I was making the 10000km service. And my experience is very good indeed1- The stuff are very helpfulThey are taking every small details I to co concederation.2- it tooks 3 hours to complete the job which I was concedering very much time. But it turns up that they checking everything with a strict protocol.3- for example they found a nail in one of the tyres which I didnt see and I didnt feel any effect on the car. They even measure the thickness of the brakes pads in millimeters to know when to replace.Finally they wash the car and polish the venile.4- may be their location is the big problem especially when you are in the other side of the town,However it turns up that they are a moment from the new road ROOD ELFARAG AXIS it takes about 20 mins to be in NASER CITY. (toll 30 pounds)

The place is moderate, the waiting time is too much like who gives an hour break at 12pm in the middle of the operations and make the people wait more as if youre a supermarket, the idea is that all the employees take the break at once like their customers isnt important, alsoTheir is a lack of professionality when receiving your car. They have a lot to improve.
