Food and staff at the resort are excellent. Rooms are a let down, definitely not a 5* feel. We had a family room, very dated and somewhat clean.No room service but you are welcome to take food to your room from the main restaurant during open hours.Spa was disappointing, lacks that luxury feel. We had a massage that was awkward, they took us to the room and stared at us while we changed out of clothes, the set up of the massage room could do with some tlc, maybe place something pretty to look at through the face hole instead of staring at bits of dust and the masseuses shoes?The pool areas are amazing and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Games room was a nice touch, this was our go to in the evenings for the kids before/after dinner. Beach was pretty. Lots of excursions to enjoy.Overall we loved our visit to Hurghada and would come back again in the future just maybe not to the same resort.

We just come back yesterday’s from titanic Royal. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Cleaning services brilliant. We really enjoyed holiday. I am vegetarian & on my request they made vegetarian food for me . Amazing time we had at the hotel . Thank u to all staffs & managers.

AVOID this hotel. I Booked an 8 day stay at royal titanic upon arrival at 2am they couldn’t find my booking and wanted an extra £147 pound of me to let me sleep the night. The man at the reception named Ali I believe was extremely stubborn and rude, he wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager to see if he could help me out. The hotel were not accommodating and I wished I had listened to the reviews- the service really is bad.After paying £147 extra I got to the roomand it was a disgrace. Their was hair inside the bed, the bed sheets were stained and the toilet did not look as though it been cleaned upto standards when the room was made vacant. I left the room and have a new hotel which has provided me with an amazing experience and let me check in early when I was left without a hotel due to royal titanic.Listen to the reviews and avoid.

Spent 2 weeks here the hotel,rooms and staff were amazing. My stay was let down by the love holiday rep ( whos name Im not sure if I can say but it beings with an A) constantly after money and when he didnt get his own way became very childish. We had to book an antigen test 2 days prior to our return which he refused to give an address instead told us call to get our Egyptian Uber driver to call him and he will Tel him the address. He want r us to pay 340 Egyptian pound to get his friend to take us there and back instead got an Uber for 33 Egyptian pound. Love holidays get a new rep.........

One of the best hotels we have been to.Great service, attention to detail, amenities and excellent food. Its especially great for families, but even as a couple we enjoyed it immensely.Would definitely come back.

Rooms are perfect for two. The food is just great in the main restaurant. We loved Mongolian restaurant. Beach is shallow and perfect for small kids. There is a reef for snorkeling, in front of the beach. The thing that amazed me was the people working there and their service, it was perfect. From receptionist, to bartenders and management staff they all were helpful.Kids loved water slides.Our older kid got injured, and the hotel staff and doctor in the hotel were really helpful.

The resort is a five stared because of the services that the rooms are equipped with but when it comes to the food, everything is very good looking but there is no taste, everything seems to be so industrial and tasteless. In the rooms every thing looks so old and lacks of care.

Very well mannered staff and very good experience.Beach and pool are awesome, however food is average but for the two ala carte restaurants that we have tried; Mongolian and Teppenyaki restaurants, the food was really good.The atmosphere and the rooms are great.Our bus schedule has been changed, so the hotel management allowed us to stay at the hotel after checking out at 12pm using the hotel facilities and even have our lunch there.

The Place is  A very modern and well managed place with very friendly staff and professional management. There are some small things but in total its a very good hotel.We travelled to the hotel after checking lots of reviews and all were correct about the hotel. This is why I will try to give my review in a detailed way so we can help other travellers.We travelled as a Family with a baby ( 1/2 Year Old)  . As we arrived we were welcomed with a professional Receptionist ( Mr. Ali ) he was so welcoming and provided the maximum help we asked to upgrade our room  with an extra charge which is really worth it .  So its a very good choice and he really got our room ready by 8:30  as we arrived by 6 in the morning so we had fast service.The Room was Clean and in a good place with a semi private pool. and well equipped.the restaurants :the Main Restaurant: is very good with fresh kitchen cooking  and an extra Serving kitchen. The Food IS very Good every day there is a diff rent cuisine with different styles  and a variety of everything in the main restaurant. We really give a big thanks to MR. Yussof is a restaurant manager. He is a professional and a very welcoming and helpful person.he always helped us and got us a feeding chair for our baby and did his max.Mangol Restaurant : its a good place with good service and a show cooking style . We liked the service over there. There is a good and professional guest welcoming and serving.Chinese Restaurant: Sorry to say its a terrible place. I really dont advise you to try it. In regard to service and food quality we even made a complaint and this was MR. Tharwat Comes in as a really Professional Manager for food and Restaurants as a main Manager . after we evaluated the Chinese restaurant in regard to having bad food and service . like in five min he found us and asked what happened and apologised for the situation promising that he will take the steps  in this regard which we heard that he did . So a big thanks for the good management and leading .Italian restaurant : we had reservations but we didnt go because of the bad experience from the Chinese restaurant .The pool-bar is also a good place where we revived a very good and friendly service from a waiter named Eslam and his 2 colleagues which I didnt ask for their names. but they were friendly and a guest welcoming team.We also noticed a pool check testing almost every day which we didnt see or notice in other places so we really liked that as well.In total the place is a great place to relax and rest .The Sea :Its clean and sandy for our first 2 days. We had to walk a distance to get Knee deep water but its ok clear and clean water.There is no Sea life to see but its a relaxing beach.We loved our stay and we will be visiting the hotel again.My advice to the Hotel is to improve the Chinese restaurant quality and to wash the salads well in the main restaurant.Once more, thanks for the stuff and management for the high quality  service .also we received a thanking email after we arrived which really gave us a good feeling

Titanic Royal has some strong points but unfortunately many serious flaws.Location is excellent, near Airport on quiet beach. Sea is shallow but beach is perfect. It has huge sun shades from natural materials that offer great protection. Hotel itself looks great. From the lobby to the rooms it has that wow factor. Cleanliness is top notch. Pools are nice and there is plenty of them. I see that a lot of people complain about service but in my experience it was perfect. Really big kudos to whole staff because they really work hard whole day. There is small market in the hotel where you can buy souvenirs for fair prices.Now about many problems. Main issue is food. They really put a lot of effort in it but its simply not good. Some well known international meals have completely different taste. Fish dishes were perfect and sweets/ice-cream are generally very good. The rest is below average or just plain bad. We had stomach problems after most of the meals that had to be treated by drugs. Guest can find something to eat but for a 5 star hotel to have such underwhelming cuisine is unacceptable. In the Greek taverna (beach restaurant) food is generally safer to eat but it has only few meals.Kids entertainment is almost non-existent. They have kids disco (80% same songs every day) on some old stage that just waits for a moment to collapse. I saw kid having finger pinched because parts of stage are loose. That can be fixed with 10 nails but its not. Only one daily activity for kids during 7 day stay is really disappointing. They have open space that can be used for daily kids activities so COVID cannot be used as an excuse. For adults they do have few entertaining acts most notably amazing Acrobatics show.Hotel has some issue with sewage system. In the morning there is strong smell that covers whole facility. Also in the sea if you dig sand a bit you will find layer of sand that smells like sewer.Rooms have no doors on bathroom part so say good-bye to your privacy.For a 5 star hotel with a hefty price tag Titanic Royal must do much, much better.

Dont book this hotel. We booked 2 months before our stay. The day when we were in hurghada they say the hotel is overbooked and we are going to titanic beach en HERE it is 400 euro cheaper you dont get money back nothing. Never again TITANIC in egypt OR CORENDON!!!

Great hotel for families. Family rooms (2 separate bedrooms) are great giving privacy to parents by having lockable inside door for one of the bedroom. Food is not spectacular but good tasting and enough options. Would highly recommend spending one evening at the Mongolian restaurant. Personnel is very kind and friendly, with a little bit of tip you can have a pharaoh experience 😀

We just came back from our holidays and I must say: I expected too much of this hotel. We paid extra for our family room with a pool entrance and that was the only good thing about this place. Food is below average for 5 star resorts in Hurghada. The choice is limited and food repeats every single day. But the worst part of it is food or water poisoning that I suffered the 3rd day. I was so bad that hotel doctor had to come to my room and give me shot to stop vomiting so I can take medicine. It’s simply awful. We have been traveling to Egypt for 10 years and this poisoning never ever happened to me. Could be cocktails that they make with suspicious ice or tomato soup (just guessing).And now staff: they are rude and not friendly, you feel like you are being their burden, not their job and I HATE THAT. Their English is terrible, apart from few people on reception, others speak horrible English, so it’s hard to ask for anything.Beach is way too shallow (up to knees by the ending marked point).Also, when we paid for our late checkout (80 euros till 9pm) we had to pack and move to other room, which was inconvenient.All in all, I expected way too much of this seeing the reviews, but I got disappointed.Good side: pizza in Italian “a la carte” restaurant and staff who works in this restaurant are only decent staff in whole hotel.We won’t be coming back. There are much nicer hotels with educated staff in Hurghada, so be careful with this one.

The hotel is fine, but the staff and service is very bad. you have the impression of annoying the staff, they are rude and unpleasant. everything is slow and poorly organized. rooms are good but very poorly soundproofed. the food is good but not 5 star. The pools are fine. at night there is a big screen in the middle of the hotel outside showing cartoons, if you dont want your children to watch it is impractical.

A very beautiful hotel and very beutiful rooms. But at the bathrooms is a problem. They dont have doors. The food was horible. I ate at the greek restaurant and the next day I vomited. In rest good personal, clean pools and beautiful beach. I need to say they close the pool at 5-6 PM, I dont remember exactly.

I spent here 6 days in early February. I have chosen the hotel because of the good reviews and because it looks modern with good facilities. Overall, I liked the hotel, they have very tasty food but with limited options especially at breakfast. We had the same options for breakfast for the whole stay. The rooms are OK, the only minus is that the bathroom have only some partial doors for WC area and shower area...The hotel have a lot of options for the small children. The water in the children pools and one adult pool is heated.Drinks are OK, some average but only local drinks, not import drinks.SPA services are with extra charge except fitness.Beach is nice but it has shallow water. For children is great but for adults can be a big problem because you have to walk 300-400 meters to find a good deep water to swim.Poor options for sports (no tennis/football/golf fields, darts, etc). Just fitness at the spa, volleyball, aqua-gym and yoga.Animation was excellent. They provide evening programs, mini-disco, yoga, aqua-gym, volley ball. Special appreciation for Edy and Igor from the animation team, they were really involved in all the activities.As a final conclusion, I will return only with a group of family with children. I will never return as a couple or as a group of adults only.

I am sooo surprised that this hotel has high ratings??!! I was here in covid period and i found the hotel not clean! Not satisfied with the room stuff, bed linens were so reused that it changed its texture and color i barely could sleep, toilet was not working, restaurant food variety is poor, the glasses were so dirty that u can found someone’s lipstick in the corner i think they do not wash it properly!! I could stay there only one night and after i changed the hotel! The beach and water was dirty! Never again

Pools are great and there is enough shade even in the water. Food is good, you can always find something that you like. Staff is super friendly, and the service is good. All in all I liked it and I would recommend it. But, what I really didnt like is the beach - it is sandy and that is nice but there is no deep water, or at least the depth it is really really far away (it fells like more than 1 km away).

Clean hotel, big rooms with pool view. Food is OK and there are 3 a la carte restaurants. Definetely should try to book a spot at the Mongolian restaurant - it is by far the best one!Nice spa with good massage options. Fitness room is quite small, but you can manage a decent workout.Overall, nice experience!

Nice modern hotel on the beach. It has a big swimming pool (a part of it is heated).Rooms are modern, however lack the privacy since bathroom is basically part of the rooms hallway. Food is good and there is a variety of a-la-carte restaurants (our favorite was Italian and Mongolian).It is a family hotel so there are many options for kids to play.The part that is disappointing is the service, especially in the lobby bar. You can not expect to see a smile or hear a thank you and be ready to wait for a while for someone to take your order when you are sitting (even if the place is empty). I would call this a 3* service in a 5* property.Of course there are exceptions - you can get a decent service outside the VIP bar and the a la carte restaurants.

Nice and clean. But this is definitely not a 5 stars level. The receptionists can barely understand or speak English. They were nice till the last day when we were leaving to the airport, they accused us of breaking some lamp. A total chaos at the lobby of the hotel and the employees shouting. Apparently there were many other tourists accused of breaking, losing or stealing stuff from their rooms. It seems like they want to get advantage of naïve Europeans who dont understand the language and the situation. I let them play their show and at the end responded in Egyptian. Their reaction then changed . They told me they wouldnt charge me for the broken item but that I have to sign a form to acknowledge that I did. I refused to sign because I didnt break anything. This is because I know Egyptian dialect perfectly and I know the cultural background, but imagine the other tourists in this chaos and no one is explaining nothing to them in proper English.Another thing is the mockery of the big muscles guy at the fitness and SPA. Mocking tourists in front of them in your language is so unprofessional and definetely not smart. How can you be working in an international hotel and still not know that some people speak many languages?! How can you mock a girls body part and say, its the size of my head, قد دماغي in front her when she is a client and has just handed you €100?! Dont you ever think she could speak perfect Egyptian?! This is really low level. Pathetic! Especially when he smiled to pretend he said nice things. If you think clients are idiots, you are wrong. انت لي عبيط و لازم تبقى تتعامل كويس مع الزباين و تخاف على شغلك. انا بس مرضتش اعملك مشكلة.The same for the guy at the games room. I asked for the change of a €50 note. The guy shouted at his coworker in a mean way saying that if I am not going to pay anything I am not going to get any change. Then he told me with a fake smile, we are sorry we dont have. Really?! Why didnt he say he was sorry he doesnt have the change in Egyptian?! Because he thought I didnt understand. This is again unprofessional and not compliant with 5 stars standards.Have more respect for your clients. Stop seeing us as the European dumbos.Also remember that in a international context there always would be someone who speaks and understands Egyptian dialect. If this person isnt speaking it with you straight away, its to see your reaction. Now I saw it and you definitely gave a bad impression.I give 3 stars because the food was good and the waiters work so hard and are nice.

Hello!We have just returned from Egypt, Titanic Royal Hotel and I want to write you some impressions.Being a pandemic year, we had 3 canceled holidays and we decided on the last hundred meters to choose a stay in Egypt with a flight from our city. I had a small list of several hotels and I chose Titanic Royal because it is new and because it has swim up rooms. Later it turned out to be a very good choice.We were pleasantly surprised by what we found in this hotel: cleanliness, disinfectants everywhere, welcoming staff and a very good vibe in the resort. Being occupied with only 50% of the capacity, it was always very free and without congestion.Very good food (we had read negative reviews about food and had emotions). It is not as diverse as in Turkey (where in my opinion there is a lot of waste) but all the food was tasty (in my opinion, much tastier than in Turkey) and fresh. You could find fish, chicken and beef at every meal (cooked in many ways) plus lots of side dishes.In the dessert category, Many of them with fruit, especially mango, my favorite. Basically I found the dessert heaven here (I want to specify that they were not like other hotels with a lot of cream and a lot of coloring, there were many cakes, some good , with the taste of homemade cakes). In terms of fruit, you can always find bananas, oranges, grafts, grapes, apples and dates, our favorites. Breakfast, very varied with many good cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pastries (also very good) jams, compotes, omelettes, etc.At dinner, every night there was another specific, such as: Mexican, international, Egyptian, French, etc. You could find both food with that specific and other types. Very good every time. Also every night I found a district only with starters, all sorts of things, extremely beautifully arranged - clearly their kitchen was passionate about plating and the way the food looks.They also have 4 A la carte restaurants, where we made appointments (Mongolian, Japanese, Chinese and Italian). Good food at these restaurants as well. At the Mongolian you chose your own ingredients and the chef cooked them in front of you on a large grill, at the Japanese ff the show is beautiful, the Chinese is interesting and the Italian is very good. Drinks like anywhere, we drank wine, water and orange juice in the morning.The refrigerator in the room was supplied daily with 3 bottles of 0.5 water, one of 1.5 sprites and a cola. It was enough for us. The cleaning was done daily (if you left $ 2 on the bed, they would be even more interested 😁) and the changed towels were sealed in bags, even the ones for the beach.Clean, spacious beach with smooth entry into the water, ideal for families with children. at about 300 m from the sea is full of corals and fish. We had a snorkeling mask and we enjoyed the beauties of the sea every day.In conclusion, we recommend this hotel to both young couples and families with children.

Nice resort for vacation. All rooms are pool view. There are rooms on small pools directly from veranda. Kids aqua games are available and occupy a wide area. The sea is not the best although it has small waves but its not deepThere are 6 restaurants, one main restaurant, and 5 special restaurants that serve specific food flavors such as Asian, italian , etc.At night there is a show for kids for 30 min and after that 1 hour show of dances and games.

We stayed at Royal Titanic for nine nights during New Years / Christmas holidays. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the friendly and welcoming staff! Some items however need to be noted. Please see below our more detailed impressions on the different aspects of our stay.COVID-19 - Practically all staff have masks, but majority dont wear them properly (i.e. they are hanging below the nose or even mouth). This becomes particularly uncomfortable in instances when the staff and especially the sales people (e.g. from Safari, Spa) come very close to you. 99% of the visitors also dont wear masks (including when going on excursions in small, crowded buses). In the dining areas, the staff serve the food from the buffet themselves, which minimizes the amount of people that touch the serving utensils, etc. There are hand sanitizers on most tables indoors, but none at the tables outdoors. Beach towels are handed out from sealed bags, but towels in the room are sometimes given in a sealed bag and other times without any protection. Also the person who showed us our room on the first day made sure to touch every single switch in the room: of course, he probably had good intentions, but this isnt very COVID-19 friendly.Accommodation - The rooms have all the essentials, and ours included a balcony overlooking the swimming pool as well. Points to note: the beds are very large; the bathroom does not have a proper door (i.e. you can hear everything from the bed); the curtains dont block 100% of the light so might be an issue if your sleep tends to be disrupted by light; and the WiFi is very slow throughout the hotel. Cleaning was done properly although on some occasions we didnt receive enough towels (i.e. just one towel for two people). They seemed to love leaving us with shampoo, but not enough body wash.Entertainment - We had a great time playing volleyball most days at the beach - special thanks to Igor and Eddy - although this was interrupted when the ball got broken and the management took several days to provide a new one (and even then, it was very hard and hence made it difficult to play properly). Besides the usual entertainment program, there are also water sports (e.g. wind surfing - not AI) offered at the hotel and you can book excursions from one of the sales people who go around and pester you every day. We ended up booking Safari from Adam - we had a good time overall, although the glasses, helmets, and quad-bikes provided were quite old / beaten up.Food / Drinks - The buffet was quite nice. We especially enjoyed the New Years dinner which featured plenty of fish / seafood, and the hotel also organized a special dinner for Christmas on the 6th of January. We also dined at the a la carte restaurants (all except the Greek one was was closed at the time). Our favourites were Italian and Teppanyaki, while the Chinese was so-so and Mongolian a bit too oily for our liking. From drinks, gin & tonic, the three-coloured cocktail, and mango daiquiri were quite decent. Some other ones (e.g. mojito, margarita) were quite disappointing.Pools / Beach - Plenty of pools at the hotel, but only one was heated (and even then, it wasnt very warm). The beach was very nice and the sun warmed up the sand well even in the middle of the winter. Although the sea was a bit cold, we still went for a short swim every day. Note that the sea is quite shallow.Final word on the pestering marketing people, either from the Spa, Safari, water-sports, etc. which never stop to bother you until you either buy something from them, or simply and rudely tell them to go away. If you keep staying polite with them and dont give them a definite no, theyll make sure to bother you until you leave.

We have spent a wonderful time at Titanic royal hotel in hurghada. We have been in Egypt several times. Titanic royal hotel was overall the best. The food is really good, the new years buffet was so impressive, everything is clean, everyone is so very friendly. The employees are doing a great job. I loved the cocktails at shazlys Beach bar. He and his team are wonderful. The area is absolutely kids friendly. A perfect place for kite surfers as well because you can directly kite from the hotel beach.

I adore this hotel! Kind staff, super clean and they are also very taking care about COVID-19 rules. The boy who was cleaning our room took our carpet every day out to wash the floor and disinfected the door knob. The food is typical egyptian try of international, but there is always something for everyone to eat, very various choice. Beautiful cocktails also. I would like to come back definitely!😊

Hotel is really good, ot deserves 5 stars, but there is no sea at the beach most of the day. That is big minus. They could put some ponton, bridge so people could swim in the sea. Also seiming pools look grate, they clean it every day, food is very good, there is always something for someone, even childrens food bar with boiled meat and vegies.Althou, i wouldnt go back to this hotel, because of sea and beach.

Very good hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Beach access is very nice and if you walk down the beach there you can ride horses and a camel. They look very healthy and they take very good care of them. Those people are very friendly towards tourists, so if you like to do something directly near the hotel, you should go there.

The hotel is excellent.The animation team is fantastic and funny.Though we did not come to most of their activities which they offer such as fitness yoga, gymnastic, aqua aerobic, belly dance, zumba, waterpolo, just to mention a few.The personality of the team is motivative. The wi fi in all the hotel is very good ! All staff is very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel.

My husband and two year old stayed here from 10th-17th March. This hotel is beautiful, modern and clean and i’d definitely recommend it for people with families. Lots of food options and things for children to play with. Compared to other hotels in Hurghada this has to be one of the best and most modern!

A lovely hotel with great staff and amazing sea view rooms. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to Hurghada. Abdul at the main bar was especially amazing. Also a great mini waterpark for kids.

Weve just come back from our second family holiday in Titanic Royal.After staying there in April we simply fell in love with this amazing place and decided to come back again in October.As during our first stay, we had a brilliant holiday! We travelled with two children aged 4 and 6 and the hotel is just perfect for children this age. There are lots of swimming pools, two of them with slides and attractions for children. The beach is also great - its very shallow in the morning, which makes it perfect for kids to play.We enjoyed the great food in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. We also had special dietary requirements for a gluten free diet (due to celiac disease) and the chefs did their best to cook for us. Thank you to Hamed at the buffet and all other staff who made sure our food was tasty and safe for us to eat!We enjoyed great cocktails, served in all four bars. Thanks to Mohammed at the beach bar, we will miss the taste of lovely mojitos 😉We could not praise the Entertainment Team enough, they are just brilliant! Plenty of activities for kids and adults, from the morning until late night. We could probably stay in Titanic Royal for a month and wouldnt get bored 🙂 Thank you to Svetlana, Nastia, Vika, Julia, Dinara, Alex, JayJay and Rama - we hope youll still be there when we come back again!The rooms are specious and very clean. The housekeeping team surprised us a couple of times with beautiful decorations, thank you!The hotel itself is really beautiful, both during the day but also in the evening due to the beautiful, colorful lights and fountains. Its also a perfect size, not too far to walk from the lobby to the beach.We also had great time windsurfing and kite boarding in the water sport centre in the hotel. Special thank you to Said who looked after us 🙂. We can also recommend Sea Waves, the guys were brilliant!Most importantly ALL the hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, always welcoming guests with a smile 🙂Thank you again, we hope to see you all soon 😎

Worst service ever. Stuff is unfriendly. Very disappointed. Not one person, just every worker hate you and didnt wana provide any service, it is 5 star hotel?

High standard of accommodation, well maintained grounds all be it very new, literal army of staff working round the clock. Mini bar constantly stocked with main brand drinks and wster coke and sprite tea and coffee too.The beach is a good however the sea is shallow until you get a fair way out which you should as there are some beatiful fish and reef life which are especially accessible during low tideThe pools are well .maintained and staffed there are ample loungers across the entire hotel which are of a high standard.The food is high quality and accommodation for special diets after Walid the restaurant manager spoke to the head chef for us as vegatarians was very nice and after tweo weeks no illness which I believe to be outstanding for hurghada after speaking to people at the airport who stayed at much more expensive hotels and were very ill.Drinks service was great and as teetotal mock tails were very welcome break from just cola or water at most hotels.The massages at the spa were really good and sorted my back problem in the first session, the boat trip to orange Bay was relaxing and the snorkeling was also great at the reef after the island.The desert safari was good fun on quad bikes we booked a private tour which was very good.The shisha was availble every night after 5pm and was amazing really friendly staff a credit to the hotel although I feel sorry for them as this is right next to the mini disco area at night and children are not a good combination with beanbags coal and glass. Although nothing bad happened I feel this area needs screening off with glass from the stage to protect children from danger and allow those who wish to shisha to do so without having to grab hold of the pipe every time five kids dive oast onto a bean bag (constructive criticism only)The hotel gets sun from dawn till dusk is well positioned and well thought out. The grounds are very nice but still evolving we watched plants double in size and new bar open on the beach plus various quality of life upgrades while we were there. Building is finished as dont be put off by reviews that say it isnt they are old. There are still some upgrades going on this is a fluid and dynamic process which absolutely did not negatively impact our stay i fact it enhanced it with a new beach bar and bean bag lounge area with gazebo to.I would gladly return ASAP but unfortunately I fear the hotel is to be out of my price range by the time I next travel given the standard the team are aiming to create.Special mentions for the shisha team the head chef, abul of the aqua centre but above all Walid of the management team Jay Jay of THE animation team for making our stay special even tho we didnt really engage in animation Jay went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and Walid wortks incredibly hard is very effective as a manager with a hands on style I really appreciate in a leader.Dont hesitate to try the hotel out its really quite an experience and this end of hurghada was a huge benefit over the enclosed prison camps of el gouna and the likes with armed guards. (thats how those hotels were described to us by the people we met at the airport leaving many of them felt trapped and unsafe while we felt free and relaxed) we walked freely around the whole area completely safely without any need for armed guards the locals are friendly although the taxi drivers are a breed of their own.Also kudos to the general manager who engaged guests daily on his bike which is an ecologically friendly surprise.This hotel we illbe very popular in the next few years and although there were few English guests almost all staff spoke it well and the multinational atmosphere was generally very nice I honestly have no complaints about Russians or Germans like there were many nationalities who were peaceful pleasant people from romainia Russia Poland etc hotel was a welcome break from drunk british and Europeans we usually encounter at all inclusive resorts.

The Best resort in this area, great people, great room, great food. Lot of pools which u can use. Beach is big and clean. If you are searching something for relax, this is the right place. Great for couples,familys with kids. Animation program every night for kids. All inclusive program, food and drink during day. Realy amazing place. I hope i will come back.

This hotel is amazing, alot smaller than other hotels in hurghada that makes it more cosy. The food was amazing, we never usually eat chicken abroad but we LOVED it all in this hotel. There was always something for everyone at breakfast lunch and dinner. Mohammed 339 (restaurant) was amazing, he was so very attentive and happy he would always make my family and I feel welcome. He would light up the room with his smile! Also, Ahmed 334 (bar staff) was such a laugh! He would always be laughing and joking with us, he was just great! A pressure to stay and I cannot wait to come back

Just returned back from a fantastic 2 weeks holiday, the hotel is beautiful the staff are lovely and friendly,beautiful private beach and the food is delicious and the animation team are fantastic lots to do throughout the day time and evening for both kids and adults. Hopefully will be back next year, by far the best family holiday we have ever had.

A very clean, good looking and very friendly hotel, food is ok at the buffet and very good at the 3 a la carte (italian, chinese and mongolian), the beach access is ok, the pools are nice, spa is nice as well, unfortunately no shisha due to COVID.

Me and my family really enjoyed everything. The food was very good , service so respectful and sweet. I can’t say anything negative about this hotel!

Stunning hotel with amazing swimming pools. Finished to a very high standard and all the staff were so friendly. Lovely rooms, some with swimming pool from the balcony and the food was great. Cant fault anything

The most beautiful hotel in Egypt

New Hotel that still has a lot to learn ..... Rooms large and on the surface clean (if you looked closer you could see the beginings of mould in the Shower and there was someone elses poo on the toilet wall throughout my stay.)The pools were large and clean apart from the gradual enterance which was grubby from suncream residue and sand (needs to be cleaned daily as to not get into this state as it gives the whole pool a bad impression) There needs to be at least 4 people working the pool bar otherwise the poor guys who are working very long days get bad tempered customers who have been waiting for a long time to get a drink through no fault of their own.The Food was tasty and Varied even if the selection was not massive i have to say for Eygpt very good!!!Reception ...... trying to get a late check out was another matter ..... it states that is is possible for a fee which I was willing to pay...... I had to visit the reception four times to achieve this and demand to see the manager as the staff seemed incapable of doing their jobs. Be advised the Hotel has no exchange service unless you have US $ / GBP or Euros any other currency they will not considerd and there is no way of changing it at the Hotel ......... I managed a late check out for 40Euro though the manager did not have the maners to talk to me personally after I asked to see him ....but he did huff and puff and call a superior Manager or the superior superior Nanager to ask if they could take Swiss Francs as they couldnt take the payment by Mastercard either ....... no appology was given I was regarded as being the problem for not having any Euros even though the Tour company stated all currencies were accepted........... (been to Eygpt about 20 times never ever had this problem at any Hotel)Personal opinion there are way to many managers assistant managers assistants to the assistant managers and not enough people actually working ......the poor guys and girls doing the work were being watched most of the time on a 3 to 1 ratio which seemed totally pointless What were they supposed to be doing.........( seemed a waste of human resources)Overall nice hotel with a lovely pool ....... which will look old and used if they dont look after it (as its only a couple of months old and already is starting to fray at the edges)The Beach was Rubbish unless you had small kids...... you had to walk out about 300m to get over knee level and there was a lot of stones at the begining ----The Beach Bar Restaurant was very very unapealing not a place you wanted to spend time really unattractive and souless .... It also looked like the sewrage was piped out as well after treatement on the left hand side of the beach and there was also a horrible smell throughout the hotel every time the plant watering system came on for the first 3 days as the sewage treatment wasnt working and they used the treated water for the plants....... everyone was holding their noses but they dealt with the problem and it was ok after 3 days)

This is definitely the best resort - 5 star hotel. This complex is very large and has many buildings combined together. It is for all ages and generations. If you are a young couple you will have everything you need for day and night time. But if you are a family with one or more children, than you will be more than hapy to spend your holiday here as this place has aqua parks, cousters, water cousters, kids playgrounds, animators, both for kids and adults. As for the food, you will be settisfied the most. This place has many different food dishes, food menus, and completely different restaurants for you to choose. Italian, Chinesse, Mongolian ect... I personally like bars in the middle of the pool, where you can seet and order a drink and have it without leaving the pool.

So beautiful place and the management is very respectful and caring about the guest Entertainment plus the magical views which you will like to take photos everywhere . I love this place

Were one of the lucky guests who stayed in Titanic Royal from the first day when the hotel opened. The hotel is just amazing, staff absolutely brilliant, great food and beautiful beach and swimming pools. Lots of activities for kids. We will definitely come back here soon!

Fabulous Hotel. Great rooms, great food and lovely friendly staff. We will be returning here for sure. Family of four 1 boy aged 2 and 1 girl aged 8yrs.

Lovely, new Hotel with spacious rooms, good quality service and tasty food. Really enjoyed the seaview.

Very bad attitude and very poor service. The room is poorly cleaned. 80% of the staff look with evil gazes. Would definitely not recommend this hotel and never come here again.

One star is way to much. I am actually located right now at the Titanic Royal but I am so so desapointed. Some of the employees are very rude and they swear in Arabic behind you.

The food was awfull and togheter with my sister in law and my husband we had real problems with the stomach, we also went to the hospital because of the food or Water served there .

Nice hotel with many pools and activities. Ocasionally feels very crowded. Not too many private areas. Otherwise very nice place for family holiday. Agressive activity salesmen will keep it from perfect 5.
