Captiva engine problems to car buyers..The isuue that the company continued to sell the car although the issue confirmed.They should withdraw from market..Selling the car in 2021 with confirmed problems in engine is fatal to Mansour image and honesty towards clients..He must open trade in immediatelyI must change now..I bought mine 3/2021????!!!!!!

Amazing experience inside the service center of all car brands sold by Mansoor group. I reserved a date for the service by phone just one day ahead and I arrived in time and it took only 10 minutes to finish the work order in the receiption area and took 90 minutes to complete the 20000 maintenance , pay with various discounts up to 40% and take my car out of the service center

I liked that branch more than the other one at ring road. Its less crowded so u can finish ur car faster. Also they got us free drink when we were making full maintenance. Finally they got waiting spot that is not bad but the chairs not that good

The service is ok at best. They look professional from the outside, but once they have your car, you are under their mercy.It was extremely difficult to know the repair status or when will the car be ready (their engineers never pick up their phones). And they made me pay more than what the insurance company told me with no explanation (it was a small amount, so I didnt bother much).Also, be at extreme caution while receiving your car; check everything. My radio antenna got stolen, and once I went outside, it was not their problem any longer.At the end of it, if you have one of their cars, then dealing with them is mandatory. All you can do (and my only advice) is to be extra alert when dealing with them.

I have gave one star because no zero, i went there to change the brake pads, after only three weeks i heard a voice when i push the brakes as there was no brake pads at all, of course i went back to the service center and explained the problem. i stayed there 3 hours then they told me that they already fixed the car and tried it deeply. after leaving the center and before i reach my destination the voice came back.i called the hot line and made a complaint, next day they called me and fixed a date to repair it, the car left there for three days (only to check or change the brake pads) i got the car and left, no more than 5 days and the nightmare came again sorry the voice :).Very bad Services, very long Time

I was able to find whatever spare parts I needed here .. The only concern is that the prices are always higher here than anywhere else. However the quality is guaranteed. On the other side, I like the place in general and the cafeteria and outdoors lounge are cool.

The center is clean and organize but theres no ATM at the center but paying for maintenance services could be by visa, spare parts very expensive and very costly comparing with the value of the care (( open.Astra)), thats the main center of the agency and services much more than other dealers which are too bad and they have enough tools or machine to fix important problems, staff freindly and polit as well, I add a Video to the main and only rest and cafe or waiting area for people to wait for their cars, my E-Hotline 1639.tel

It was very bad experience, this place located in kilo 4.5 desert road, this is the first and last time even I will change my car to avoid with such place. I also made a complaint against someone called Hisham due to his aggressive attitude. The car delayed 2 hours so I spent 5 hours just for 10000km maintenance!!!!😡😡😡totally dislike this place.
The worst car service
They told me i need to change mobbared el zeet under the program of good will. Yet they will take the car for 7- 10 days and i will have to pay a percentage of the fees cuz my car is 4 yrs old ( out of gurantee) . After going a loooong way to haram they told me i must bring the service booklet . Stamped and refused to start any work till i get the bloody booklet. Then why do u keep everything computerized dummies !!!!
