr Ahmed. He also organized travel very smooth and knew may local people including all temples officers. It made big difference of my visits of temples. Awesome experience. We travelled as a family and enjoyed all the planning with Mr. Hany of Luxor and Aswan travel. They take efforts to keep their customers happy. We were in touch with Mr. Hany who planned our vacation to minute details. Our Nile cruise and excursions became extra special due to our guide Mr. Mohammad Badawi. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in details. we even have detailed notes of all the dynasties and kings etc. We were able to meet Mr. Hany in local coffee shop in Luxor which was a special treat. Our guide in Cairo, Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Waleed were friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Jimmy even took us to Indian restaurant for lunch one day as he noticed that we were missing Indian food. He came with us for shopping too. Overall excellent experience with Luxor and Aswan travel, their staff and planning. I have nothing but words of thanks for Luxor & Aswan Travel. I’ve reached them through TripAdvisor and although they have excellent reviews they make a great effort to exceeding your expectations. From the beginning, Hany answered my questions very quickly, even when I had to change all the dates to the following month. He managed to get the boat that I expected and was available at all times for my consultations (when I say at all times I mean really 24 hours).When I found them, I had already booked excursions to Alexandria, Cairo and Abu Simbel. The experience with the other agencies had no comparison with Luxor & Aswan Travel.Even though we arrived a few days before what was planned to make the trip to Abu Simbel with another agency, they picked us up at the airport because they assured us that it was part of their services.But here starts the good part, the people with whom we made the trip to Abu Simbel changed our plans and guides, they did not confirm the pick-up time (which was at 3 am) and before our concern Mr Mahmoud told us that now we were HIS guests and we should not worry about anything. He asked for the number of the other guides and in 10 minutes he made the corresponding calls and he made sure that everything was in order for us.The value of this gesture when you are in an unknown country is INCREDIBLE.When we arrived at the hotel they told us that a few days ago he phoned to make sure everything was perfect.The day that the cruise began we were picked up at the scheduled time, in a very modern car, we were given two Egyptian SIM Cards so that we could communicate, and they took care of many other highly valued details.That day we met Yasser Kamar, our new guide.Yasser was everything we expected and more! With a lot of knowledge about the history of Egypt and the Egyptian general culture. By being tremendously didactic made everything very easy to learn.Yasser transmits the love he feels for all the Egyptian historical heritage and immerses you in that pharaonic world. As if all this was not enough, on the days we spent with him, we had the pleasure of knowing him as the most excellent person he is. The trip could not be better.I have hired three agencies in Egypt and after commenting with other cruise passengers about their agencies, I can assure, being always very critical, that Luxor & Aswan Travel is everything one expects and more. Cruise service shuttling between Aasman and Luxor in Egypt on Nile river. Nile river cruise is attraction in Egypt and u can keep moving and see sites in morning and evening. Rooms are bigger as compared to cabins found d in normal cruise. During journey Cruise travels thru small version of Suez or panama canal type Water level difference gates or canal. Its very interesting to see water level dropping down by almost 20 feet and then ship crossing to other side of river. Staff and food is good. Also enjoy cultural programmes and drinks on Deck.
