Very nice place for all ages and fun for all. The only reason I would not give it five stars is because of the very hot grounds that make it very difficult to walk between the slides. There should be a warning for visitors beforehand, or at least arrange some sort of cooling system for the grounds. I will also suggest for visitors to bring swimming shoes.

Great place to spend a day, especially when it was nearly empty. Just went on ride after ride. Exhausted by the end of the day.

Pretty good aquapark. Good variety of slides, many with inflatable tubes. Its strange that the water in the bigger kids pool and slides is not heated, so they are unusable in the cooler months, but most of the others are heated and are ok. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks can definitely take some improvement, especially the juices.

Brilliant aqua park with lots of slides everywhere. Suitable for every age. You can play with either mats or floats. Well organized and supervised by life guards. Recommend to bring a water games shoes as floor are going to be very hot of sun.

Fantastic place. I have visited only kids park.There are 3 different parks for kids. One of them suitable for babies , 20 cm water depth.Largest one is amazing and suitable for adults too.My kids enjoyed playing there all day long.There is a near snack bar and dining tables in a high hill with charming view.The place is clean and very huge , its rarely w crowded.

Absolutely brilliant water park. My children (5 and 8) loved it. We visited in late May/ early June and the queues were never more than 3 deep and more often than not there were none at all. The slides are varied from the very tame to the more adrenaline junkie end of the spectrum. The Life Guards are mostly really friendly and will make the kids feel very welcome and looked after. Id recommend walking a complete lap of the Big Tower before you start so you know what all the options are. I didnt find some slides until 3 days in! My kids enjoyed the Pirate Themed mini pool but we didnt use either the baby or toddler pools, but the slides looked equally good. The only thing that got a bit annoying was that the Life Guards (I put this in inverted commas as I am not convinced of their life guarding credentials) are very quick to blow whistles and point as opposed to clearly gripping people who sit in the slides or the landing pools.

Pretty good hotel. Largest aqua park in region for kids, pretty big pools. It tends to be pretty busy, although if you are in the regular pools it doesnt feel crowded at all. Food is great, service staff are friendly. 5 minute free shuttle bus to beach is available, and my one star deduction is because there is no beach at the hotel.

As for a half Day its fantastic. However in a full Sun you should watch for the children and some person with cardiovascular disease. Drinks and food are allowed only in a bar at the entrance to the woater park. Maybe it would be good idea to serve water near the pool (i suppose its for for hygiene reasons). 5 strong stars.

By far one of the best aqua parks in Egypt! Suitable for all ages from toddlers to grown ups. Food is ok and should be improved to add up to an outstanding experience.

I did not like that 50% of the waterslides were on maintenance that day!!The waterslides were poorly maintained and I personally saw one guy got hit in the head and had to be moved to the hospital for stitches!!!I do not recommend this aqua park at all.

Its a very fun place! 100% recommend it to everybody (not just children, parents as well!) There are absolutely no negative things about this place. Just be sure to get sea shoes, crocs or flip flops as the floor is super hot. However otherwise, you can have the best of fun there!

Gorgeous hotel filled with a delightful ambiance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooftop restaurant is delicious. The hotel even has its own water park and the rooms are fantastic.

More than perfect. Three levels of ages. Aqua for 3-7 years old. And medium and then the biggest. It is as tall as 3 or maybe 4 high building. Safe. Service and clean and hygiene

A very short 40min drive from El Gouna boasts this awesome aqua park thats great fun for all the family, and the big-kid inside all of us. The water features shut for an hour. This gives time to have a rest, grab a bite from the open lunch area. As an outside visitor lunch is included in the day-pass. We paid 1800LE (~$100) for a family of 2-adults and 2-children. Very clean and well organised and great value for money day out 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Fantastic water park with 60 slides amazing

Nice place for both adult and children. Open from 10 am to 5 pm, and there is a break from 12:30 to 13:30 when all facilities will be closed. Drink and food is free, just remember to bring towels from hotel. For the guest of Jaz Makadina hotel, the bus station is at the Main Street (Back gate).

Lovely water park.. clean, nice layout and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! We were quite impressed by the facility and the security measures, they really pay close attention to the kids’ height and also the weight for some rides..I really hope to visit again and don’t forget to pass by Mini Egypt 2 minutes away showing Egypt’s landmarks in miniature size, inspired by Miniaturk in Turkey!

What a great park! Free entry too if youre in one of the hotels in the resort. It was very quiet the day we went, easily got 6 beds around one of the kids pools. Its refreshing to be at a water park where youre not crammed in together and fighting for space. Rides didnt really have any queues and was only a shame when they closed everything down for an hour at 12:30pm. The snack bar was decently stocked and food was freshly made and tasty. Would definitely go back if we come back to the resort.

The Aqua Park is really a lot of fun. There are areas for children of all ages and also a lot of slides for adults. All of the adult slides need a matt or other sliding tools. There is little to no waiting time at the slides and most of them are easy to access. There are life guards around all the time at every slide. Furthermore there is a swimming pool if you want to take a break. The toilets and the food is a bit of a walk away and you are not allowed to take any food or water to the sliding area. This means there is not a lot of trash and everything is clean.

Lovely place, great fun slides, lots of variety, you will not get bored. Food at the snack bar was good, friendly staff. One star less because of the very high day use price especially one year ago for the same aqua park half price

Great fun and included with hotel price, bus stops dotted around the resort take you there and back. Concrete floors get really hot so make sure your kids wear swimming shoes to wander about in

Wonderful hotel, good staff, food plentiful but a bit samey after a few days. Although the chefs will cook something different if asked. Waterpark is fantastic for all ages. Height and age restrictions on the bigger rides. Hotel is a bit isolated and evening entertainment pretty poor but bring cards or board games and youll be fine.

Excellent experience giving huge fun time for kids and adults, 3 pools for kids (one with small slides for toddlers and the other two with bigger aqua slides for older children). For adults there are more than 20 different slides open and closed with different longitudes and velocity. The snacks are at the only restaurant placed near the entrance gates, a little distance away from the aqua games. Hot snacks and sandwiches are tasty but cold cuts are not that good. Nobody serves you drinks or food. It is help yourself. They have toilets beside the restaurant and a shop. The place is safe, spotless, well equipped with showers everywhere, floating rings used in slides are easily available and not worn out. Even at high seasons, never feel it is crowded and you can always find a shed and a seat.

Unlike many attractions in Egypt this one is really well cared - all 100 kinds of slides and all equipment is in excellent condition. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My daughter was spending her time playing pirates at children section, while adults had fun on really BIG slides.Food at food court was also great.Definitely a place worth visiting.

I stayed at Serenity and I must say its one of the best places ever. The staff are so professional and helpful, they truly make your stay easy and take each word in to consideration. An unsatisfied customer is not in their dictionary. Facilities are amazing, food is perfect and you have a huge variety of options. In terms of value, you really get more than what you pay for.

Very clean and well organized. Lots of slides for every age. Only issue we had was that none of the showers worked except one and the price of the tickets has gotten extremely high

Exellant hotel, Food is very good and there is a lot of variety. Water park is amazing and will keep the children busy all day.It does get very hot and you need plenty of sunscreen.

The resort in itself is pretty nice rooms are nice as well and have tea and coffee making facilities. Staff are all exceptionally helpful and always have a smile for you . What lets it down is the food in the main restaurant its just not that nice really. The Italian alacarte is really nice but you only get one alacarte a week and there are about 9 to choose from . However most of these are in sister hotels in makadi bay itself .all in all a nice hotel but think Ill try somewhere else next time

Overrated hotel they are hiding behind the aqua park Service but they are not that good in hotel services they are hiring few employers I think the place need more emplyers to provide a good timing services the kids had a good time but the adults are not. Over all I wont go there again

Lots of slides. Water is little bit cold for under 6 then air temperature is about 33 hence only 4 stars. Less water spraying would help. Food present but choice is very basic. Note that all slides close from 12:30 till 13:30

Brilliant fun kids love it but they are strict on the height limit but can only be a good thing if your child is under 1.2m they will only have access to a small.n7mber of slides

This is best water park in Africa. You can find here all kind of water mountains, fountains and etc... Also here you can find a lot of small water mountains especially for little kids. I was here with my 2 years old son - and my son was so impressed, that all he can do - just laugh and smile.
