A very nice place! Sheraton and Kempinski hotels are situated here. The sea is amazing. There are places for diving and snorkeling. You can rent a bike and ride around and also the territory is great for running as well. It is still developing.

First time in Egypt blown away with the place beautiful sandy beach the hotel itself is fantastic every member of staff from management to gardens are all do welcoming 100%safe clean bed linen every day the staff cannot do enough for u. As its January one of the pools is heated the management have upgraded everyone to a la carte restaurant as many times as u like. I have travelled alot and have to say this is a favourite of mine only booked for 1 week wish we had booked for 2 will defiantly be back WELL DONE carribean world resort you are doing everything right

Less than one if that was an option. No beach. You need to take a shuttle. Worse attitude from staff to all members of my group even though we had booked more than 12 rooms starting with the check in, the house keeping, the gym attendant, the concierge, the buffet staff, etc. It is a very long list. Dont ask them for towels, maintenance, to go the spa, to use the gym, fast check in before arrival, good rooms, talk politely, an extra piece of meat at the buffet and pretty much just being alive. These things will make them shout at you!! Not hospitable at all and not forth coming. Maintenance is very bad. Clogged toilets so a member of my group downgraded from his suite back to a regular room. Leaking ceilings in the bathroom. Developed rashes from the sofas in 2 seperate rooms. Not friendly ro Egyptians. Also, not for families. Not much activity, except for pool for kids and expect to b frowned upon for being there or alive. Worst hotel experience everr!! Asked to b transfered to another hotel.

Had a great vacation here at soma bay robinson club. The beach was great and weather was mostly good. What sets it apart from any other beach located hotel is the excellent staff, food and rooms. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!😊

Stop going to this hotel. It broke a lot. You pay a lot of money for all inclusive and at lunch I stay with the restaurant closed. He only gives you fast food at lunch. Dirt everywhere. The worst hotel in the Steigenberger chain.

It is a nice place, and God willing, the visit will be repeated, but one note is the Shatt al-Bahr.

The complex is very well maintained at first glance, but you will notice after the first days, the club is not the newest. Rubbish steps and broken sidewalks. Not so bad but in the very sparse lighting in the evening and at night, an absolute no-go! This is food is really good and the waterfront location is also excellent. There is a well fit offer at the buffet where you can read off a table of kcal, but there is no scale where I can balance my food. So the whole information does not help me at all. The gym is pretty well equipped. The various motorcycle evenings are very well done and the musical style of Aladin was very entertaining. What I personally do not like at all, is when the entertainers and the support staff to the events in groups together and not really busy with guests. The local staff are much friendlier. Also, the alcoholic drinks are costly due to the high taxation, which does not bother me personally. It bothers me, however, that at such a high price, the drinks are absolutely carelessly prepared. This is more reminiscent of youth club from times gone by. Since I still have 5 days, I will certainly extend this text. Next pictures follow

Maybe the best Robinson club ever. It never gets boring and you are surrounded only by nice people. Unbelievable how much effort the staff makes in the evening to create the (theme) buffet.

We were there in 2014, then was the Hotel La Residence des Cascade! A dream. Nothing to complain about.Today Westin. Unfortunately, it was not renovated until April 2017 although the hotel still lives on regulars and they keep faithful, the hotel is getting old. The service is great, the waiter tried very hard, the food is still good, everyone finds something! The buffet is not as lush as it used to be, but the beach restaurant and the spikes restaurant by the pool are still very good! The golf course is perfect! The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are big. I recommend booking a junior suite, these are still perfect. If you look beyond the small optical defects, it is still perfect for rest .. Price - performance is right. We fly again in November 2017

I would recommend everyone to go to the hotelThe reception was fantastic and fast .... the breakfast restaurant was sweet, the bakeries and the cake was very nice and the dinner meal led by chef edward was raaaa ... the cleaners were quick and the food was acceptable ...... was in activities for the kids at 8 pm for that The text of the hour for 45 minutes and in the program every day for children from the hour 8.30 and in the children club and thank the club responsible for these activities .... The sea is very beautiful sandy ... and swimming pool clean and wide ... Decoration and the hotel is worth more than Five Ngoom.

This was our third time to play golf in Soma Bay.The first time we booked the Sheraton and Kempinski and this year the Westin. I have to give the hotel a huge compliment!We felt very comfortable from the start and had nothing to complain about during the whole time (1 week). The staff was very attentive, friendly and always helpful. The manager was always there to see if everything was going well and to enforce it. Since we also know the other hotels, we can classify it very well and would always prefer this hotel to the others. The golf course is in excellent condition and meets all requirements!TOP!!!

My favorite place in Egypt. Shallow beach and great corals. The sand is more beautiful than in Hurghada or Makadi Bay, as it is finer and slightly lighter.
