The Hotel was great, all the staff just couldn’t do enough to help. We had kids with us and the animation team were absolutely wonderful. Food was good, varied and plenty of it. Rooms very very clean and tidy and house keeping good. There was plenty of activities and the beach was only a short walk across the road. If you have kids the water world is just a short free bus trip up the road, a great way to spend time. Would highly recommend spending your holiday here. We’ll be back again soon

Beautiful resort on Makadi bay. Very friendly staff, service is really good, they go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are spacious and the walk to the beach takes around 5 minutes. All resorts on Madinat Makadi are connected to each other so it feels like a small village (You cant use their pools though). There are multiple bars and restaurants to choose from. The animation is nice - the evening shows could be more professional though. This is a resort with focus on families, which was quite annoying for a group of mid 20s friends. The kids were screaming and running around the pool and the beach all the time. Furthermore, the food is just about average and my boyfriend and me both had trouble with our stomachs. We approached the hotel about this and they handled it very well! There are no cocktails on the beach :( and the alcoholic beverages of this hotel are not tasty nor strong. They constantly try to sell you juices for 2€ in the hotel and at the beach, but this should be included! We were also approached by a lot of salesman for tours, which was a bit too much. Diving and Quad Tours are really cool, but we would have booked them without the constant marketing on the beach.

I can recommend it to everyone. Great hotel with very friendly staff. Special thanks to Sheba – hard working man who sees all the needs of the restaurant guests and can effectively manage his younger colleagues. Mr M. Montaser from reception 100% professional will solve all your problems. Big thanks to Bibo very polite always smiling guy. Hotel has beautiful garden. The beach is about 10 minutes walk with a small house reef . A la Carte Restaurants are very good but you need to book it in advance. A multi-purpose pitch would be an ideal solution for younger visitors, present one is in a fatal condition. In my opinion compared to the high quality of the hotel some of the evening shows made by outside artists are below expectations.

I had really great time in Saraya. Thanks to animation team for a lot of fun and a great amount of activities. Evening shows were really diverse and the food was tasty in the restaurant. Also I liked the staff who were always smiling and polite and brought us tasty cocktails.

BIm still here. Its an amazing clean area and they took care about everything. The rooms are perfect and in a good condition. Just the pillows are too hard, but i didnt ask for a softer one yet. What is absolutely a no go is the huge waste of papercups at the beach. They are so tiny and u need a lot for one beach day. Sure they clean it up, but still a waste. The weather is amazing hot and even in the nights it wont gets cold. I feel very secured here and neing without fears. The animation team is great. The motivate without being annoying and are kind and cute. Just the beeakfast could be till 10.30am.

I was here 15 years ago, it was fantastic but this time IT was even better. Will definately come back! The animation team was amazing (great time with Anoo and Shams!♡). The sea is to die for, beautiful fishes, clean warm water. The hotel is inpecable, everyone is so kind and nice, the food is so tasty (you should definately go to egyptian restaurant Sofra).We will definately come back here to spend some more amazing time!

Our stay at the Saraya was perfect all round. The food and the selection was very good. The service in the restaurant was always very friendly. The staff were very accommodating and very personable. There was enough space on the beach and at the pool. The animation also entertained us very well. There were many different activities to choose from. The room was always very clean and tidy. It was of the best hotels in hurghada, I was worried for this was my fiery trip so eve the covid19, but when I came here all my worries vanished, everything is clean and sanitizers are everywhere, all the staff are wearing masks.Also the attitude between the staff is more than perfect which made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.Also the animation team is one of the best teams, I consider myself a hurghada expert that is why I assure they are the best.Also the kids club rocks, very good with children.This was my second visit and for sure I will come back again.

Amazing hotel. Very good food but needs a bit more variety. Lovely beach needs to upgrade drinks on beach to hard plastic glasses instead of paper cups, spirits would be nice instead of just beer and soft drinks. Good variety of drinks round pool. Rooms are kept to very high standard. The apricot crumble is to be highly recommended not to be missed.

Generally a great hotel. Very clean. The staff are all fabulous. Particularly the pool waiters and animation team. The only real criticism I have is that the hotel group are trying to blacklist external tour operators from coming into the hotel. And as our Tour Operator were both expensive and did not offer what we wanted. This is not an acceptable practice. Our external operator was fabulous and turned our holiday into a fantastic trip. There also needs to be a little more focus on adult entertainment. More vibrant music. Its all a little too tame - although the comedy show was excellent.

I love the hotel. The cleaners are great and keep the rooms very clean. You get clean beach towels supplied every day. The food is standard for an all inclusive. The alcoholic drinks also very standard. There is a quiet pool which is great if you don’t want the music or entertainment. But we love the big busy pool. The animation team are amazing and do a fab job both for adults and kids alike in the kids club yousseff is our favourite by far. He made us all feel very relaxed and welcome. Would recommend to couples family’s and groups alike.

This truly is an amazing hotel. I have never been to a hotel where all the staff have been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The reception staff are the friendliest and most efficient I have met in any of my visits to Egypt and the level of service continues from there to every department in the hotel.The management truly have perfected the guest experience. Recently stayed here with myself husband and three children, we have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back hopefully next year! The animation team were outstanding, constantly smiling and chatting to everyone. We mainly spoke with bubbles and samurai who were our favourite and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Very good food the hotel complex is great with hood facilities all around. The free entry to the water park is great. The animation team is outstanding, i will miss them all i have mainly spoke to original, bubbles and samurai they have made me and my family feel very welcome with constant smiles and excitement. Have had a wonderful two week stay in Jaz Makadi Saraya. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day with a surprise animal made out of towels on the bed every day! All the staff were so friendly and very helpful. The food was lovely and plenty to choose from, even for our fussy kids! Always had a sunbed around the pool and the beach was a stone throw away. The shuttle bus to the watermark was superb and the kids loved the water park- plenty to do. The animation team are something else! They are all so hard working and so so friendly! Always keen to get everyone involved and so much activities for the kids and the adults!! Bubbles and Yussef are our favourites! Such funny guys and always so happy and nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommend this hotel for the animation. team! We will definitely be back!
