Nice very clean hotel, good food although can be a little tepid, drinks may be local but all acceptable house white not so good, rooms nice and think all look out onto pools, staff are great and cant do enough, managers try their best to help if notified. Could do with improved entertainment on an evening but perhaps covid had some measure in this. Sited across road from beach which is accessible by sister hotel on sea front, security good. Hotel situated on the end of probably the best strip in resort. Would return again

Family friendly hotel with amazing staff. Very rich animations program, also animators are really helpful and everyday they make great time for all visitors. The New Yearss Eve was really great and thanks to lovely animators crew, I felt like on a very glamorous party! Very delicious food! Perfect location! Close to the airport and small shops!

The standards of the hotel are very high, clean and modern accommodation.An outstanding pool area overlooking the stunning private beach.But what makes this hotel are the staff…from the bar staff, waiters, cleaners and the animation team they can not do enough for you! Everyone has gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!I would personally like to thank captain waiter Hassan for his great sense of humour and outstanding service to me and my family.Karina and desha from the animation team are amazing at their jobs and made volleyball during the day and entertainment in the evenings so much fun! Thank you for making our week memorable xThe only down side to the hotel was the maintenance happening during the day around the pool, the cabanas were being repainted via spray paint machines which was letting off a strong smell not what we wanted while trying to relax around the pool! I understand this is there low season and works have to be carried out but it was happening most days.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort. The staff are wonderful and super hard working. The food is great, pool area is stunning - hotel relatively quiet in November so plenty sunbed availability. The designated beach area is small but still great and staff there ensure your drinks are topped up. WiFi is a bit patchy in some areas but its nice to sometimes take a break from the outside world. Rooms due an upgrade but mostly fine and cleaned daily. Beds slightly uncomfortable but you get used to it. I was genuinely sad to leave the hotel. Would strongly recommend, cant fault the weather either!

Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious, great variety of food, pool is big and there is also nice water slide. But above all, stuff is very very nice and friendly. Animation team is great, very active with creative program both during the day and night. The only remark is small beach. Overall our stay here was very nice.

Everything was great. The stuff in the hotel are so kind and hard-working and they are also very interesting. The beach is nice and sandy. The entrance to the sea is good and there are no corals. Diversity of the food, clean and nice pool, but water in the pool is little cold, nice and kind ambient leaved a good impression on me and I hope that I will come again in this hotel.

Best resort, best food, best staff and greatest vibe in the area!We had a fantastic start of December at the resort. The staff is beyond nice, helpfull and always smiling. Its unbelivable how nice they are. I trully recomend this place for a couples or a family vacation.The food is also amazing. Due the pandemic we ware mostly dining at the Panorama restaurant. It was suprisng to see the amount of options at the buffet, from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every day, all 3 meals change. And there is also breakfeast bar, sweets bar, grill and oven baked pizza station. Mix of Western and Eastern cousine. Every single day. Amazing.To any person that is afraid of food poisoning.--Dont be. They really keep everything clean, and food bar is regulary checked by the main cheff and cheif of staff.The Italian restaurant only opened for one day(prior reservation),.Big shout out to Mr. Mahmoud Shafei in the reception area(thank you for al your assistance), Best room service person in the world - Mr. Taher(thank you for keeping up the rom tidy and restoked with water and coffee), Mr. Ahmed Allah and Mr. Ali at the pool bar(such fun guys to chat with), Mr. Hazem from the staff service and the cool pool entertaiment staff, that kept us dancing and streching at the pool.Rooms are ok. They would need a bit of upkeep, but we saw staff painting and fixing the rooms, so its being looked at.A small tip for the Hotel menagment --> If guests arrive in the middle of the night, prior to check in time - Have a backup room ready for them to get a few hours of sleep. It is not nice to keep people waiting from 2am to 8am in the lobby after traveling 12hrs to get to Hurgada. Especially out of the season when not fully booked... Be a bit more flexible for these kind of situations.

We rested in hotels in late September. I was in Egypt for the first time and I remember this holiday. I liked the hotel, very nice and clean. The staff is attentive and always ready to help with issues. Its varied and delicious. The sea and the beach were hard to like. So I will recommend this hotel to my friends)

Barmen who can make any cocktail you like.The animation team is very friendly and good music choice for every hour. We rested at the hotel from September 18 to October 1. We are absolutely delighted! The hotel area is very comfortable and clean. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, tea, coffee, water. Washing the floor is of course formal, but it didnt bother us. All staff are very helpful. Separately, I would like to praise the restaurant staff. The food was super! The waiters served great! The beach is clean, there were enough sun beds for everyone. I liked the service on the beach too. There was no shower on the beach, but they did it at the end of our stay. There were not many people in the hotel, there was no crush in the restaurant, seats were free during the whole time. Everything is decorous, calm! We havent rested for a long time! We did stretching on the beach, I liked it too! Thank you very much for a great stay to all hotel employees!

Really good hotel food is good very very good animation team they dance really good and a lot times a week they are there to antertain you its,s really fun.also rooms are clean and I cant say it enough the people are really nice it makes a big difference instead different hotels. I really recommend this resort food is cold when it must and hot when it has to be.place to be for me and my girlfriend. Also it was pretty cheap. And private beach with drinks included there al I can say I have a nice vacation here

Such a fabulous holiday, very relaxing and chilled. The animation crew (big hands up for Amar) is so much fun and makes all guests welcome. The bar staff by the pool, Hamed, is wonderful and always cheery. The restaurant staff are amazing too, Mohamed has been so attentive every morning. As soon as we are in the restaurant he has our drinks prepared. The evening bar staff are wonderful too, always happy to help if you are unsure. Would highly recommend a holiday to the Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort.

I spent time here with my family and it was very pleasant! We were met with smiles and check in was very fast. The staff was incredible and we felt like valued guests. Everyone was very welcoming and happy to serve us. The pool and the beach were very clean and there were staff constantly cleaning them. The pool and beach bars were awesome and there were plenty of drink options. Any drink request was met to the best of the bartender’s abilities. The restaurant’s food was great and there were many options and the staff was very accommodating! Highly recommend this resort for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and eager to help whenever we had any complaints or wishes. The reception manager listened closely to our wishes and reacted right away to make our stay a happy time. Thanks to him and the team! The food is always fresh and mostly very tasty. The terrace is nice and the beach is great for swimming. Drinks are also enjoyable and can be ordered even at the beach. Keep up the good work! To visitors: Here you have a hotel with staff that really cares for its visitors. Two minor points of critisism that shouldnt bother you too much: The door to the terrace should be modernized and there should be spoons more available. We could smile about those, the hotel and staff are still offing amazing holidays.

In the room where they put us there was no wifi at all. If they can change that then that will be very nice. I liked the entertainment at the hotel. One of the best hotels I have been to in Egypt. Very good food, there is a lot to choose from, and everything is really tasty. Once we even had grilled crab. The hotel is very clean and looks like it was built just two years ago. This place is a real palace! There is a (yellow) mini aqua park. The service is fantastic. Staying in this hotel you will feel like a real king. Rooms - very nice. Well equipped. There is also a kettle and tea in each room. The Wi-Fi is very poor, and in the rooms it barely works - a con if you want to talk using messenger or whatsapp of WiFi calling. The other downside is the beach - there is no reef and beach is relatively small, wydzielona, partitioned from biger beach f another hotel of the same group. Although those minor issues - an ideal hotel for a week.

The food was on point, with a large variety of meals. The only thing I didn’t like was some kind of spice that they put in nearly all of the food, but other than that it was good. Service is very efficient, polite and welcoming, always there to help you from as little things as bringing drinks to other things. The beach area is very calm, the sand is very fine and the water is of beautiful bright blue color. Everything is clean in the hotel and ready for use. I would totally recommend this hotel.

I will write more details about this hotel below, but the summary is that we just did not feel welcome or at home here. Moreover, at checkout they instructed me to rate the hotel 5 stars. Let me elaborate.At check-out, the staff shoved some sort of company customer survey on the desk while instructing me to rate each aspect 5 stars. Very infuriating! Of course, I declined. Its an insulting request, especially after we had such a mediocre experience here.First, the service: the majority of the staff seems like they do not want to be there at all. Many of them gave me the feeling that I was bothering them when I was ordering a drink or food. Often, it felt very unwelcoming and at some times outright rude. However, the quality of service was definitely not all bad: during our stay, the house keeping guy and the pool bartender were nice. Also, there was one cook at the buffet who was very friendly and social, and made great conversation.The drinks are nice! Good cocktails and very nice mocktails. The food selection is rather limited. The food itself is ok, but nothing special.The hotel interior is modern. The lobby and buffet restaurant look clean. The pools are nice and the water slides are fun. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room. It missed the mark on too many points: It was quite small, and the bed was a bit hard (very thin mattress it seemed). The bathroom looked a bit outdated and could be cleaner. Our A/C didnt seem to work well: it did cool a little bit, but we couldnt cool the room as much as we would have liked to. And there was no Wi-Fi reception in our room, which was inconvenient. There is a small beach area that guests can use. However, it is really small, and you have to walk across the street to get there.So that is why we were disappointed with this hotel in general. The majority of the staff did not make us feel welcome. The room was below average. The food was just ok. And the hotel is trying to cheat their ratings. This hotel has many things to work on, and we expected much better for this price. We did however enjoy the water polo that the animation team organized.

We stayed here for a week, and were amazed by the state of the hotel! The entire staff is amazing, rooms and facilities are clean, and the entire service is kind and understanding. If you are after a relaxing holiday with a few things going on (it isn’t too loud or dynamic, but for us that was great) then this is a perfect place to stay! TIP: Get a SIM card (15-20USD) at the airport since the WiFi in the edges of hotel isn’t too great.

Nice hotel , very kind and generous personal. But in my opinion it is a 3 star. First the inventory in the rooms seems outdated a little bit. Could be better , first impression is that is 20 years old and only repainted over and over again. Internet in rooms is very bad , which is absurd in 2021. Gym is very small , and with a very few things. Pools are ok , cleaned and treated every night. Summary it is a good hotel to rest and to go with kids . If you want something more luxurious try jaz cash del mar beach .

The resort was very clean and the staff were amazing. There was beyond amazing in hospitality anything that we wanted they were there with smiles to do. The beach is not that far from the resort walking distance, but there were always golf carts available (which was my favorite).

Overall good experience. Food is great so is the animation team. Sea is warm, beach is relatively nearby. But do keep in mind that as a guest of the resort you cant use the beach pool or restaurant. Special thanks to Ahmed the pool bartender for his patience and service.

Moderate room,clean,a bit far from resturant with a tiny bathroom,great food in the three meals,food is tasty&every one can find which he likes...we ask for the golf car to reach the beach but not always be available...very nice beach and water to swim....pool&looby bar are excellent,but the beach bar is so bad,the waiter mostly neglect us when we ask for a beverage.the animation team is active,thanks ramy,,he is lovely with kids...as a whole it was a nice vacation,hope to be repeated sooner,the resort is recommended

Everything was more than we expected! Hotel is new, food is amazing, animation crew nice and polite! Pluses:The entire resort is big, with lots of pools (heated and non-heated), a lot of facilities and well-kept. Food was diverse and in majority of times, tasty. I also liked the fact that you could stay on the grass at the beach and by the pools, the aquapark is on the beach and functioning enough hours for kids to enjoy. Staff was very responsive when we had some problems in the room and immediately solved them.Only minus was that the water is too low in the lagoon and can walk hundreds of meters and still have water under knees (preferably walk with water shoes) . There is a small lagoon nearby, if want to swim in the sea. The water is clear everywhere.

Really good the staff were so helpful, food really good only downside was the entertainment venue was a bit gloomy and not child friendly.

No cover for bed, room service coming late, No enough places on the beach for Jaz resort gests only for jaz beach, car parking outside the resort and not suitable, no activity on the night.

Stay was simply amazing! Food was amazing. The bartender made fantastics drinks and it is beautiful view. The chef made meals custom and the resort was brand new fixtures. Cannot recommend enough!

The service were excellentStaff are very help-full and have their own beautiful spirt to the guestsAqua-park are so much funny but its not working all the time it have specific times for it.Some of the shows were not the best but the other some is really very goodWe really enjoyed our journey hereThe beach was not so much far from the resort as there was a golf car from the resort to the beach

The hotel is amazing. Clean, the food is really deverse. The pools and the beach are really beautiful. The staff is more than welcome to help, and the animation team js very amuzing. I highly recommend it.

The resort have 2 hotels: jaz casa del mar Beach5* (on the beach) and Jaz casa del mar Resort 4*(across the street to Jaz casa del mar Beacsh).We booked a room for 3 pers in Jaz Casa del mar Resort:- you have acces at all facilities no matter were you booked your room.-very helpful and friendly staff ( at the reception was Mohamad Hassan, Masoud, and Mohamad, always there for us, esspecialy for taking us with the golf car to our room, or to the beach, by walk it took aprox 5min ).-the beach is perfect, smooth entry into the sea, the water was super clean, great color, perfect for swimming, even if your not so good at it, its like in the pool. One day we saw a stingray so its a must to have glasses for snorkeling.- they have a bar at the pool and beach, you are served at the sunbed, and Hussein made the best cockteil ever. Even when we didnt know what we want he surprised us with a super good drink.- the food was so good. They have buffet and every day we had a specific dinner with different type of meet, we had seafood and sushi night, many sweet cookies, fruites, and Said, Mohamad, and Mustafa took care of us, they were very happy to clean our table and fill our glasses with whatever we wanted.-they have many pools, very clean and the water is not very cold. In the 4* hotel they have water slide, we had so much fun there.-the animation team Dibo, Artur and Vika was super good, super funny,  and  we had some activities in resort organized by them. In the morning : aqua gym, stratching, awsome programe after dinner, thay have also some programes for kids.- In our Resort, the rooms are not so fancy because of the old furniture but the bad was greate, we slept very well.- At check in we found the room not so clean and the air conditionaire made a strange noise the all night, so we couldn’t sleep with it open and we let the door open. Because of that we had some mosquitoes in the first night. Next day we resolve all our problems at the receptions because they are very helpfull and fast.

One word, great. The room is always clean, the service is great. Food is delicious. The animators are organising ze show every day, we are playing waterpolo and so on. I really like it.Thank u so much

Id like to recommend the Jaz Resort Hotel to everyone. It is really perfect hotel for all occasions.The rooms are very clean and the staff are very generous and careful. The right place to rest. Food is amazing. Excellent.But I especially want to single manager Sameh Saad. He is a truly wonderful man who does his job in the best possible way. He is so dedicated and takes care of his guests so much that there is little to say that I enjoyed it. Thank you so much for everything especially Sameh Saad. It is a great .Thanks again Sameh.

Clean pools, excellent reception, friendly and responsive team. Corona prevention measures are very good. The whole team is wearing a mask, constant sterilization, constant gear changes. The hotel deserves five stars.The hotel in downtown Hurghada.

A very nice hotel, stay is simply amazing. pools are very clean, lovely sandy beach. all the staff are friendly and smily. food is delicious and variety. Animation team are amazing Eslam, Jack and Kass. highly recommended for families.

Everything is good with very welcoming from all the staff, fast check in and out, cleanliness everywhere with precious views with amazing relaxing atmosphere, so funny aqua too.all the staf are friendly and lovely, also i would like to thank Mr.osama the hotel manager for his great effort of management and selection of all the team and special thanks to Chief Toba for his patients and always helps, Mr Amr front office manager as he always makings to facilitate everything, Shenouda bar man is very helpful, Sherif restaurant is helpful too and Mr.Karim the restaurant manager is always caring about us,also the food was so good and variable,Thanks Jaz Casa del mar for having us with unforgettable vacation ❤️❤️

Everything is perfect, very welcoming and friendly staff, front office, waiters, chiefs and hotel managers, fast check-in, super delicious buffet with good variety, funny aqua park, relaxing atmosphere which is perfect for families and couples.A special dedication to hotel manager Mr. Ossama, Mr. Amr, chief Tooba, all helped us and paid efforts to make our stay unforgettable.The hotel is highly recommend 👍🤩

Every thing is perfect ,the stuff are very very friendly and co-operative specially Mr.Amr Assistant F.O.M, Chef Toba and the waiters (Oday and Sherief). Everything is super clean .The food IS very delicious .The pools are very clean and big enough .The beach is comfortable, relaxing and quiet.Meny activities are available for kids and Adults. Room service is quick and perfect. Greens are everywhere. I highly recomend it for a relaxing nice vacation.

Since Im here for the second time, I would recommend this place to everyone and come again many times more. Resort is beautiful with amazing garden and beach, food is delicious, staff is pleasant and polite, animators are funny and creative. I really love and enjoy in this place.
