This is the second time for us to be here in this hotel. Service of the personal is excellent. The animation team is all fantastic, is always funny and try to cheer you up. There could be even more sport programs, 1 hour Zumba every day would be great :-)

Totally fell in love with Jaz Makadina. The location is amazing, incredible snorkeling and great for quad biking in the desert. The hotel is immaculate, there is so much attention to detail. The staff are great, always very friendly and happy to help. Loved the animation team too, theyre very entertaining, always playing games with you, and dancing around happily. We had lots of fun doing morning stretching in the sun and playing ping pong with Olesya. Would definitely recommend this place for an entirely stress free and happy holiday!

Jaz MakadinaI was very satisfied with the Jaz Makadina hotel. All services were at an excellent level. The food was the best Ive ever experienced in Egypt, and the food and beverage manager was probably everywhere. He was very kind and helpful. He did an excellent job. The animators put on a great show and the programs with them were great. Hotel very clean, as well as the rooms. General staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year. Had a wonderful stay at Jaz Makadina. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Staff are friendly and very professional. All your needs are taken care of. Ideally located right on the beach with a Diving Centre on site. Rooms are clean and food is delicious with lots of variety. Restaurant is right by the pool where you can dine outdoors by candlelight or indoors. Drinks are even served to your sunbed on the beach so you are truly spoiled. Very relaxing stay, highly recommend!! It was hard to leave :)

A great location, perfect for snorkelling fans, they just need to educate guests better about not touching/standing on the coral reef and destroying hundreds of years worth of nature. More signs on the beach, leaflets at check-in, that’s sorely needed.Wonderful staff, especially Ibrahim the catering manager, what a gentleman…and Olesya (known as ‘Sunny’) is a star in the making, her joie-de-vivre and positive mental attitude made the ‘animation’ team extra special.

I loved the hotel, it gives lots of access to many things including the aqua park the slides there are awesome , the animation team is so fun and sweet, the pool inside the hotel is so much fun , you also get to write your name on a tree after 5 times (family and friends to) one word RECOMMEND!

Great hotel! Facilities, staff, friendly, sea, activities and bay view. Food in the main restaurant is ok since its all inclusive stay. Separate restaurants are worth trying especially Sofra and the Indian one.

Friendly staff, some things that I didn’t like and complained about were solved. Drinks are not good. All the time sellers were annoying to the guests at the beach, in other hotels this didn’t happened.

Wonderful place to really enjoy a vacation. The place is Cousy; if we consider the main restaurant as a central point then all facilities are located within about 300 meters. the staff are all amazing; Receptionists, Customer relations officer, Animation team, Waiters, Housekeeping and Pool and Beach guards. the food is good and the nigh internments led by animation team and other professional teams are also good.this is my second stay at Jaz Makadina and I am willing o book my third say.

We stayed in Jaz Makadina for 8 days. This turned out to be a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, just like the beach and pool. There were always enough sun beds to relax as well. The house reef was nice and together with the pier offered great snorkeling opportunities. The staff really makes for the best experience. They are extremely friendly and always in for some talks or laughs. They check on you everyday and regularly bring you drinks. Especially Deif, Mohamed Omar and Tadros, thank you for the great service and the many fun times!!!The food in both the buffet restaurant and the a la carte restaurant is varied and always tasted good. Cocktails are really the best we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel. Always freshly made and decorated. Animation is nice, not too pushy with good shows almost every night. Hotel rooms are comfortable too. What we liked most about this hotel is that it is not too big, but still has lots of facilities. Our favorite was the Makadi Water World. It is awesome with lots of slides!!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Jaz Makadina and are definitely planning on coming back some day.-Matthijs and Laura

An amazing getaway for family and couples 👍. A lil bit expensive than its counterparts but still worth every penny 👌. Its not that luxurious but has a combination of fun, activities, quiteness and a touch of luxury. A big Kudos to the staff who are very friendly, polite and literally make you feel at home.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel in three years. The hotel is simply top from all the surrouding hotels!The hotel offers everything you need and even more. Starting from the beach where the sand is perfect and the spot offers great diving spots where you can see coral reefs with many fish living inside them. Its all right at the beach. There are places in the sea, further off the beach, where you again have shallow water and can walk around! The hotel waiters constantly around the beach serving you refreshments and drinks of all kinds!The pool area is awesome! Cleaned everyday, also with hotel staff serving drinks and snacks all day. There are 3 pools. One big one for water activities. One schallow one just for babies and a smaller one for relaxing and fun with kids. The hotel staff is always willing to help with the umbrellas and everything around the pools. There are small activies there like table football, table tennis, darts, etc.The animation crew is perfect! It consists of intenational young people, from all countries which visit the hotel the most. They offer activities for the whole day, for almost every hour. They alway run around the beach, pool area to annouce current events and gather the people for them. You can leave your kids with them for certain events.Food is a great part of the hotel. Apart from the breakfast, lunch and dinner you will always have something to eat, like pizza at the pool restaurant or ice-cream at the bar. The main restaurant offers fantastic buffeys for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For dinner there is also a grilled speciality outside. The food changes everyday and also by the week so you can try out different food everytime. There is always a huge supply of vegetables, deserts and common food like pasta, bread etc. Drinks are always served by the hotel staff and they are very skilled at their job! The food has always been great. Beside this you can also go to a restaurant in the hotel, where you book a table and order a meal like in a normal restaurant! So when it comes to food the hotel is really too! We mostly enjoyed lying at the pool with the waiters serving us drinks on demand.The hotel area is wonderful! So much green and so stylish! Many hotel employees work hard to keep the hotel beautiful. Everyone is friendly and smiling! The hotel staff is really amazing. The roads are clean, simply perfect.During your stay you will notice the hotel employee Anna, who goes out everyday asking the guests for feedback. She checks up on everyone and asks if there is anything wrong and if she can help with something. This is a great service in a hotel as i have never experienced someone like Anna in other hotels! So this is definitely something special.Besides the beach, pools, great food, wonderful staff etc, the hotel offers great activities for the evening, which rotate every two weeks, plus special events that happen even during the day.We are very satisfied with the hotel and might just go there for a third time in the coming years!!

Great hotel. Clean territory, kind staff, tasty food, great animation. Everything is being constantly cleaned. Everybody cares about the guests. The only one small negative note us nearly nonexistent local WiFi. The proposed speed, even paid one, is barely enough for text messages. But just buy the local Sim card in the airport and youre free of the troubles

This was my first experience at a “all inclusive” resort and i was blown away. The food was excellent, drinks very good! Rooms were comfortable and clean!Keeping in mind we are still in a pandemic, we were told all staff is vaccinated, this was very inportant to us. All staff os very attentive when serving food or drinks. They use desinfectant for all the sun beds, they desinfect the restaurants every evening.They also have an awesome animation team: Focas, Victoria, Disco are some of the members of the team and they are great!Thats to all for showing us a great time here. I reccomend and will be back for sure.Thanks!

I have been to already a few hotels in Egypt and i can’t even compare them to Jaz Makadina, I love it here. It’s very nice, tidy and well cared of hotel, not too big, the staff is great! Every single person is so friendly and everyones top goal is to make the guests feel great and it sure is working! The beach is beautiful even with some fish and corals to see when snorkling. The place is also kids friendly and golf players friendly.The food is also great - a lot of seafood, fresh fruit and veggies, oh and can’t forget to mention the good coffee! We are coffee lovers and we are only used to very good coffee and to be honest we were scared that we won’t be able to get a good coffee here, but that is certainly not the case here.So just come here and enjoy your holiday here, you won’t regret it!Oh and Mohamed Omar is a great and caring waiter, so say hi to him for me when you come! :)
