Great beach (very close to the hotel - 10 min walk or by hotel mini bus) with a wonderful coral reef. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Kids were super happy: hotel has 2 aqua parks and a lunapark open in the evenings. Hotel has pretty high safety standards: every swimming pool is watched carefully, also all attractions for children are very safe. Nice gardens inside and outside hotel. Pharmacy is available inside the hotel and the pharmaceutist who works there is very helpful.

It was best service, really helpful staff, I wasnt happy with room what I had choosen while made booking and manager called Ahmed were really very helped full to provide best room on land view was very convenient with 2 kids, any advise you looking for he is the best to ask for. And spa was luxury I had everyday massage as many days was there and thair service too good, that made my experience well worth it. Thank you serenity fun city resort and special and big thanks to Ahmed for looked after us like your own family. Unforgettable trip

Stayed from 17-24 Dec 2021 - excellent hotel and friendly staff. Great variety of Food throughout the day. If you are by pools you have nearby places that you can get a range of food, drinks and desserts. Can’t fault this hotel, honestly exceeded my expectations. We travelled as a group of 27, hotel was sooo big that it didn’t matter. We has plenty to do, fun water rides, pools and theme park rides for kids. Attentive friendly staff that always helped. Good variety of food, fresh bbq every evening with different grilled food. Cleaners would come daily. Helpful reception staff always available. The staff were preparing for a special Xmas eve meal We flew back Christmas Eve so missed out but looked like a beautiful setup , lots of effort put in to make the place look nice!Only negative is the wifi very slow hardly working at all and when walking to rooms the corridors had no windows and in December it was quite cold windy on an evening! Also I would expect the hotel to have a lift for pram users this was quite a hassle when we wanted to take my pram as we had to carry down a load of stairs.Saying that the pros definitely outweighed the cons- would go back loved it !! Thank you

The best customer service by far!We ended are trip on a sour note in the airport and was made to miss our flight due to the airport staff not understanding uk documents! This hotel allowed us to come back and stay free of charge until we were able to get a flight home! Absolutely amazing honestly not many companys would do this. We were fed and watered again at no extra charge. Restores my faith in humanity.So back to the hotel stayWe had a lovely sized family room fresh bedding daily, towels changed as required, water and soft drink left in the fridge.The cleaners made little animals out of towels which my son loved hed run back just to see what theyd made daily.Food your average all inclusive however u can book to use the restaurants on site Id personally recommend the French amazing food.Drinks are as expected but the bar staff are lovely always laughing and joking happy to bring drinks as required.Pools were cold but it wasnt the best weather for most our trip but the hotel cant control the weather right.The hotel grounds and kept clean and tidy my only critastism is the music by the pools leading to the aqua park is literally the Titanic song over and over again Its depressing.Music at the aqua park needs to be changed as well something more fun.Animation team were always laughing and joking around. Hotel is a bit tired and the food could be better. The water park and fun fair are great for kids and adults. There are far too many managers who appear to be doing nothing and the communication at the front desk is very confusing.

Our second time visiting the resort and brilliant again! Will be back in March. The fair makes it perfect to keep small children occupied once the waterpark and pools close just before dinner and shows. Great for a relaxing weeks and happy family break woth add-on excursions if you wish cant emphasise how great it is! See you soon

This hotel is amazing the staff are so friendly and helpful and hygiene is priority. Massive range of food and snacks during the day. Topped off by a huge water park and a good funfair for kids.I have seen an odd review that the place is run down. What a load of rubbish that is and posted by people who have no idea. Yes the original colours on slides etc are faded, but this is due to non stop sunshine during the day and not poor maintenance.Fun fair is check every day around 2pm and every ride inspected. So the quality and safety is always there.If you dont like colour fade go somewhere the weather isnt so amazing !

We really enjoyed it here. Staff are so friendly and helpful cant fo enough for you. They say if your happy we are happy. The food is so nice. We would stay here again and we have recommened to our friends. Really good for children waterpark and in the evening they have little park with rides. The only thing i would say it needs a seperate area in the evening for adults with no children

3 star max. Its a big hotel and great for Kids. So ticks alot of boxes. Not 5 star based on Egyptian hotel standards.. also attracts alot of Chavs all walking around thinking they are Al Capone.

I stayed here for 4 nights, and it was paradise. The water slides were amazing, ALL the staff are very nice, and the food is delicious. Definitely coming back!

We all loved this hotel. Clean pools and nice, friendly staff. You can have access to the other beach hotel, where you can enjoy the beach and snorkel there. Salty pools are amazingly relaxing. Aqua park is wonderful and well organized.

Very nice place to spend your vacation with the family, they have their own aqua park with different levels of excitement, also they have an aqua park for small age kids. Nice food, staff, and service. payment by card accepted at the reception.. all inclusive package is great for long stay. One negative point, Wifi coverage is very weak and unstable in the rooms so you may face some difficulty if you have some work to do.

Just returned from 14days stay at this hotel and it was the best 14 days. Food, people, hotel 10/10. You need to visit and stay at this hotel i would recommend this highly.

Good combination of aqua park and fun city (fun city now is not free but at affordable prices) perfect for kids, weather is very sunny and hot in summer, the aqua closes at 5 pm and all pools at 6 pm, it should be extended up to sunset to have longer time with low UV specially in summer. I have injured in the beach marina of the other connected hotel (serenity beach) by the ladder because the waves was very high and the ladders are not very safe! Diving there is not recommended for non skilled swimmers. Nice reefs and colourful fishes are there. Food is good and many varieties, the room was not very clean! Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Rooms are super clean and spacious, food in a main buffet restaurant is spectacular and you have more options if you need ( such as Asian or French or Italian food). Staff is friendly. One thing is the music at the lobby bar, they put the same depressing music over and over again. I dont wanna hear Celine Dion ever again!! It is like a 15years old depressed tenager made this playlist in middle 80s. Change that to some holiday classic and were good 😜☺️

Liked: Treatment from the reception was excellent, Mr Mahmoud Mahgoub, special thanks to him, he made sure we are getting the best treatment possible. They gave me suitable room for my family and a free upgrade to one of the rooms. The garden rooms are very nice. Staff was helpful, at the snack stations, bars, and pools.Disliked: Only one restaurant working, and it doesnt have a large variety of food. Pools are either 150cm depth or 50cm for kids. The adult one is too deep some of us couldnt get thier heads above water, that wasnt fun. Adult aqua hours were not enough, wave pool only worked 3 hours a day, one hour every time, my 9y waited for it for hours the it worked for 5 minutes and stopped. WiFi was slow.

It was perfect again. They did everything to make us Happy...the Reef is so beautiful and my Kids loved the Lunapark. And there are Always nice families my Kids find always friends there. Its perfect.

Pros: really friendly staff, clean pools, lots of activities for families with children, amusement park inside although you have to pay for rides, kids club inside with face painting, cartoons, many choices at the restaurant and barsCons: the room has old furniture and was dusty even though the cleaning staff did his best, the internet is awful, I recommend that you buy a sim card from the airport and subscribe to an internet package. Although the food in the restaurant was plentiful, I dont know what happened on the last day, I became terribly sick after dinner. I went to the farmacy and there were 4 other people asking for medicine for the same issue as mine. In the airplane, there were other families from Serenity complaining about tummy aches. My husband and daughter became sick too, well at least they didnt get fever and chills as I did.

Even it is middle of nowhere it is great for families, there were three different types of water games (aqua). Wave pool gives you similar feeling of the sea waves. Two divided natural design pools give you some privacy.natural coral beach at the sister hotel suitable for snorkeling and diving; hard to swim especially with strong winds but great for meditate or just enjoy the natural scene with varieties of drinks and snacks.You could enjoy the sister hotel pools or the mini golf. There are lots of shops, hairdressers and pharmacy if you need but theyre so expensive.The rooms are very modest with number of maintenance problems but they were clean. The main restaurant was big enough without a lot of varieties of dishes but the friendly professional staff make you feel comfy as much as they couldThere is night show but although the animation team is friendly but not perfect even the visited crews arent very good . The amusement Park nice for kids in the evening..Calm ,warm design of the lobby with big terrace for chilling out & have variety of beveragesComparing with the price actually I expected more🤔

This hotel speciality for families. Not the highest quality but with some of compomise can be good choice to spend a holiday with children.

This was such a pleasant vacation with my family, the people working there were very welcoming and helped us out all the time, encouranged us to play games with the animation team which was totally amazing and fun! I would like to specifically thank Mr Muhammad 3owaas, and on the pool Mr Ayman ( pool umbrellas ) and Mr Mahmoud ( main pool restaurant ) these specifically were really helpful with us. The place there is gorgeous and the night entertainment is super fun, I would definitely recommend going there as everyone is really sweet there which is amazing compared to other staff in other hotels.100% recommended !!

I have stayed with my family for a few days and it has been a great trip. The service is excellent. The resort contains two buildings, one aqua park, and the other is a beach resort. They make the best food.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Service is exceptional and the whole site is very well maintained and stunning to see. we were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly looked after. Cant wait to return.

This hotel is the best i have stayed in so far. The staff were the friendliest people i have ever met, the rooms were spotless and very big, also they looked out onto your own pool. The facilities at the hotel are extensive to say the least,  food at the main restaurant lots of varsity to choose from, the aquapark is huge and the spa facilities are fantastic. The only downside was that it is not near the beach, but to be honest this wasnt a problem as the water park was so much fun. I couldnt find a single fault with the hotel or its staff and will be returning again next year with my family.

Great for families, so many activities to keep the children amused yet relaxing enough for parents. Beautiful grounds, huge choice of foods.The spa has excellent packages available and the beauty room is quick and professional. Water park for all ages, a lot of staff monitoring the water activities. Friendly staff and the new rooms are spacious and bright. Staff will do everything to make your stay wonderful. make sure to ask questions we didnt find out the fairground on site is free for children under 12 from 5 to 7pm. Cant wait to get back.

The 2 stars are only because of the existence of a partially heated water park, which by the way operates in a morning (3 hours) and afternoon (2 hours) regime.We checked in at around 1pm the day we arrived, and were escorted to an extremely dusty room (probably not used for atleast 2 weeks and not cleaned before our family checks in), with a broken toilet that wouldnt flush, and room with a few less towels that we as family need, missing toiletries, and so on.The staff are not friendly in any way. They dont smile. They dont seek helping their guests unless you ask a few times. And if they can pretend they didnt hear you calling, theyll do and just pass straight wearing a poker face.The buffet is a mess. The food is awful. Very poor variety. Sweets are not sweet. We even had tea that was prepared with warm water. Waiters didnt bother to wait until the kettle boils.The rides (which is a major attraction to this hotel) operate 3 times a week. Since we booked 3 days 2 nights, we get to use the rides once only half day. It is paid for in extra.My kids were approached by a guy, who attempted to joke with them. He hasnt introduced himself. He wears no name tag. He doesnt wear a similar to staff suit. Supposedly he works at the hotel, but how would I be sure?The connected room isnt the best. They are vertically connected (not sure by side). You enter through the door to find a corridor which contains the bathroom (spacious but dirty with hair on the floor of different colors, probably different guests) then comes a room with 2 single beds (no windows) then last the main room with 1 queen bed. Kids will end up sleeping in a transit sort of space which is count as a room.What Ive me turned above is a description for a 5 starts hotel. Weve been to a few around the area since we are residents of Egypt and travel a lot and this hotel by far with its price tag doesnt suit the criteria.

What a nice summer vacation which was spent at Hurghada specifically at Serenity Fun City. Your kids will really enjoy the aqua and you as will.

Just got back from a 7 night stay with my wife and 2 (and a half) year old. Absolutely wonderful hotel(only 30mins from the airport). The staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful. Room was big and very clean. The food was great with lots of variety. The water slides were great for all ages. Our daughter really enjoyed the kids pool and also the theme park rides. The snorkelling was amazing, the underwater scenery and fishes were breath taking. Great place to come for a short break with so much to do that you don’t need to worry about booking other trips.Will definitely come back

We were greeted upon arrival with care, friendliness and a real willingness to facilitate our every request.The hotel overall looked slightly fatigued and in need of refurbishment which I have been assured is imminent; the adjoining hotel had started the process and changes were pleasantly evident.Food and drink was available in abundance which eliminated the need to take extra funds for outdoor dining.Ennui did not creep in due to the ample facilities and pools available.The atmosphere in the hotel was perpetually vibrant and lively. Guests have full access to the beach which is less than few minutes walk from the hotel. Serene, impeccable and enchanting are just a few adjectives to describe the beach. The water is sparkling clean that even the fishes were visible.The calibre of service received was of optimum level which surpassed all my expectations. The staff were relentless in their efforts to maintain a pleasing ambience by their positivity and friendliness.Susannah, the guest relations manager, ensured our vacation was pleasant and remained diligent in fulfilling our requests. A real asset to the hotel, she was affable, sincere and simply delightful.Thank you profusely to all the hotel staff, namely Susannah, who helped create magical memories of Egypt. Nice resort, family room well organized and clean, nice spot for snorkelling and free... spa was great even my 11 years old boy enjoyed it. Only point for improvement is animation team and scenario for the evening performance... some shows were really good, but the stage needs some improvement. Food was good quality as well.

Stayed here for a week with the family. Loved it. The food was pleasant and a huge variety to say the least. The salads were great the food itself palatable. With a different main dish at each meal. The water park is great. Plenty of pools in both the hotels. The beach was nice. The only issue to keep in mind when going in winter is the weather can be a little nippy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was great.

Ive just come home from Egypt where I stayed at Serenity Fun City and it was fantastic!!!! The food was gorgeous something for everyone, all the staff were lovely, very helpful & friendly and the hotel was amazing. My room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel. There was lots of things to do for all ages.I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone like I said it was fantastic!!!!

A paradise for families, great aqua parc IN the hotel, all rooms with internal view which is better than the sand outside of the hotel.Good variety in food, sufficient places for areas around swimming-pools.The one dedicated for kids is very well designed.Cherry on the cake, the people there are very helpful and welcoming.

Best family hotel in the the middle east

This extraordinary hotel no words will be enough to describe every single detail in it. Starting from the reception end to the reception as well where we found our lost mobile three days later.The food is more than perfect, the taste, the variety, quality, quantity and the most important how clean is it.Everyone working there was very well selected to find this result of helpful and educated people, everyone everyone without excluded.The whole place is very kids friendly a big variety of activities everyday to keep the small ones happy and having fun.The animation team are amazing (the best ever).The kids night entertainment show is really nice.The late night shows are professional.By incident we were there while they are having a strawberry festival, I uploaded some photos only for this, check the quantity, every single one was clean clean clean, their cakes are amazing.The adventure with The aqua slides is just amazing more than 15 aqua slides with high safety and variety between kids and adults.The bars by the main pool offering really good taste snacks, and snacks here come for burger, pizza, fries, meat& rice.Drinks are available all day long cold and fresh.The rooms are sunny with a nice view even if it was the pool, keeping your privacy safe.Finally I highly recommend this hotel specially to families, We didnt face a single problem during our stay, and my next vacation will definitely be in SIRINITY.

Excellent hotel!! I really recommend this hotel for families. Brilliant customer service everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Water park and fun fair ride all included in hotel for free, only adults pay on ride, different varieties of food, free beach and pool towels to borrow, private beach for only hotel guest and every 15 mins beach bus picks you up to drop you to the beach or you can walk for 7 mins. Free snacks and drinks on the beach all inclusive really mean all inclusive! Incredible place overall my 5 year old son loved every bit of it and so did I. The hotel is very secured and free safe to use in room to lock your passports away.

This place is so lovely the staff are polite and helpful really friendly. I will be visiting again with me and my partner. Hotel entertainment could be a little bit better and the entertainment room could have a better stage but overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself. You can get a beach bus every 15 minutes to the beach which is lovely and relaxing. The only down fall is the whole time I was there I did. Not going the swimming pools as they were ice cold my partner took a dive and came out with a cold and they were mainly empty. This could be due to swimming pool maintenance.

Good resort, decent enough service. We stayed for 10 days and we took all inclusive(food and drinks). Food was decent enough and lot of choices and drinks were unlimited but very basic type. Kids had fun, the staff were friendly and helpful. Booked few trips, pay upfront and they will get a vehicle for you. Do not take guides as an option as they do not know much but try to take you to places to sell things to you and they get omission, no need of any guide as everything will be in Google and it is nuisance with them. Do not buy any goods really, they pass on cheap stuff at higher prices, especially for tourists in Hrugada. Stick to the resort and trips, suggest going in a group trip as you will feel safe and it is economical as well. Most of the tourist trips you go, they have a camera on board and they take your photos and can give all photos for £30. We enjoyed our stay but do not buy any goods in Hrugada or anywhere you go, you will be conned.

3.5 actuallyIt was a family vacation. We were in two interconnected family rooms.The rooms were fine, clean, proper size and bed sizes were very good. However, shower was broken and fridge was not working properly in one room and we had to change it twice for the other room. That indicates sub-optimal maintenance.The food was accepted, not impressive and not always fresh. Coffee was of low quality.☕🤔Aquapark is the star and we had a lot of fun there. Other pools were also ok.👍Another very good thing is the free park with reasonable number of games.We had to use a shuttle to go to the beach. It was very bad though. A lot of rocks and algae. Kids could not enjoy it at all. The snorkeling area was very good and accessible.Staff were very helpful and nice.I would think twice before going back, but I wouldnt exclude it from my list. 🤔🤫

Not a place for people who like travel independently. The normal rooms were ok but not much more than that. There was visible sign of decays specially in the broken tiles that can be seen pretty much everywhere. Food was ok but never really interesting. The slides were a bit less exciting than we hoped.On the bright side the staff were all good!

The kids loved the pool and the waterslides. The rooms were clean and topped up with water and tea/coffee every day. The food was good and had something for even my fussy eater. It doesnt get 5 stars because - the air con wasnt quite as powerful as it needed to be (although my husband was fine) and the water pressure in our room was minimal, which made washing shampoo out quite difficult. Superficial reasons really. Couldnt fault the staff.

We had an amazing 7 day stay in the hotel and all the services, entertainment and staff from housekeepers to cooks were always friendly and welcoming us with smile going beyond their duties. The choice of extra excursions was great and we had fantastic time taking the part. Hotel has great facilities and lovely rooms and its great for families as it has rides and water park. I would highly recommend to anyone from families to single parents.

It was more than a wonderful and enjoyable experience.  The hotel management pays attention to the smallest details regarding the cleanliness of every place in the hotel.  All the staff of the hotel are distinguished by the friendliness and love of the guests and they are at a very high level of professionalism so that you will feel like you are the only guest in the hotel and they all work for you only.  Aqua parks are fun for adults and children ,there are a kids aqua park , adults and family aqua park , and there is also a Luna park, and despite the precautionary measures taken by the hotel’s management due to covid-19 and the limited entertainment activities, the hotel offers some evening luve singing  performances and a kids disco . Beautiful hotel, with plenty to do in the aqua park. Fun fair in the evening and entertainment put on throughout the day by the entertainment staff across both hotels to choose from. Food is fabulous....detail to presentation is great, a great choice each day is put on. Everyone is catered for . Spotlessly clean in the main reception and resturant and all toilets. Staff are polite, helpful with a happy to help attitude. Every member of staff always say hello to you. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. Bottled water left in room each day.

Everything its OK. Food ok, services ok, staff its very helpful. The most bad thing its the internet... Egipt its better than Turkey 🇹🇷... Come and visit this resorts... Serenity its the best choice in Hurghada!

Staff are very friendly. A great selection of food. Fun water slides and pools for all ages. It is in the middle of nowhere so any venturing iut would have to be done via booked excursions through the hotel.

Staff are amazing but thats the only positive about this dated hotel. Food selection is basic and no entertainment for guests on a night time. All the drinks are watered down and taste like they have been taken from a slop bucket.

Hey Guys. Serenity Fun City Resort is a really cool hotel. The stuff is very friendly ( and its no acting. I think its normal ) and the service is pretty good. The animation team is the best and the activities are really interesting. The only problem is, that the food is not really warm and you got only in the Lobby or in the restaurants WiFi. I hope you enjoy your holidays as much as i had.

The place for perfect holidays: pools for adults and kids, water slides for all the ages, day activities for children, night shows with dances, comedy, contests, and the animators are funny. The food is tasty, at the bars there are refreshments. The personnel is always kind and any problem is solved very quickly. The rooms are cleaned every day, and they are invigorating providing shelter from the burning sun, the bathrooms are spacious and perfumed.The walls of the hallways should be repainted in some places.Is not very luxurious, but this resort provides confort, provides an environment to regain your energy and to have fun.This is the home of the fun and the shining sun!

Stayed here from 18th to 25th November. Not very many negatives really, the beach is pants and not child friendly due to the rocks and sharp broken coral. The rooms are a little dated but who goes on holiday stay in their room. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding daily and thats a first for any holiday Ive been on.The main pool is MASSIVE and very refreshing in the 30⁰c cloudless week we had. There is an on site waterpark which is the best ive seen at a hotel with every slide opening out towards the lounging areas for easy checking up on the kids. The is also a kiddies splash park and pools which is ample for toddlers. The lifeguards are well on the ball pulling anyone into line who do not obey the rules, which is reassuring. There is also a small fun fair free to use from 6pm to 8pm but charged between 8pm and 10pm, 16 goes on the rides about 5 quid or 200 Egyptian. Kids clubs are fun also, lots of variety and worth checking out. The food aint to bad either and there really is a great selection from the buffets and the a la cartes. Bearing in mind you can use all the sister hotels facilities over the road. Last few days we got the dreaded tummy bug which was really miserable but you can get a course on Antinal on site. This is a huge hotel but was only at half capacity due to the downfall of TC but there was still a good mix of nationalities which I like to see. The whole complex has one entrance and exit which is the lobby and is built in an oval shape with the gardens, aqua parks, fair ground and kids clubs totally enclosed from the outside world. If you are happy to stay on resort then this is great place but if not then there are plenty of things to do further afield, me and my 8 year daughter went scuba diving for a day off a boat over a coral reef. Best childhood memories ever and we will be back here in May 2020.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as a family of 5. This hotel had everything you could want in an all inclusive holiday. Huge water park, multiple restaurants, Sandy beach along with a fun fair for the kids. The staff were exceptional and the management where even better. This is without a shadow of a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Amazing hotel in paradise !It was the first time that we went to Hurgada, and definitely will go again.The hotel is fabulous:good choice of food, 5 ala-cartes (we tried only 2, but they were reallygood).Staff is friendly and helpful, big thanks to Romany on reception and our amazing cleaner Ahmet!There are a lot of opportunities for self-entertainment in Serenity and the Aqua-park was the best part of it . For beach lovers there is free shuttle bus to get there.And if you like having a lunch and don’t wanna miss the view, you should visit restaurant on the beach. The view is spectacular.Room was lovely always clean, and well kept.Hope to see you all soon! We will definitely come again!Maggie

Excellent stay and lovely property.. Best part is their front desk team..especially their front desk manager Mr. Mahmoud, who personally ensured that everything is in order and kept checking as what else they can do to make the stay more comfortable.. Their entertainment team is too good and made our stay really enjoyable.. Hats off to them. There rooms are excellent. Highly recommended to plan a stay to serenity fun city.

Room no 5230, second week of March 20.As promised, I write about our stay at your wonderful hotel.For the start, my family wants to thank the whole staff, beginning in the lobby, the waiters, animateurs, and also Mohammed our room service at the time, for the very wonderful time we were allowed at your place. You guys deserve the best treatment and working conditions your managers can give you, for your motivation and warmth is what makes the differenceto a holiday and an unforgetable experience to recommend to others.The rest is easily told: the Fun City is a perfekt place for families, the water slides and Luna park are simply an attraction, without disturbing the other pool section and people that might not feel in the mood of animation.The food is great and has a variety you will miss when going back home. And adding to this all.in. part, there are numerous restaurants for extra money that could help you out.The nightly performances are professionell and partly wonderful, but the sound system doesnt keep up with it.It actually distroys all joy and probably could so easily be resolved.For example: when you offer bingo and the animateur has to draw the numbers in the air with his fingers, cause f***ing nobody could understand him through the microphone , you got a problem.However, the nearby beach is a nice change, snorceling great (espacially with rough weather and little snorcelers), the quad-trip a little adventure.All in all, during March, the perfect holiday for a family ❣Thank you and f*** CoronaMr Me 😉
